When I went to check the truck, the mileage and gas reading was incorrect. When I went to adjust this in the app, the time had already expired so I ended up getting charged for mileage that I did not use in addition to extra gas.

What’s with all the negative reviews? I thought this location was great! Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. All of my questions answered not to mention excellent service by the reps who helped me. I was expecting a less than subpar experience but it was really the opposite. Thanks again

When I arrived the app identified my vehichle for me, however the Dolly ordered was not in the truck. The App also told me to go into the location for assistance - the line of people with reservations to pick up was so long it was out the door. The staff were not helpful and both customers and staff got irritated when 24/7 app customers followed instructions to skip the line and go to the side of the counter because there were not enought staff to meet the needs of customers. Additionally the App should give you the opportunity (and the notification) to put in your photograph and DL photograph in advance of arriving at the location to save standing around waiting for verification. While waiting for verification the app offered 'live support' however the wait to get a connection (to confirm how I resolved the missing dolly) was slower than the line out the door of the retail location.

The checking in process was unusually slow - apparently they had problem with internet which, perhaps, might be beyond their control. My true grievance lays with check-out process. I have returned equipment the same day during the store hours. I handed the keys to store employee and was told that I was done.I returned it with full tank (more than required), after driving only 48 miles. However, I have just received invoice in which I have been charged for 2 days rentals, 120 miles, 5.5 gallon of gas, and $20 convenience fee for after-hours drop-off. They clearly did not check-out the truck and rented it again. Or they run a scam. Either way I am not pleased.
