Great place, very friendly and helpful staff. My only problem is with the advertised pricing of a van; 19,95 $. It ended up costing me 65 $and I only used it for two hours! LOL. Welcome to the world of advertising.

I tried picking up the uhaul later than the designated pickup time and mobile app didn't let me do it. It didn't even notify me that I couldn't pickup after the pickup time. That was an issue for me because i was trying to pickup at 8am on a sunday and couldn't do it until the store opened at 8,3an ( it was supposed to open up at 9am but good thing the rep showed up early)

Movers did a great job but the pick up of the UBoxes was terrible. In Massachusetts it Took two hours to get them in the morning so my move was delayed. And when they brought the second set of UBoxes it took 2 more Hours. A job that could have taken 4 hours took 8 hours. The service wa a better in Denver

Low rear tire indicator said zero air pressure. the other one said 59 pounds and the other 2 were 44 pounds. Tire was not flat at all. return process was simple. took a while to do rental as only one person on counter and a customer was there for a while. line formed. once another woman came on things went smooth. the employees were very helpful and polite. made renting simple and i will definitely return to this location when i need to rent again.

I realized I was supposed to take speedometer before and after pics. Too late. Keys in dropbox. Then I had recieved my bill that originally was 65 $was now 150 $!!! Stating that I had used over 100 miles and had to pay for extra miles/ uhaul inspection. No way I went over 100. But can't prove that now. BEWARE, PEOPLE!!!

This experience would have been significantly improved by better communication between the U-Haul system and the local movers in MA. In Oregon this was much better (though the U-Haul site in OR didn't have my box or others ready when the local movers arrived to pick it up.)

Customer service rep didn't know how to use the computer properly and wanted to charge us 420 $for a one-way which has earlier been quoted to us on the 800 number at 59 $. We had to leave the service counter to make a reservation by phone (at 800-GO-UHAUL) to get a reasonable rate, then we went back to the counter once we made a reservation. Why can't reps at the service counter give us the same rates we can get at the 800 number?

Movers were friendly but company was terrible - my empty box came a day late with almost zero communication or apologies. My full box also came very late - again, with no apologies. Made me moving experience 10x more stressful.

The U-Haul on Massachusetts Ave in Boston failed me completely. However, when I got to the Woburn location, Amilcar was incredibly helpful and kind. Amilcar should get a raise! The people at the Mass Ave. location, on the other hand, should all be fired.

Couldn't find staff for processing check out upon arrival. First person doing inventory, wouldn't help us. We finally tracked down another staff member on our own. This is on the heels of our Van rental no being fulfilled this prior day at a different Uhaul location.

Mr. Ruiz, the GM, helped us in a pinch when Hertz rental did not have a cargo van for Aug 30--Sept 1 off campus move-out-move-in. Mr. Ruiz found a 10' box truck for us on 8/30 at 9 am in the morning that we could use for 3 days--Boston has no rentals available at this busy moving time. Mr. Ruiz saved us from a moving disaster for our college student. We are so grateful for his professionalism and dedication to find us a rental vehicle. I would rate his location as more than excellent. I highly recommend this location and working with Mr. Ruiz. Thanks! Donna Streibich

It took 2 hours to get our boxes even though i had set a pickup time. The lock on my box was broken so i had to get someone to fix it. Also we were promised 50 $off for our troubles and they never gave it to us.

The manager was very rude to me! He not good for his position as a manager! I went there in person and he told me that they did not have ANY truck AVAILABLE and I called the customer service and then I got my reservation done for the same location! Also, he told me that he is the person that give me the final word. He threatened me!! He is not good at all! I already told to all my family and friend to stay out of this store! I'll tell that every single day!

