I almost was charged twice for the auto transport for the "inexperience" of the employee there. Then they set up different contracts for the auto transport and the truck and the price was higher than the previous time. I spent an hour there and I am pending to receive my refund for the first transaction they cancelled.

Truck had a rough ride (suspension). Driver door hard to close. Only one staff on duty, when picking up and dropping off; which caused a twenty minutes or more wait time. Someone should be at the counter at all times.

Hire new employees. The guy completely ignored my mom. It took them 45 minutes to serve her to return the truck. The girl there had no name tag and was really rude. I've been coming to this one on oglethorpe for years. I don't know what happened with the old employees but with these new KIDS running it now I won't be coming back.

Customer service on the inside was spot on great employees. The system was not so good. I reserve an auto transport. There was no access through the parking lot to enter on either side. Had to back out into main road. After getting my reservation the location of the trailers has lots of busted concrete and debris that I had to drive over. The alley way was also blocked. Could have busted a tire and that's not good for any one. Have used the U-Haul service all over the US. The system tried to charge me for two days. And the guy fixed that. I had to rush and have the trailer back because I couldn't keep it even 24 hours. The equipment rental was spot on good. But far as the outside. Alot needs to be done. At least where the trailers are parked.

I have rented trucks and equipment from many locations there were times when I was very dissatisfied with the service. When I met Rachel I made a decision to stay and use that location. Ms Rachel is knowledgeable, patient and very understanding. I would recommend giving her a promotion with all expense paid vacation.

The vehicle that I rented was the worst I ever had. The air did not work. I drove 70 miles or more in heat. Even with the heater completely off the heat wad on. The van rode terrible clattering the whole way. That vehicle needs to go to the junkyard.

Customer service was exceptional worked well with the customers. Will use again if I need to. Very convenient. I was quoted one price during my reservation but when I went to pick up the truck the rice was doubled. I would still use this particular U-Hsul in the future.

The customer service at this location was horrible. I was told to get assistance by manager to go get her out of her vehicle. The rental truck that was given to me was in horrible condition, the check engine light came on the truck ac was not working the rearview mirror also was disfuctional and there was hot heat coming from dashboard of the truck. I was told i would get compensated and get another truck and that did not happen i was charged 495 dollars and no additional truck was given to me. I do not refer throw location at all. Worst moving experience.

I will not be recommending Uhaul to anyone. I called customer service to extend my hours as I would not make my original drop off time. My representative, Marilyn, to me that would be fine. She extended my time to the requested time of 4pm and said I would be charged $80 but would receive that money back once I returned the truck. I agreed to this as she explained to me the process of being charged as if I were driving additional miles but not actually driving those miles and receiving my money back. I returned the truck around 3:30 pm and explained this to the young woman that I checked in with. He said he had never heard of this before and called out the manager. Rachel was nice, but said the same thing. Rachel decided to give me a refund for $70.15, but suggested I call customer service back. I did. I spoke with Jemielah who told me she had never heard of this and that I should've basically kept the truck an additional day as that what I was charged for. I'm livid. After a long day of packing and moving, no consistency in customer service, no one will to honor what I was told, getting the run around I can not and will not recommend this company. I was exhausted and over waiting on the phone to speak with customer service. And disappointed at the lack of help I received when I called back.

The truck was very dirty and dusty,foods was inside,the manager know the gas was less than half tank and couldn't sign on the paper for Gas level.When I got to my destination despite I took the pictures of a quarter tank gas level, they charged me extra $23 ,this is wrong and no one care. The $23 gas extra charges was wrong and I informed Albany manager b4 I left

Being more responsive, having things on truck that's needed to move( dolly was needed) then the truck was dirty in the back part, I had to bleach it before putting my family things in there which was a delay of delivery. The lady at the front desk wasn't customer oriented at all. I was due to get back $29,75 for my return. She had a attitude about everything. So I left her and called the 1-800 number to talk to someone else who I'm great ful for handling what the store of Albany ga could have handled............ New management is needed!!!!

The customer service agent was helpful and friendly; the location was understaffed. The interior of the truck was litter-free but dirty. I used a full container of Clorox wipes to clean up the grime. Yuck. COVID-19 and Monkeypox are real! Clean your trucks, UHaul.

I picked up my U-Haul at 9:15-9:30 AM. I rented it for 8hrs. I put on my reservation that I wanted two utility hand trucks. The clerk never told me that he didn't have them available. I assumed they were already on the truck. It was a total inconvenience to have to travel to another side of town to rent one. I returned my U-Haul back at 4:10PM on the same day. When I returned the U-Haul the cashier told me to write my name on a piece of paper and he stapled it to the keys. He said that the guy who rents the U-Hauls was gone and that he would leave him the keys and let him know that it was returned in good shape and on time. Monday I got an alert on my phone showing the invoice. It showed that I was charged for an extra day as well as an extra insurance fee. When I looked at my original receipt from the previous day- I noticed that he charged me for the insurance even though I told him I did not want it- I did not opt for it when I placed the reservation online. I went to dispute the transactions on Monday when I got the alert- but every time I called or stopped by.. 3 times… he wasn't there! I would like a refund for the extra charges for both of the safe move insurances and for the extra day! This was such an inconvenience ! I will never do reservations at this place again!

I was overcharged when I brought the uhaul truck back. I was told that I went over the mileage in which I did not get a chance to see for myself. Then when I moved into the storage unit to store my belongings because the house I was moving into wasn't ready, I was overcharged again. I was quoted $80 per month for the storage unit but I was charged $97.00. it's very very exhausting to keep calling about my money.

The General Manager Rachel has a bad attitude. She does not have any patience with people. This is by far the worst moving experience I've ever had. Had to pay for extra miles due to a lock being on the storage.

I had absolutely no problem with the storage storage solutions, my problem was with scheduling. They changed my pick up location with no heads up. I had to drive 45 minutes out the way to get a truck I reserved more than 2 weeks ago. I'm left with the impression that reservations means little or nothing and I got tired of hearing fake apologies! I drove an hour and a half to find out the truck promised me was gone yesterday and I had to call to find this out, no courtesy call from uhaul customer courtesy. I'm disappointed in my experience on yesterday and overbooking appears to be common practice. MAYBE WE ARE IN A SEASON WHERE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS RAN ITS COURSE!!!

Customer service was AWFUL! Access times to storage was inaccurate, there were times I could not get in my storage because it was locked before displayed hours. I paid ober $1000 for storage during covid19 pandemic and was charged late fees within 2 days of being late(during a worldwide pandemic). Spoke with corporate and no results. Employees asking for drugs. Awful. Disgrace!

Some of the staff was not friendly and welcome during some of my visits. They were either nonchalant or unhelpful during my visits. The storage building was sometimes unclean with trash thrown inside as soon as you walk in the entrance on the storage unit.

This excellent rating is solely based on the facility and staff. However, the storage price rates are too expensive. If I would've had time to shop around, I would've gone somewhere else to rent a storage room.

Because of the computer it kept sending us a bill and locked us out and we had to have a worker to let us in again that happened twice and we got several letters saying we owed you money when we didn’t .😟

I had a bad encounter with one employee but management took appropriate steps Intervening and addressing my concerns. I than worked with another employee whom was very Pleasant to work with by the name of Courtney. The unit was nice and clean. It was above my expectations being in a small out dated city.

The poor rating is a result of the storage charge I was offered but DECLINED. As of a couple days ago they were demanding I pay $170 for a unit offered and declined at the time of my trailer rental.

Move was a disaster and not delivered to final home address. Albany made truck reservation and did not have a truck at time for pick up. Had to go to Tifton and return in Adel. Never again!
