this truck was dirty,the cab smelt badly,truck did not run good used a lot off fuel, front suspension is shot wobbles and shakes all over the road, bottoms out on bumps,transmission would not shift properly.this truck should never have been rented out!!!!!!!!!

Lines are very long, the online key pickup didn't work (codes didn't match lock boxes), the location seems to be very understaffed.

There was a long line of customers when I came to pick up my truck, and it took about 15 minutes for an employee to come help any of us. The truck that I rented to cross the country was very dirty on the outside with lots of dead bugs on the truck and especially the windshield was so filthy that I had to stop at the nearest gas station to clean it off! The inside passenger seat also had a large amount of dog hair on it. The check engine light of the truck was on, which is odd considering the truck only had 22 000 total miles on it. I assume this means that Uhaul is not taking care of their trucks. The truck was also only 3/8 full, and I feel this is a rude practice from Uhaul because it forces the customer to spend time figuring out exactly how much gas to put in the car when returning it since Uhaul doesn't reimburse for extra gas. The reason I am leaving this less-than positive review is that the Uhaul scheduler I talked to on the phone gave me a slightly better price than that of Budget Truck and told me that Uhaul is much better than Budget and that Budget sucks. Well I'm here to say that Uhaul sucks, too!

Does somebody want to tell me why I was charged daily. Like I called in to have my rental extended and I was charged and then I get charged for the entire length of my rental again at the end of my trip what is this about! This is unacceptable

The gentle man who helped me came out the back after 4 of us were in the store. Then when he finally helped me he did not speak clearly, mumbling his words and was hard to understand. I didnt know That I needed to bring the UHaul back with gas, Luckily I am good person and brought it back with more fuel then when i received the truck

Absolute worst cust serv. The rep, man with snake eye printed earring studs was rude, frustrated that i would even ask for a credit. He was a white guy, 40's to 50's, short hair, heavy set guy. He grabbed my contract and threw it upset that he had to figure out what he had to do. He was pounding on the keyboard and angrily blurting out that, this isn't right. Not this one! I cant do it till Tristan closes the contract. In the end, he threw my contract towards me and said to just leave. He'll send me an email. But I got the receipt and there was no credit for dollies I didn't use. I did see though that I was incorrectly charged for fuel even though I showed Tristan the pics before/after. I told him that the gas was 1/2 before pulling out. He said to take pics of it before and after and he'd update it. I showed him the pics and he said "yup" and walked away. No confirmation/next steps. So I assumed he'd update it but no he charged me for the gas. I have contacted support, Ruby McNeil, and emailed her the pics to issue me a credit. She on the other hand was super helpful, patient, empathetic and as a previous cust serv manager, a person I would have on my team. Hands down!

I wanted a truck from Loveland and the lady put my mom in Fort Collins which costed me even more money in gas and time and mileage and never got storage information or anything I'm pretty upset customer and got multiple charges on my account too

If someone is paying for a rental truck for a set of hours, let them arrive within a time frame. We were running late and told on the phone that we would lose our reservation if we didn't retrieve the truck immediately.

I used the 24/7 truck rental option to complete everything on my phone and avoid needing to wait in line at the counter. When I walked through the online checkin process it told me that I needed to go inside, skip the line, and ask for the key. I tried to do this, but when I asked for my key I was told by the staff member that it would be a while because she had a line. There was only one member of staff around. This totally defeats the whole point of the self-service process.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received!! One guy there who did not give a shit about getting anything done, what a waste of my time. I rented a trailer for 6 hours and spent 1,5 hours standing in your store - mostly alone with other customers waiting in line in an empty office while your employee goofed off.... it was shameful, he should not work there. You even had people from another u haul location waiting to pick up equipment for over 40 minutes waiting of this guy. I will not go back to this location again.

On one of the busiest weekends of the year, the staff was courteous, efficient, and attentive throughout the process, for which we were very grateful.

