The only issue was the rear left door would not open. I reported to the office staff. He said it was nothing he could do being that was the last vehicle left. I was unable to move my bed set. But overall good service.

ROBERT BDonald B. was a disgusting human. He was rude and unprofessional BOTH times dealing with him. On top of eating his lunch on the counter in front of us. Smacking and chewing loud and talking with food in his mouth and on his face. Gave us the wrong paperwork and so much more. I even took pictures of him checking the truck with a burger in his hand and mayonnaise on his face. YUCK ... The whole staff was unprofessional and not helpful overall. I'm actually tired of typing about it because I have to relive that trash experience.

Toni RI was charge $7 for a hand cart I didn't use some how on the last item taking off someone mistake hit the seal by mistake and broke the seal I had my own hand cart . For the future let the person have a choice of removing the hand cart off and using there own . When you are tired of taking items off you forget that hand cart is there and that seal can be easily hit by mistake.
CHARLIE CMake sure the built-in trailer are cleaned before you rent them out and if your employees are in training let the customer know big mistake was made on the mileage and he didn't correct it because he said he didn't know how he has been working there too long not to not know how you can miss alot customers that way with a smile respectfully

I arrived around 4pm to pick-up a scheduled 6/12 enclosed trailer and was told that it was rented and would be returned by 5:30pm. NOTE: I had driven from Loganville, Ga to get this trailer and move furniture from storage in Albany, GA back to Loganville, Ga. before the storage unit closed for the night. At 6pm the trailer had not been returned which caused me to rent a room for $98 a night. Afterwards, I was notified at approximately 6:45pm that the trailer had been returned and your facility closes at 7pm. In summary, I had to reschedule pick-up for the next morning 14 July to be able to get into the storage unit to pack and move furniture back to Loganville, Ga. Cardell Gunn

Jonathon W | Premières impressionsI had one issue with paying my bill ahead of time on the first instead of on the due date of the 19th. I would go in to pay in person and had a paper reciept. It had to put it as advanced payment. There was a error on their part that I had not paid. A letter was sent to me and their lock was placed on my storage unit. The person that updated their computer system and sick in the hospital with Covid.It was only one person that did the updating in their system. I brought in my proof that I paid on the 1st and they made a copy of it. I checked my unit. It was secured and I demanded it be removed and watched them remove their lock from my storage unit. I asked that the incident be removed off of my u-haul record. If I paid ahead of time on the first, there is no way I should be penalized for not paying on the 19th and my storage unit secured with their lock. I had to call multiple to make sure it was corrected. I did not trust online payment due to short staffed error in person and preferred to get a actual copy receipt. I had no more issues and the staff were friendly. I was transitioning from Virginia to Georgia and used your unit for 2 years. It was unloaded and swept clean. The unit was inspected and the security access card returned. Other than that one incident, it was a pleasant experience.

When we did get the rep her name was Rachel Humphrey she was being very disrespectful saying I was just standing there and didn't say anything to her so she walked off then she came in and said if we got a problem we got the right one today. She also was on the phone with her girlfriend while she was being rude and disrespectful when all I was trying to get was the unit and the key and drop off the truck. She then begin texting in her phone while I was standing there waiting to finish giving her the information saying she was responding to her boss and it didn't matter if Obama was standing in front of her she had to text back immediately. Then we had to search for the unit there was no one there to assist her. I would not recommend Uhaul in Albany,GA to anyone. She was very unprofessional and rude for no reason.

I had to drive 45 minutes out the way to get a truck I reserved more than 2 weeks ago. I'm left with the impression that reservations means little or nothing and I got tired of hearing fake apologies! I drove an hour and a half to find out the truck promised me was gone yesterday and I had to call to find this out, no courtesy call from uhaul customer courtesy. I'm disappointed in my experience on yesterday and overbooking appears to be common practice. MAYBE WE ARE IN A SEASON WHERE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS RAN ITS COURSE!!!
