Get the air-conditioning fixed, it was horrible hot inside the store, it was cooler outside of the store than inside the store. They need to explain the payment options better before and after rental.

I don't have any complaints, I was having difficulty checking in with the app and the employees there noticed that I was struggling and helped me pick up my reservation and be on my way asap. Excellent emplacement!

The person named Shawna Condrey was very discourteous to me as a paying customer who refused to give me her name, which I obtained when she did a refund to my account . Arnold was very courteous. I dealt with people for 30 years in a professional capacity before retiring / As a representative of U- Haul she should have had no problems answering my questions. I did arrive at the site before it opened at 7 am about 6:40am - Arnold was the first to arrive and he confirmed that they did not open til 7 am - I was there to make sure that I was calculated 23 miles as opposed to the estimated 50 miles that we estimated on 7/29/22 The truck was dropped off after closing hours by my son who was the designated driver. I sat there in the handicap park and Arnold was the first to arrive before 7 am followed by Shawna who arrived before 7 am as well . Arnold was outside doing what he needed to do to trucks that were in the return site and when I saw him go to the truck utilized under my contract - I simply got out of my car asked him if he was going to take note of the mileage showing before he moved it- I sm not sure if he heard me distinctly as he replied “NO “ - Shawna sones hurriedly out of the store and rattling off while cupping her hands in the palms of her hand saying “ Ma'am you need to let him do his work - - I simply said I asked him a question and told her the question and she said he would get it when he parked it - my Concern was by him waiting to get the drop off mileage after he parked it might move up from the 23 calculated miles. Her approach and body movements were as if I was annoying - As a paying customer who utilizes your services - her approach could have been calm - She came out with an attitude. I went and sat in my car til 7:02 am while they both attended to other trucks and trailers in the return drop off station. I went in and learned that the mileage was 23 mikes as calculated but the fuel was not where it should be - Well my son had sent me pictures of the mileage and the fuel - which I showed her but Arnold had calculated that it was not where it should be. Arnold made me aware that if we could put all the details in the link at drop off that U-Haul would let the customer know of things not right in order to give the customer a chance to rectify it. I am 70 years old and was confused because my son had told me that he gassed up to where it was when we picked it up -,Shawna said an email was sent to my son but that was erroneous as U- Haul did not have his number on file only mine. She simpjy give me a receipt charging me 31,62 for fuel as she was simultaneously dealing with a white male customer smiling -I blurted out I did not know you could smile probably because He was white. I stood there because I had a question about the 116 dollar hold on my account as to the 109,31 receipt she had handed me showing Arnold's name. Arnold told me Ma'am there is no need for racial comments / While Shawna Condrey known by the end result of the refund receipt - had stated that I did not let them do their work - I replied that was 70 years old and in no way did I manhandle either of them to prevent any actions that they performed . Arnold asked me to go outside but I asked for her name because she was very unprofessional - I was not shouting but at 70 I do not bite my tongue - She did not give me her name nor Arnold and there was no visible name tag for her. I went outside and called my son and told him about the fuel charge. I stayed in the car called my older daughter while waiting for my son to arrive . There we other customers coming in and Arnold acknowledged me while I was sitting in my car with my driver door open saying he would be right with me. He had the attitude of an professional representative of what I would deem an asset to U-Haul. I never acted aggressive nor did I disturb the other customers doing business - Mg son arrived and looked at the paperwork snd stated that he may have not properly fueled it - He said mom let's just stand in line and ask since you had the truck til 1 pm and see if I can get the key and gas it up correctly instead of you beung charged the 31,62 extra for fuel. We stood in the line and while waiting a police officer arrived and when we were to be seen - Shawna talks to me before the officer saying she will not deal with me but would deal with the person behind me and my don made it known to her that he was my son . I said to her and pointed to the police man saying you are talking to me now in front of this officer - you refused to give me your meme when I asked for it - She made it known that She would deal with my son but not with me. My said since she had the truck til 1 pm can I get the key and put the proper amount of gas in the vehicle so my mom would not be charged fir fuel. Arnold said you can but we already rented the truck out to another customer. The officer asked me to step outside to explained what occurred and whike I was talking to the officer a second officer arrived - Shawna dealt with my son and refunded the amount of 30,69 I had told the offices I worked for 30 years with the public and treated people like with kindness never belittling them - I told them how people would comment on how comfortable I made them feel as they were embarrassed to apply for public assistance. I treated people either importance that JESUS died for them who I am to make them feel like they do not matter . A good manager would not have needed the police as there was nothing to diffuse . I believe Arnold knew Shawna mishandled her approach with me - I had thf officer's laughing as I commented I s as m s senior citizen and she' only refunded the 30,69 instead of 31.62. I thanked the officers for treating like s human being and left thr premises never entering the store again after being asked to leave.I am very sure that Arnold knew Shawna could have handled the situation in a much more professional and humane manner. It did work out in my favor either a refund. Had I not stayed to get my questions answered I would have been charged for fuel on a truck that still allotted tine to utilize and a caring humane manager/ representative would have suggested that before taking a non -aggressive , non violent incident to the extreme that Shawna did only to refund me in the latter end at 7:48 am on a truck I had to turn in by 1pm. I believe she realized her approach was off on 7/30/22, that morning !!! I am thankful for the favor of GOD on my life !!!

