Have more people on duty. I waited 45min for one couple to be serviced. They had reserved their truck months ago and it wasn't there so they had to get a different truck. Even still it shouldn't have taken 45min to get their truck.Ben K.

The dumbass employees put the wrong truck key into my early pickup drop box, and no one at the uhaul phone line could help me. So I waited 45 minutes for the store to open and talk to a â€œmanagerâ€ who was clearly high and barely was able to give me the correct key. Because of this incompetence the moving crew I hired charged me and extra $300. Absolute trash companymaxwell A.

24/7 check truck didnt work employees were using profanity and would not help me at first. Then even if the checkout would of worked the truck was blocked in by other trucks. That location needs some manageme and training employees on how to act and customer service. Very rude . That place is a shit show!!todd T.

Trailer was full of broken glass. Didn't realize it till after I had left the facility. Called in and could not get anybody to answer until the 4th or 5th try. Nothing was done about it. It was up to me to clean it out.Ray F.

Poor customer interaction from start to finish. emploee seemed bothered by our visit. Vehicle was dirty and not well maintained, we were also overcharged for use. We were overcharged took the van out and used it for 10,8 miles but was charged for 20 miles. I even asked if I would be refunded and was told I would but haven't. Employees seemed very unhappy with their jobs and carried themselves in a unprofessional manner from start to finish.Thia store could benefit from corporate or owner coaching. Perhaps a secret shopper to rate this location. Overall I can not recommend this location from our experience.Brian C.

Actually DRIVE the vehicles yourselves instead of letting some idiot executive make sweeping decisions that affect ALL your customers with NO CLUE how it will end up, ACTUALLY DRIVE ONE. Ridiculous pricing, uncomfortable, dangerous transportation. Spoke to the general manager to ask for the phone number to make a complaint, and amazingly, he didn't know the number. OF COURSE HE DIDN'T. Why would ANY MANAGER try to be helpful in setting a customer complaint. After all, he was ONLY a GENERAL MANAGER. Just ignorant. You've permanently lost my business, and I will do everything I can to make sure everyone I know uses RYDER.steve B.

Staff was friendly but ill equipped to get the box from storage. Over one year I requested access about 5-6 times and never had it ready upon my scheduled arrival. Sometimes my account was not found, and other times the equipment or computer system prevented them from accessing the box, once causing a 6 hour delay in moving. Additionally, closing my account after emptying the box took two weeks and three separate visits to the site. The staff are friendly but poorly equipped or trained by upper management.Connor F.
I was given the key and asked to go get my own truck, in the past, my truck was brought to me which I thought was how it had always been done with uhaul. It seems like a better way to do business. I also mis calculated my fuel that I was to put in the truck, which was obviously my fault and filled it up, when I got it it was between 3/4 and full. I mentioned this and they felt there was nothing they could do about it. Just letting you know that being a frequent user, it seems in general that service is slipping. Also someone who used it before me obviously smoked in the cab and I did not have that before.SUSAN W.

After having reserved a trailer, I waited in line for over two hours with others having the same issue. The language from staff to the people in line was astonishing. People were cutting in line and were also helped before others that had been waiting. I will never go to this UHaul dealer again. I was beyond shocked.LARRY L.

I did everything online and then had to wait in line and answer all the same questions as I did online. In addition I was charged CDW waiver even though I never agreed to it and was charged 2 gallons of gas even though I drove a total of 14 miles. Use your online system and don't charge customers for things they don't use nor asked for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!David P.
There are not enough staff for checking in of equipment. They were all very busy helping customers but there were a lot of customers waiting. Please consider hiring more staff to meet the need of your customers. The staff were helpful and kind. I appreciated that.Jesus P.

Welllâ€¦.. my trucks brake lights came on and i was Moving across the interstate into the next cityâ€¦. and the guy in the morning when i called told me to bring it in and they would give us more time. We took it in had it checked and the emergency brake wasn't put down which freaked us out at 9pm trying to do our last load. So we go into the store and there are 8 people waitingâ€¦. Had to call the store manager on the front door and then someone appearedâ€¦ had to have been 20 or more minutesâ€¦.. There were more than 8 vehicles In the lot. I couldnt get my truck in then the guy who did come out after i called the GM was super annoyed and short. Then i got a receipt for about 70 more than i paid originally. 1) Make the delivery on time as scheduled. Call the customer if it will take longer then the original delivery window. 2) Don't overbook -_- Double check the website to make sure there are enough pods. 3) Customer service could be trained in anticipating needs, or just being helpful generally. 4) Make the delivery from one place to another a clear section on the online form. Make the second delivery cost clear ANYWHERE (because it did NOT cost just $172). Maybe specify if this is a between location move or if the customer wants it stored (I did NOT want my items stored and they were brought back to U-Haul). 5) Make the service cheaper, or offer to refund the customer. 6) This whole experience was ass and I just wanna say that.Samantha F.
The line at the counter was long and only one person was running it. It probably took close to 30 mins to get outside and get hooked up. The trailer I was assigned wasn't in the parking lot, so they had to reissue a different one. The car dolly I rented had an issue with the ramp falling out. I had to stop several times. The pin was loose/weak. After a couple of incidents, I had to tie up the ramp. When I arrived to drop it off, the pin was completely missing. Everyone I dealt with was very nice.Shawn R.

This location was understaffed and did not have the right experience on hand to help the customers out. I was in line for over two hours to get to agent. And that is after I had already checked in online paid for the rental uploaded my drivers license and was ready to go. It was the worst experience and I will never rent here again. The funny thing is everyone in line said they had the same experience every time before they've been there so this seems to be a recurring issue that no one cares aboutCHAD F.
This location needs more employees who are trained in more than one area. I was third in line, and had to wait 1 hour and 40 min. to pick up my truck. Both employees walked around the back area searching for one part, then one employee went outside to smoke after saying he isn't trained to work the desk, leaving the other employee with a line of people out the door. Some of the other people in line said that this location has always had poor customer service. I still can't believe how poorly run this store is.Jenna J.
