Had a truck rented in advance got to location and was told no truck. Sent to another location 820 west Oglethorpe was told no truck. Clerk was very uncaring with horrible customer service skills. Finally found a truck which was dirty wand gas 31 miles to empty.

1. Truck reserved online. Long wait at pickup. Agent's notes need to be read to understand the conversation on payment. I was charged twice for the rental. Training is imperative. 2. Truck had not been cleaned or fueled. I was given keys to a truck and went out to find truck sandwiched in between two other trucks. 3. Truck engine light was on.

The 4 Ladies who worked their Sunday (7/17) evening were amazing. They went above and beyond what they needed to do to assist me that day. Finding a place to charge my phone, trying to help me push my disabled vehicle, I showed up late and they still made the truck and tow hitch happen. They were great. They even waiting for the police to arrive to help me with the situation with my car. THEY ARE GREAT! PLEASE GIVE THIS LOCATION THEIR FLOWERS!

The person at the store was awesome! After my pickup location and truck size were changed without me being notified, he tried to go out of his way to give me what I wanted and needed (Thanks, Donald). His manager, however, was not flexible at all and wouldn't budge, even after he called her several times! Donald gets a 10 out of 10, his manager gets a negative 20 out of 10!

My drop off was after hours and the first horrible encounter was the attitude of an individual who work at this location (not sure if this individual was male or female) but there attitude needs some serious adjustment. My sons and I was literally attack by this person because we went in the wrong direction with the truck ( if you have a clean and dirty dropped off sections for your truck and if there's a sign it needs to be noticeable for the customer) and 2nd the barcode on the door was not working we tried to get help from this person you would think we were asking for a kidney ( rude as hell) she/ it/ him is not customer friendly they need a work from home position STAY AWAY FROM ACTUAL PEOPLE. And with all that I was charge after hours fee for a faulty barcode.

The van needs to be Mantanance lights going off while driving I went back in before I left took a picture of traction light on and low tire. They told its fine and the seat belt was fastened but it kept ringing the whole trip. So The place was nice but the rental no.

At check in, the van had not been swept in the cab nor the cargo area, but when brought to the employee's attention, she offered to use the blower and wipe it down.

There where roaches 🪳 and a big dead rat 🐀inside the storage unit hallway area the day I checked in and I came back a day later and the rat 🐀 was still there dead on the floor.

Had reserved a pickup--or so the confirmation said. Didn't have and had not had one for months, clerk surprised I had gotten a reservation. Bait and switched to box truck which actually worked out ok. Objected to $4 increase in insurance fee which was to be recredited manually when truck returned. A week later still no credit to my card. Didn't get equipment asked for but made it work. Forget trying to reserve pickups, you really don't have enough inventory in the system to make it work. Switch to other equipment confuses expectations in billing process and negates the '$50 guaranteed reservation' advertising.

Before leaving the facility, I noticed that the truck had only one brake light and I mentioned it to the representative but the issue was not corrected. I was blessed to you have had an accident because of the brake lights.

To improve the experience for the next customer, properly explain the contract and all possible additional fees. The General Manager Rachel typed up the contract, gave me the keys pointed to the rental vehicle, and sent me on my way. When I returned the vehicle I was hit with almost $150 dollars in additional fees on top of the money that was already on hold. When I asked for an explanation of the fees and alternatives the manager stated "I already ran your card so its too late". She then left the building and had a new hire process me out. He had no idea where to assist because she left in a hurry and left no instruction. The customer service was poor and very dismissive. I will never refer this location and will be bringing my issues to the Google Review section. Merci.

Rachel and the staff were really helpful. I had never used a car hauler before. She walked me through it expertly. She volunteered to stand out in the heat so my dog wouldn't be alone in a hot car. The store was super busy, but I received personal customer care. Great experience.

The store had one person when i first arrived she was outside laughing it up on her cell phone people started piling in she was on her personal cell phone. I was scheduled for 5 p pick up i got there 15 minutes prior didn't leave till 10mins til 6 pm. It was just poorly ran!!!

Please update payments on website to match in store prices. It was a bit of a shock to have to pay more than double the quoted price online. And yes I know to add taxes but omg. Still waiting for the refund from the mileage but I'm confident it will be refunded. On a positive note the workers here are absolutely wonderful and know their job and do it extremely well!!!