The truck was fine. However, they did not have the extra equipment we reserved. Further, although we chose the "deal with an agent" option rather than "all-electronic", we still had to do everything via our personal devices once we got there, despite signs saying "hand us your id and we will scan it"

He tested the truck and found that it pulled 3 codes and advised that the pick up location probably didn't do the 2nd level of inspection.

Upon return the customer representative said "sure you can wait but we do everything electronically" We will email you the receipt. I returned the trailer on Wednesday, at 4 P.M. They call me on The next afternoon, Thursday asking me where the trailer is!!! WTH? then they look at the trailer numbers. On my way to their location they call to let me know that they found it, and that it is all taken care of. Again, failure of UHUAL and the system. I reserved a 5x8 closed trailer 4 days in advance at this location for 10:30 am for 8 hours on Saturday, July 16. When I arrived, I was told the trailer was for 3PM at a different location and they had nothing for me. They eventually found a cargo van at a much higher price. I took it because I was moving my son. The one employee got the reservation completely wrong. The employee who waited on me Saturday was rude and had no interest in making this mistake right. I should not have to pay extra for an employee's mistake! The employees at this location give the appearance of not caring anout the customers. We seem to be a bother. Unbelievable!

You can make sure people fill the gas tank so the next person isn't putting $50 in gas in tank for only going 23 miles. 😖

Dirty. Consultant did not even leave his desk to escort us to the truck or go over anything! Truck did not run very well and the appliance dolly was worthless. It was no better on stairs than a standard.

I was sent here after my trailer was not at the location it was supposed to be. I received it at the Warwick location with no problem. The original location that was supposed to have my trailer, Ace Hardware, did not even know it wasn't there when I arrived. While they did call traffic and get me another trailer at a location I had to drive an additional 30 minutes to get, they declined to pay me the $50 that Uhaul promises on their website as a part of the “Reservation Guarantee”. Apparently it does not have to be honored.

I have the nicest young gentleman that helped me. He war very polite and answered all my questions with so much respect. He was very knowledgeable about the mileage and gas. When I returned the truck he was just of him I probably will rent again. It's nice to see a company higher such a professional employees.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with U-Haul. Then soon to be said manager was very rude, cursed, did not care and lied to us about our rental. I need a supervisor to contact me immediately . I have tried 4 times to get ahold of someone and I have not had any such luck yet.

Definitely not my preferred location. Was 45 miles away from the house. As to the location, the staff did everything they could to help me get the equipment I reserved over two months ago, and they did but not without some extra anxiety. Uhaul in general needs to revamp the pickups for customers, or be more accommodating or at least understanding ... but that's not a dig at the pickup location at all.

If you place a reservation online ,please make sure the vehicle is still available. Twice I have made an online reservation and the vehicle I needed that I reserved was not available at time of reservation

I would require reciept of gas. I drove 14 miles and went to put gas in as they require full tank. I started next thing I knew, I put in 5 gals. That did not fill it. Disappointed that I paid $25 in gas when it should have been $10

This is the second time I booked at one place than at the last minute told to pick up the truck at another location.

The ac didn't work in the truck. When we tried to check into pick up we still had to go inside and wait in line to get the keys and dolly we reserved. When we returned the truck we couldn't do it with the online check out and we were over charged for a dolly we did not use. Overall the online process is not smooth At all.

If you guys could like look at the mileage on the truck before you rent it to someone else because I only use 9 miles, on the app it said I used 17 miles I took a picture of the speedometer before I move the truck off your lot. Other than that I had a good experience. Merci

Better comucation between roadside assistance and the store location. Broke down truck was towed to the wrong location and they didn't put a reservation in for the new truck. The time I loss trying to figure that out was way too long. Was told I would be reimbursed for moving stuff from one truck to the the other but haven't received that or any info on how thay works

Agreed to upgrade to the larger trailer, but was downgraded back to the original reserved due to the larger trailer was not road worthy based on lights not operable. Overall customer service was great, the staff friendly, and the trailer I used, perfectly suited for my needs.

Well the computer at the front desk kept locking up so I couldn't leave when I wanted to so that needs to be fixed and it was hot in the lobby you need to turn some air on other than that it was a good experience.