First, the Regional dispatch people (new England and SoCal were excellent and very helpful. The store level people are not at all helpful and do not know how to handle this service at all (UBox) 1) Was notified at 5pm the night before that I needed to go to a different location to load mu UBox. Really???? 2) Provided a contact name and number at the destination location, but they kept contacting me (3 000 miles away). 3) Took a week for them to deliver and pick up at the destination location, which cost me an extra month storage fees. 4) Customer service wait times at the stores are very long (20+ mins) and then all they do is tell you someone will call you back in a day or two. 5) Kept charging my credit card for storage fees AFTER the box was returned. 6) Wait times on "800" customer service lines also very long (30+ mins).

Please list the inside height of the cargo bay itself. There's no way to load a full size refrigerator upright in the cargo bay unless it is lifted straight up - very frustrating!

Absolutely amazing experience! The General Manager at the Woburn location was incredibly kind and helpful, guiding us towards the option that would best fit our situation. His instructions were extremely thorough and we had no trouble with the truck rental or storage unit. The staff at night when we were loading was also incredibly kind and helpful! They made our moving experience far easier and the whole transitional process was absolutely smooth, easy and efficient thanks to the incredible Woburn staff. Thank you so much! We will absolutely be back to this location next year.

Amilcar the general manager was very helpful even it was a last minute emergency request for a truck. He was very understanding about my situation with the previous truck that broke down on me during a move and was able to supply me with truck one way back to the other location which is in Quincy. I would definitely recommend anyone to the Woburn location.

Lemonade out of lemons we couldn't book a van at the Medford location. They suggested we try Woburn which turns out was so much closer to us. It's wonderful that different U-Haul locations collaborate keeping the customer's needs front and center. Van was clean, comfortable good gas mileage, visibility, air conditioning, radio AND square footage for our college apartment move! THANKS!!! See you next time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Empty box arrived on time with enough furniture pads. However, there was a significance delay in shipment to the destination. No one informed or updated me on the delay until I contacted first. Representative I talked to was not able to provide me with new ETA nor tracking of current location of my Ubox, which made it difficult for me to arrange appropriately with my apartment office. Even on the day of delivery, initial driver who called in the morning to provide ETA was changed in the afternoon to another driver and failed to meet the ETA provided in the morning. Until Uhaul improves in meeting its guaranteed delivery date and tracking their Uboxes on their way, I would not recommend Uhaul to others or use it again myself.

* First issue we had was that we were not able to pick up the truck at the original location of the reservation; therefore, we had to drive an additional 30 minutes to get it. * The truck did not have cruise control. * The roof was not fully waterproof and our stuff got wet due to the rain.

I have rented many units & trucks from u haul in I can honestly say that the facility in Woburn is the best facility and staff I have been to. Not only is the manager there awsome, friendly, and knows how to do his job very fast and accurately but his employees are very friendly and know how to do there job fast and efficient. The U-Box experience was first rate! Every representative I spoke with along the way was friendly and helpful - both on the phone and in person. The box was immaculate and had everything I needed. Drop off, pick up, delivery were punctual to the time window. They even refunded the charge for an extra month when my daughter couldn't retrieve the box contents in time due to quarantine. To be honest, I had called PODS first (following a recommendation). They were rude, pushy, and almost double the price! There is a reason why Uhaul has been around for so long. They know the business inside and out, and treat their customers with respect! THANK YOU.

My original unit at the Roxbury Uhaul location was given away to someone else, which was incredibly frustrating (especially after waiting in line for 30 mins before I learned this). The crew at Woburn were so expedient and helpful -- even allowing me to return my truck at their location instead of potentially needing to drive it all the way back to Roxbury. Many thanks to Christine, Dustin, and Matt who turned around one of the most stressful days ever.

The system online was TERRIBLE. Receiving my U-box was an absolute mess and I was on the phone with customer service for hours. I had to pay more money for the same service because of a UHaul bad relationship. I was charged so much money and couldn't receive my items when they were only 20 minutes away for multiple weeks. The staff was kind but the system of making changes and finding out details is non existent.