When I got the truck the gas gauge was showing to the high side i=of 1/2 tank to stright up 1/2. on returning the truck it was showing 1/2 tank but setting on a slop in the parking lot. I was charged extra for not being on what the u-haul rep called 9/16 tank even though the gauge do not have 9/16. If I returned it on full would u-haul paid me the difference?? mostly NOT is what I say. diming your customers is not good business I had pickup for 4 weeks with no cut on price for the long period. Hope I never need it again. All total $1 200

There was no customer service or regard for the safety of people using their trucks. When I arrived the process was quick but the truck had its check engine light on. They tried to dismiss it as no big deal saying it was just serviced but didn't even have the paperwork or could tell me what it was serviced for. They even asked my sister to leave the store when she kept trying to get them to take this seriously. They even stated that “the check engine light doesn't mean anything”. I needed to drive 7,5 hours to my destination with this truck. They didn't have another and the closest truck was 30-45 minutes away and it was a 26ft. I told them I was not comfortable driving that large of a truck and had movers scheduled. The manager couldn't even give me any reassurance or show me paperwork stating the truck was in good condition but my hands were tied. I ended up needing to take the truck with the engine light on. It was not pleasant driving it and struggled with the slightest hill. We ended up contacting road side assistance prior to leaving the store location and asking them what would be covered. The roadside assistance was much more helpful than the store but I was not happy or felt that this location is safe to rent from. I do not recommend any customer or other Uhual location to accept trucks from them.

The correct truck wasn't available so we had to drive to another store to pick up. On the way of us moving out of town the a/c stopped working in 100 degree weather. We turned in before even one day was up. We apparently parked on the wrong side. The rude gentleman that took it in. Told me he should charge me $50 for parking on the wrong side of building. I said I should charge you for not having the right truck where you said you would have it , or the fact one break light was out, e em better to he bigger truck takes more gas or THE A/C BREAKING MID WAY TO A HOUR N A HALF DESTINATION. I WILL NEVER ISE ANOYJER UHul

Connie was amazing! She was a huge help in getting my trailer attached to my truck, and she made sure I understood how to return the trailer after hours. I will definitely use this Uhaul location again, and that is primarily to do with the customer service provided by Connie. Merci.

I tried calling this facility for 2 weeks and was placed in a "que". I waited up to 38 minutes with no service. This is ridiculous. When people have questions, someone needs to there to assist them.

I had absolutely no problem with the storage storage solutions, my problem was with scheduling. They changed my pick up location with no heads up. I had to drive 45 minutes out the way to get a truck I reserved more than 2 weeks ago. I'm left with the impression that reservations means little or nothing and I got tired of hearing fake apologies! I drove an hour and a half to find out the truck promised me was gone yesterday and I had to call to find this out, no courtesy call from uhaul customer courtesy. I'm disappointed in my experience on yesterday and overbooking appears to be common practice. MAYBE WE ARE IN A SEASON WHERE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS RAN ITS COURSE!!!

Customer service was AWFUL! Access times to storage was inaccurate, there were times I could not get in my storage because it was locked before displayed hours. I paid ober $1000 for storage during covid19 pandemic and was charged late fees within 2 days of being late(during a worldwide pandemic). Spoke with corporate and no results. Employees asking for drugs. Awful. Disgrace!

Some of the staff was not friendly and welcome during some of my visits. They were either nonchalant or unhelpful during my visits. The storage building was sometimes unclean with trash thrown inside as soon as you walk in the entrance on the storage unit.

This excellent rating is solely based on the facility and staff. However, the storage price rates are too expensive. If I would've had time to shop around, I would've gone somewhere else to rent a storage room.

Because of the computer it kept sending us a bill and locked us out and we had to have a worker to let us in again that happened twice and we got several letters saying we owed you money when we didn’t .😟

I had a bad encounter with one employee but management took appropriate steps Intervening and addressing my concerns. I than worked with another employee whom was very Pleasant to work with by the name of Courtney. The unit was nice and clean. It was above my expectations being in a small out dated city.

The poor rating is a result of the storage charge I was offered but DECLINED. As of a couple days ago they were demanding I pay $170 for a unit offered and declined at the time of my trailer rental.

Move was a disaster and not delivered to final home address. Albany made truck reservation and did not have a truck at time for pick up. Had to go to Tifton and return in Adel. Never again!
