I rented a 17ft on Nov 27 around 11am and returned it just after 9pm and i got charged twice the rental rate. I dont know why and i was not made aware of it and i was told i have until tomorrow mor ing to return. Can someone help.me on this. ThanksMul S.

I would recommend better training for employees. My questions weren't addressed with much concern for safety, proper paperwork for trailer registration, lighting, and trailer hookup. If I hadn't been so persistent with my questions I would have left with the wrong trailer number and not properly hooked up and non working clearance lighting with a temporary paper plate that was improperly secured. Everything was straightened out and I left with everything to my satisfaction with the correct trailer working properly with matching number and paperwork.jose G.

Trailer leader from the top that I rented. The floor was also buckling in the center aluminium floor of the trailer. The service people that worked there were great service. And they did offer to clean the trailer before I took it. But the ceiling leaking from the trailer roof could have costed me a 45 thousand dollar loss. I was very lucky that the electronic units I had in there did not get destoyed.steven U.

Pick up had mud all over on exterior, inside of windows very dirty, engine light was on & service engine alert was on. I took it to a full service car wash & paid $ 37 to be cleaned and get the stink smell out of it. This truck only had 11 800 miles.....TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !DAVID M.

Brand new pick up with only 180 Miles , very dirty , took it to a full serve car wash to have inside of windows cleaned, barely see in the sun, also smelled of cigarettesDAVID M.
I rated this location as average because transactions here feel like they take an average of 6 minutes (I am making this number up, as I never timed it). But when you are standing in a line of 3 - 4 people, it definitely seems that things take a lot longer than they should. This last transaction was done online and through the mobile app, which made it seem quicker, however, with only one sales rep, I still had to wait for them to finish with their current customer. The equipment: first truck's check engine light came on as soon as I turned out the parking lot. I made a u-turn and exchanged it. What a waist of time, even though the exchange was rather quick. Second truck: after loading it and pulling 10 miles down the road, ALL the lights came on: check engine, no hill asst, ABS. 2:00 AM, truck loaded, ready for a 5 1/2 hour drive, 400 miles, and the warning lights come on...nerve racking!!Maurice F.

I was given a truck with no fuel in it. I put fuel in drove it 30 miles. Returned it back with more fuel was charged $50 for fuel ? Don't drop off and let them finish the tag for you! Thieves!Eric B.

The truck smelled like cigarettes. Mt throat became aggravated and I had to ride down the road with windows down. It was very hot. Also the truck was filthy. I stopped at the store bought Lysol wipes and used about 20 of them to clean off portions that I touched. The steering wheel alone took about 10. The side mirrors for water spotted so bad I had trouble seeing to change lanes at night. I probably will not use U-Haul again.Nick B.

I reserved my truck online and got the confirmation email. When I went to pick up my truck they said they transfered my reservation to a different, much farther away, location because they didn't have the size I was looking for. Uhaul said that they sent me and email and text, but I never received it. So I had to pay for more mileage because of where this new location was and the new reservation was for 10:00 pick up instead of a 9:00 one so we got started late. I had to make new arrangements for the pick up and drop off. I was so disappointed. I have used uhaul so many times and never had any issues. The online service is awful but the walk in service was easy and smooth.Priscilla R.
