There was not a ton of parking for our own vehicle, but otherwise this location is so easy to get to and use!
Doug T.I reserved the 26 ft truck to be picked up in my home town of Malden, MA. Uhaul called two days before my move to tell me I needed to pick it up in a different city about 20 min away. I said ok. I'll pick it up at 7:00 when you open. I arrived at 6:55 and joined the pick up line. After 3-4 customers and 20 min I get to the counter where I am told my truck is not there. I could pick up a 26 ft truck 20 min further away. So I left. The. Problem is that I had arranged through Uhaul for movers to meet me at my house at 8:00. Now I would just get my truck at 8:00 & now have a 40 min drive back to my house. The movers had another commitment after my move and could not stay later. So they waited from 8:00 to 9:00 when I arrived. Then they helped me load the truck but could no longer had time to help me unload because we got started late. A simple text or call to let me know the truck was no longer available could have saved me $200 of waisted mover fees. I would like a refund for my truck or a discount. This left a ver bad taste in my mouth as I called friend after friend trying to find someone to help me unload the truck.

PAUL L.I found the gas situation extremely confusing. Why don't you require customers to fill the tank completely before they return the vehicle like rental cars do?! It's simple and easy to understand. Starting a trip without a full tank is stressful and then having to guess how much gas to put in to get it back to the amount you started with is very difficult. I thought I had done it right but apparently I did not and was charged an unexpected extra $20 in fuel. This ruined what was an otherwise positive rental experience.

Ron S.By my rough guess I believe I have rented from U-Haul over the past 40 years several hundred times. This time, I rented from the Wilmington Massachusetts location where I have done rentals for more than 20 years. The last several times I had occasion to rent from there the rentals where are problematic and one time I showed up when I desperately needed a 26-foot truck, which I reserved and confirmed in advance, and the person behind the counter shrugged and said he had no idea where the truck was…(what???) which caused huge problems for me and I had to call another U-Haul location and find my truck. When I went this most recent time, my experience was nothing short of spectacular! There are new people there and what a difference a staff makes!! I was greeted by Peggy and Jamie, both who are 100 % on top of their game and completely invested in the customer experience. They both gave me their business card with their cell phone number and told me to call or text if I had any questions updates are issues. This was a first for me and I was pleasantly surprised when I texted and got a text right back! :-) The rental was 100 % smooth, and they were helpful and nurturing every step of the process, including (Jamie) helping me mount the trailer to my hitch and doing a circle check of the vehicle and trailer â€" WOW! I will never go anywhere else for my truck and trailer rentals. I would give them 10 Stars if I could :-) â€" Curtis

Customer Service couldn't tell me where to leave the keys & the GM phone number on the box was the wrong number. The website to return wouldn't accept the picture of the odometer & fuel. The man I dealt with at pick up, Matthew, he was really nice & helpful though so there's that!

Ruben S.Well I rented a 20 ft truck and specifically said it would come back until the next night. At 7am the next morning i get a very rude phone call from a women saying “ excuse me where is the uhaul where is my truck your not here I need it nowâ€. After pulling up my reservation i had it scheduled for return at 6pm that night. She explained she had reservations and the young girl who gave me the uhaul( who was so nice!) made a mistake and should have never scheduled it for that time. The women on the phone was very combative for no reason i was doing the best i could to help out. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I couldn't return the truck for an additional 2 days due to laborers being unavailable to unload it. I am 6 months pregnant there was literally nothing I could do. It contained 11 mattresses and boxsprings. I called and spoke to them telling them to just charge my card for the additional time. Money was not an issue. I returned the truck later in the evening left the key in the box and even returned it with more gas than It had when I got it. Overall I was happy with the truck it did the job. However shit happens and schedules change. I didn't need to be spoken rudely I was a paying customer either way. I normally never have an issue with this location. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Who knows. Hopefully next time is smoother

DOMINIC P.Asked several times if the trailer was road worthy for lengthy travel and was told it wouldn't be sent out otherwise. Heard a constant rattling when we left their facility. After the first couple hundred miles I noticed what was making the noise, a broken leaf spring on the trailer. It made us very nervous the entire rest of our trip.

jesus S.there was a lot of extra gas put into the truck. The paper was lost in the move, i was not the person who picked up the truck. I brought it back and filled it so i wouldn't be charged ridiculous money. Now im being told i can't get a refund. I plan to call the attorney general as if i dont do my part you can take money from me. But refuse to give mine back.

Justin E.I arrived before 6 AM on a very cold morning to pick up a reserved van. It had snowed over 24 hours ago but nothing recent. The van was covered in a thick ice and had not been removed the day after the storm. The lock that held my key was covered in ice (from 24 hours ago) and frozen shut. I could not pick up my rental until the store opened several hours later. Customer service whom I called several times could not reach the office (once it opened) and said I would just have to drive back over. I was also told I would get a credit for not being able to access the van for several hours and would not be charged. Office staff were pleasant once I went back a second time after they opened but someone checking to see if the van and key lock was ready the night before my pickup and removing the thick ice from over 24 hours before would have avoided this situation. I am going to give them one more chance but will not try to pick up when they are closed.

It cost me $18 to get there with an uber, Then I have to travel to another location that cost me another $16 to get to. When I mentioned this to you on the phone there was ZERO understanding of my situation.