It is very frustrating that you can not track the boxes once they are on the move because mine were late and I had no idea how many days they would be late. The customer service also had no idea. It was also frustrating because originally it said they'd be delivered to the Boulder Uhaul location but then changed to the Denver location. If I had been picking these boxes up myself I would have had to completely change my plans since the Denver location was further away.

Pay the refund ! And answer your emails!!! And coordinate your staff. One day a representative says my case is going to be resolve within two days..(. it's been more than a week and no response.) The other day another one says he has no clue... My ubox was late more than 15 days and I don't see anyone in your company trying to fix it and sending me the refund you told me we will received ( 1 150 $)... Lastly.. out of 10 representatives (yes I count them) just 1 was kind, patient and responsive.. the other 9 were the worst coatumer service I've ever had in my life!.. Aside of this.. two furnitures were damaged and Ive been trying to communicate with a representative because we paid insurance.. guess what? No one gives a me a answer they just transfer me from one line to another and they hang up on me most of the time...I'm making sure everyone within my reach knows how terrible was using ubox.

My experience was excellent! Carlos was extremely helpful and sooo friendly. He helped me in switching my unit so I could fit all my items. The facilities were clean and easy to access. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for storage needs.

I have been to several u hauls for truck rentals and storage lockers and this was my first time to the woburn facility and I was given the best customer service I have ever had at u haul. Amilcar was so nice and tokk the time to show me how to use the security system and told me about making sure I check in and out because of the alarm on the doors and just the overall experience was awsome.

Great experience! 1ST time renting storage space, just vehicles in the past, but at same office. Michael Parker was particularly helpful in assigning a space for me, I'm 65 and petite! Very friendly and convenient!!

The system was down the day that I rented my unit. Because of this some of the units that were thought to be open were actually taken. The staff members who helped me were incredibly helpful and accommodating with the challenges they were facing at the time. The process took longer than expected but the staff members were on top of everything regardless of the situation.

I first came over to inquire about units, as for online, they mention units that are split and get other questions answered. The young man that helped me was extremely helpful. I was able to make a decision on which size unit would be the best meet my needs. I am ready to move in. Thank you.

I appreciate the free trial, but the problems I experienced began when I first checked in to my unit. The U-Haul website states that storage hours are until 10 pm and that I should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to closing on my first visit, but when I arrived at 6:45 hoping to store a mattress I was told that the units close at 6:55 and I would not have enough time to enter my unit, forcing me to return with my mattress. Additionally, shortly after beginning my free trial I was sent a bill for the first month's rent. I had to call to resolve this. I was then charged 3,65 $ without being told what the charge was for. Finally, I had a lock on my unit that I did not know U-Haul considered insecure. A new lock was placed on my unit without notifying me, causing me an embarrassing delay when I next tried to access my unit with one of my clients. Again, I appreciate the free trial (and lock), but I feel some improvements must be made, beginning with updating the website to reflect this site's accurate storage access hours.

Staff experience in the pst was very good. This time I was assigned a rental unit that was not available. Staff came back and assigned another rental unit, which was also locked, but he actually came without me needing to back to the office to remove the lock. There was a rat poison container in the unit which I gently pushed with my foot into the hallway. I did ask about a lock and the person helping me said there would be one for me in the unit, but there was not anything there. I will come back today with some additional storage materials and I guess will purchase a lock at the front desk. This rental is currently in my name, but I will try to switch it to our company name and address online. The person helping me was not exactly friendly, but this could be a cultural issue.

There was no lock in the unit like it stated in the move in process, but it was fine because we had our own pad lock that we used. the space seems very clean, but a light would be nice.

I would like to point out that your staff is very polite and helpful. I remember Idi and Kaylee, I do not remember the name of the 3rd person, very nice. One thing I would like to point out which I did not like was that some of the staff was not wearing masks. That is kind of worrisome. I also saw several customers that did not wear masks. These are unusual times and we should not take the Mass COVID numbers for granted and ease up. I wear a mask for the greater good and so I do not pass on CV to others if I accidentally have it. I urge you to take notice of this and train your staff.
