They charged me $10 for gas even though i drove the truck for 6 miles and put gas in it. Seemed like they were trying to slide it through without me noticing.

We wanted to rent a 15 foot truck but three of them were broken and were given a 17 foot truck. We wanted to rent a dolly, but none was available unfortunately.

They gave us a truck without gas we never made it to the gas station and we ran out of gas! We picked up the truck and the guy said the truck didn't work and it probably needed gas, so he went the gas station and put some gas in it. The fuel level was less than 1/8 tank. He gave us the keys and we drove it to the gas station but never made it cause the truck stopped and ran out of gas. We had to buy a gas can, call friends for help and put gas in it. Very frustrating! Will not go back!

No problem with the location. When I called to inquire about the item, I felt pressured to make a reservation, saying that it was going to be a busy weekend for rentals. There were at least rhree of these things when I picked up and dropped off the one I rented.

WE HAD ALREADY PACKED OUTLR ITEMS IN TRUCK AND WERE ON THE ROAD. UNFORTUNATELY THE TRUCKS ALIGNMENT WAS OUT AND WE WERE SWERVING IN THE FREEWAY AND STREETS. VERY SCARY. THESE TRUCKS NEED TO BE UP TO DATE MAINTENANCE/ TESTED DRIVEN BE FOR CLIENT USAGE. THANKS AGAIN. LONNIE JORDAN

On Sunday March 2nd the line was out the door and i waited 45 minutes to get my uhaul.\\ When I dropped off after hours the uhaul check out on your phone would not work

Customer service could be drastically improved. The guy helping me was grumpy the whole. At one point he tossed my driver's license towards me on the counter, and after I picked it up he said he still needs it.

Maybe you could give customers a 30 minute grace period, meaning if your truck is due at 2 pm don’t schedule the next rental of that truck until 2:30. Moving is hard and sometimes things happen that will make you late returning.

First of right walking in there was a long line, 7 people in line snd only 1 window open. Finally got a truck after waiting over an hour. When i went to return the car today there was no line but the staff didnt look like they wanted to help, they wrre all too busy having personal conversations. Finally an older man was like if you are returning just leave your keys and go. I told him i needed a receipt and he said well thats going to take time. While waiting on them to get me a receipt the girl staffs were very unprofessional. They were talking about some employee who didn't show up for work for 5 days and she was fired. She kept mentioning her personal issuess to why the girl was callin in sick. How she claimed her daughter was sick. They were talking about customers and saying how this one customer was so fucking rude. Yes she used the f word. She said i didnt even want to fucking help her. She said the customer was asking for a chair to sit caz she was standing for too long and the girl at the desk was like wtf we dont give our chairs foru to sit. Blah blah blah .. . I dont expect a 5star service especially at a uhaul but the experience and service was TERRIBLE!!! These staffs needs to be trained well and be taught what is ok and what is not ok to be said in front of customers. Especially talking about there teammates and if they have an emergency they should respect it and not sit there and talk shit about.

Staff was not very personable at pick up. Was told I'd have certain equipment that ended up not being the case but made no effort to rectify the matter. I understand they were busy but they could've at least acted like they cared or kindly explained why rather than act like I was the idiot and get me our the door as fast as possible.

The waiting for almost 45 minutes to pick up my rental. Once I loaded my truck and took it to storage I noticed that water was coming in from the roof, which got some of my stuff wet. When I returned the truck I mentioned it to the guys behind the counter and they just said oh ok. Like it was not even a big deal. I think he was just on his phone or something. When I checked out my truck the guy helping me was great and he told me if I put 1/4 of a tank of gas I would get a $14 credit. I added $15 of gas and the needle was right at the 1/4 mark, so I thought. When I got my bill the gage they said was a mark lower than the 1/4. I went back to the store to wait in line. I asked the guy and we went to look at the truck. When he turned the truck on it was on 1/4 but he said since it was a little under the line that they go down to the line below. This is a rip off to me. If I would of known they were going to be so exact and if it was not exact they go lower. I feel i will look for another Uhaul or another company when I am ready to move again in 6 months.

The biggest upset ever. I was charged full price for a truck the broke down multiple times! Told the cashier his reply was " that's normal"! WTF are you renting!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED!!!! NO REFUND OR DISCOUNT ON RENTING A POORLY MAINTAINED TRUCK! Picked up the truck it was on empty. No fuel at all. I dont even know how they let me take it. Unbelievable business practices. ZERO STARS UHAUL YOU S_CK
