This experience has been horrible from start to finish. From the pricing not as advertised, container delivery, the lack of communication to my card being overcharged. You guys really need to make some changes in your system. It's too much to even type.
James H.We appreciated your posted directions for loading a Queen sized mattress and box. HOWEVER, our cargo van was not wide enough to accommodate the pieces as described. The wheel wells were not far enough apart. This affected the rest of the load which we had carefully planned . . . we had measured each piece and referred to your interior measurements for placement of each. Mis-information meant: we had to make two round trips which added to our mileage and the time it took to move the items. TO IMPROVE: please be accurate in your posted information. IT MATTERS. thank you.

LUTHER H.The associate Rogar, attempted to cheat me out of my money. I'd already asked for and paid for an appliance dolly. After the transaction, he stated that there was a dolly already in the 15" truck in a blatant attempt to scheme me out of extra money. I reiterated that I requested an appliance dolly. He reluctantly went to the back to provide one. His attitude towards me as a customer was extremely poor and something should definitely be done about this. I'm certain this isn't the first complaint on him and it won't be the last if he continues to treat paying customers this way. AND once I turned the truck back into this location after hours, the website wasn't able to find my location to utilize the online mobile return feature. Which caused me to have a 20 $so called convenience fee added onto my bill. Highway robbery. This location is trash at best. Use at your own risk and watch out for Rogar. He will cheat you.

jeff C.I've used this location twice. Both times I had issues with GM opening the doors late, up to 10 mins. Yesterday, the building was locked up as though it was closed when I attempted to return my rental, around 3p. When an employee showed up, we were informed the GM disappeared. After getting a number from him to file a complaint, I was informed by the Customer Service rep that the GM had “just quitâ€. Regarding the vehicle I was provided, by that same GM, it was not cleaned prior to being assigned to me. There were mud spots on the mirrors and the ash tray was full of old cigarette butts and ashes. Due to the yesterday's circumstances around the GM's departure, I am having trouble obtaining a receipt. My rental was for business purposes so I need of a receipt ASAP.

Justine W.Crooks! Firstly I get there it took forever to get my car granted the gentleman was by himself. The truck is in terrible need of maintenance get in and check engine light was on. Truck swaying while driving. Then when I bring it back it took forever for someone to come out and take the vehicle back and the guy had the nerve to have an attitude with me. Very dissatisfied with this experience.
Jemard P.The website states that this location opens for business at 5 a.m. However, the hours posted on the front door has it opening for business at 7 a.m., which is what time the manager opened. With regards to opening, customers may get confused or frustrated with the discrepancy with the hours.

nekia R.I ordered a pick up truck they gave me a moving truck I cancelled it suppose 2 got a new pick up after I reordered they still gave me a van I think the company can do better if everyone is on the same accord the Uhaul main # give u to a different place and the where I got my truck was one person and was a slow process then had trouble getting an extension I couldn't get a trade at a place that had pick ups so I'm kinda pissed on that as well as two different prices from online and the actual place

rosalyn P.The employee waiting on customers kept complaining about how tired he was because he worked 2 jobs. I reserved a small trailer on line but when I got there I wanted to look at them to make sure it would be big enough. We arrived at 4:45. We waited for our turn with 2 ahead of us. We got to our turn and requested to look at the trailers. We decided to upgrade so one employee tried to help but couldn't . We were told the file was corrupt and they had to start over. 3 customers that came in behind us were done before we were. The other employee said he would redo our order and kept helping the other customers. He apologized by saying it was the computers fault. But he was steady doing other things. After an hour we finally got a trailer. Please train your employees on customer service and how to use your computer system.

I was told all my son would need was his license so that was an aggravation but other than that it was a very good experience.
Ethan G.Improve the information that is given to customers. I was told that I didn't owe any additional monies for my rental & now I find that I do. I reserved a rental another time priortothis one and after reaching a closed store and doing numerous searches in other locations to rent a truck, was told since my reservation wasn't honored I would receive 50 $in the mail for my time and aggravation of having to endure all this and ended up going back to the same store once they opened five hours later for a truck rental and I still haven't received it. Is this a false guarantee or what?

J E.It is located in a drug infested/homeless area. A person could be mugged/robbed/killed while trying to complete return information at the U Haul site in the U Haul vehicle or in one's car at this location. I returned the U Haul truck with a halft a tank of gas, but I was not compensated for the one-fourth of a tankl overage. HOwever, if I did not return the U Haul truck with at least on-fourth of a tank of gas, I would be charged for it. On December 28, 2020, I had asked the gentleman working that day why I do not receive reimbursement for the extra amount of gas in the U Haul truck. He just said I do not receive money for any gas over the one-fourth required amount. Virginia Lewis
