Unfortunately this facility was grossly understaffed. We had a reservation; however we waited in line nearly 40 minutes to pick the truck up, and another 25 min. at drop off.

Improve signage for store and parking. When call store and are transferred to your 800 number make sure that this is clear to customer.

I got charged an additional $30 from this location for SafeMove insurance that I did not purchase. Also did not get a receipt. Only found out about it through my Credit card statement.

Employee (thin young male with dreads) has a terrible attitude. Unfriendly and aggressive. Third time encountering him. First 2 times I let it slide. Chalked it up as a bad day. It's evident that he doesn't belong in a position dealing with people.

The "Express" check-in needs to be "Express". Instead, I wait in the same line, get asked questions that I've already answered during the Express check-in, and really don't save much time at all. Express is a great idea, but someone at this location (or U-haul in general) needs to figure out a way to make it express, particularly for returning customers with an on-line account.

I was charged for fuel even though I returned it with more fuel than I left with, this nearly doubled my bill. Still trying to get a refund. The amount of gas they say I used is mathematically impossible based on the distance I drove.

It took almost an hour to pick up a trailer that we had already reserved. The facility greatly lacks in parking. We had to keep driving around until the assistant was able to hook up the trailer. There was one guy there working behind the counter that was doing his best to move people through,. There should have been 5 more of him.

I dropped off the keys after hours. As per my initial contract, I was supposed to drop it off at E&R Ventures LLC, 8217 Leesburg Pike, Vienna, VA 22182. However when I got there the person told me that their lot was full, and I should take it to Falls Church (about 3 miles away). That was inconvenient, and I wound up paying for extra mileage too. Why couldn't the drop off location transfer it to Falls Church, rather than make the customer do it?

This location was great. I came in, they took care of me immediately and go out of there quickly. I reserved a truck online at the last minute on the way to the store and the truck was ready within 15 minutes of me reserving online. Great experience and highly recommended.

Only question I have is that I expected email confirmation receipt that I returned the truck a day early with 3/4 gas and 50 miles less than allowed. I appreciated the manager telling me that I did not need to wait in line for a receipt but was a little uneasy that I do not have a receipt for my records. I want to thank Michele in scheduling for helping me change the drop off to this more convenient location.

I asked the guy who was putting the furniture dolly and appliance dolly on my truck if this was my truck and he said yes but when I noticed the numbers did not match he kept shrugging me off and wouldn't answer me. This turned out to be an issue on my part because the plate number does not match the truck number but a simple explanation of this would have been a lot better than just shrugging off questions from the customer. I ended up speaking to the manager who confirmed this, checked the gas, mileage and sent me on my way. The truck sounded like it was going to fall apart at any moment. Def time for a tune up or overhaul.

I have never had any issues with UHAUL. This time I was concerned with taking a photo of my drivers license. This would put customers at risk.

If a customer asks for a hard copy of their bill it should be provided with out question . Don’t hassle your customer!