The transmission had major problems so we're glad we didn't hire the truck for a cross country trip. The back door also had issues where it kept getting stuck and was unable to close. The app also sucks for check out! It is super slow and kept crashing. We were at u haul for 45 mins at 3am trying to figure it out. The guy on the front desk (Aidan) was super nice and helpful when checking out the truck!

Firstly Im sorry for the low scores but please allow me to explain. I called and got a reservation set for 9am Sat, which was then immediately canceled. Called back and someone tried to help me, and unfortunately all I saw was multiple cancellations on that throughout the day. Called back the next day and was able to finally book a truck but for Sunday at 9am. Once I called the local branch to confirm the reservation the woman there said I could actually pick it up sat night! That was excellent. HOWEVER, once I got there to do the online check in, it wouldnt work. I called the number on the webpage I was on, and sat on the phone for 30 min. When someone finally answered they said the woman at the local office didnt set up the online overnight pickup, then transferred me to customer service which had an hour wait. So I just went in on sunday. I want to end this by saying that everyone I spoke to ( except for the person last night who transferred me to CC ) seemed genuinely trying to help and friendly, so I dont want to admonish them at all. The reservation, early pick up, multiple cancellations though….. those were absolutely exhausting with the amount of unnecessary additional stress added to the situation. Mike Sasloe

The lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful. The older gentleman working there was very rude to both me, and the next guest. He told me he couldn't find my info and I must need to finish on the website. There was nothing else I needed to do, when I went to the other associate, she helped me easily and I was on my way. While she was helping me, the gentleman was rudely telling a guest how their reservation for 3 days in the future doesn't mean anything to uhaul, and that she might not even get her truck. She tried to ask follow up questions and he simply said that's how uhaul has done it for 80 years. She left with no answer, more questions, and unsure if she even has a truck.

Employees are very unhappy to be there. I had to go searching for an employee to help me when i arrived to pick up my reserved trailer. When i found one (sitting outside vaping), I felt as if i was a nuisance when i asked if there was someone to assist me. Very poor customer service and demeanor. I will not be returning.

Not ..not only did movinghelp take a hammer to all my locks on all 8 Uboxes BUT I received NOT ONE PHONE CALL from uhaulstorage facility where my uboxes were that MONDAY AND moving help left 2 Uboxes with broken lots at the storage ..NO COMMUNICATIONS ...TRACK THE UBOXES AND COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Knowing the kind of staffing issues relevant to all sectors of the economy, the owner at this location tried his best to address the customers there, but with short staffing, there was a delay in getting my truck. The registration process was very simple and efficient, the equipment was available as reserved on such short notice, and the return process and invoicing was quick.

I have been using Uhall at Huntington Hills for quite a few years and I am very satisfied with the service and products there. Occasionally the store is a bit understaffed and you will have to wait a bit time for the associates coming back from working with last customer.

Cargo van I reserved many weeks ago was not there at my scheduled pick up time. While this does not directly reflect this location, it does highlight a flaw in your scheduling system. Ended up having to use a box truck which I did not want due to a physical limitation getting in and out of it. Very busy location as well. Stood in line for about 45 minutes before I could get to the desk. Even though this ate an hour into my reservation time, it was still expected to be returned at the same time.

Everyone I worked with was incredibly nice. They ended up not having enough containers for the day I requested so they asked me if I could push back my move one day. While luckily I was flexible and I do not think this was the local person's fault, it was a bit concerning to book containers that were not there and I was lucky I was flexible. A few minor things like a cheap mirror and garbage can got broken. The most frustrating was my mattress was not wrapped and got mud on it which was not possible to fully get off but I recognized that was more the movers who were otherwise fantastic.

Delivery of u-pod to end point went fine and driver was pleasant and helpful. Site office staff was rude, sullen, uninformed and uncommunicative. Had to call repeatedly to set up delivery.

They were three days late picking up the boxes, which caused problems. They never called me to tell me they wouldn't get the boxes. I had to call each day and get an explanation as to why they hadn't.
