Used this location for 6 or 7 years. The equipment has been consistently great, the service at reception and drop off has been very good. They may be busy from time-to-time, sometime a short wait, but they have great inventory and lots of customers, so the occasional wait is fine.Stephen M.

When reserving online and you get a message that someone will call you to confirm a reservation for an item that may not be available, add a timeline in which one would receive the call. No call so I went to the location, item not available, ended up renting another item, customer representative was very busy, a line out the door, she advised me on the quickest way to change reservation since their system was not cooperating. I ordered furniture pads when I made the reservation two weeks in advance. When I picked up my truck, the saleswoman simply said "We don't have any" without offering any explanation or apology for not having my reserved materials ready. I also had to tell the personnel who gave me the truck that I needed dollies--also already paid for. What is the point of making reservations if the customer has to track what equipment is in the truck and half of the equipment is not available?Kimberly R.

The truck we got was pretty banged up, but the Manager there is amazing and worth going to get top notch customer service. The call center is a disaster though! I made my reservations a month in advance and they totally messed it up! Luckily the manager helped out and was able to find me a second truck last minute on a week-end.Margaret B.

It was after hours and the location services would not register me on the app nor could I login to put my information. I was charged $20.00 for a drop off but I did try and use the app.Carylann P.
One concern with the store is the person who sanitizes the vehicle on return is yelling at everyone. The Mobile app demands photos to be taken on return and this person is keep shouting at everybody to leave and move. As a customer felt really uncomfortable. The Mobile check-in is not actually contactless. You need to again go in store multiple times. The dolly which I ordered was not in the vehicle and I need to go in to collect it. To collect keys again you need to into store. There's already a big line in-store. Wish they have already kept the dollies (which are ordered online) ready in the vehicle or some kind of self check out. Be ready to spend 30mins during pick up. Otherwise its all okayArunkumar M.

I love this Uhaul rental!! I drove passed one that was closer and in between where the move was from and two but because; the parking lot was so cluttered with vehicles all over the place, and workers trying to get work for the day running up to my car....I had my daughter with me...I didn't get out and came straight to this one again. The customer service is always professional, the store and parking lot is always clean and organized, even the employees are pleasant! Thank you Uhaul for always making my moves so easy!Phrancesca M.
Not offering on-site parking for short-term in-town rentals makes doing them very difficult. Staff unwilling to help in any way, and this limitation is not prominently displayed anywhere on the website, or during the booking process. I would have brought my business to Home Depot where you can park your car while you rent a pickup truck.Allen E.
I am sorry I do not remember the name of the gentleman who helped me (he rented the trailer to me, and then handled my return of the equipment and the associated early-return refund and paper work). He could not have been more helpful or pleasant; a perfect employee. He should be rewarded and is exactly the kind of employee you should promote to handle more responsibility. He is good for your business! With one (TERRIBLE) exception, I have had extremely good experiences with U-Haul over the years. This most recent rental was another good experience.George R.
