They made fun of me because I was unsure how to put the key in the drop box. They laughed in my face. Do not come here. Plus - they did not get me a dolly when I specifically paid for one and proceeded to laugh in my face when I asked.

Very slow service. One employee line of people out the door because of the COVID - 19. I believe to many customers for one person

All is did was drop a truck off and a very friendly young lady told me it was handled. Don’t know anything other than past experiences about his location. This time was fine

I highly recommend Uhaul. I was supposed to make a move to another state about 700 miles away. I ended up making things work in my current state and not only did I not get charged a fee for changing the drop off location but I also got all my money back. An $830 (including insurance and everything) it turned out to be a $50 move. Thanks U-Haul.

It took a long time to check-in as one employee did nothing while the other had to process all the customers. I HATED the bait and switch of requiring my own insurance card when I wasn't told to bring it! COME ON! What a rip off! Add to this the many odd fess and we will never rent from you again!

When I made the reservation I was told I get an email confirmation. I never received an email confirmation so I had to visit the location two days before I was running the truck. I could not get the size truck I requested because someone never completed my reservation. This caused me to make several additional trips because I cannot obtain the larger truck.

Thought we should have been told that: Gas was to be charged. Added $13 to our invoice 4 gallons. That calculated out to $3.25 per gallon with truck only getting 6.5 mpg, SOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS at pick up

We had a lovely experience! Particularly because Jeremiah was so nice to us. The truck was very clean and there were no hidden fees which we really appreciated.

I thought using the “mobile check in” was supposed to be fast and easy... it was definitely not! When we arrived to pick up the vehicle the mobile check in said I needed to go inside (which I thought was one of the main points of the mobile check in was that this could be done without going into the store?) Once inside, I saw 3 employees but only one was actively working. There was a line, it took 20 minutes to get to my turn and there was only one person ahead of who was already in the middle of his transaction when we got into the store! The one employee that was actually “working” seemed very annoyed that there was anyone even in the store, and almost appeared to go out of his way to be as slow as possible. I honestly have never taken the time to do a negative reviews for anyone/anything, but this was such an all around terrible experience I felt it necessary. I don’t plan on using U-Haul ever again, and DEFINITELY will advise anyone looking for any of those types of services to go elsewhere.

The location is a bit (tough) to get in and out of if you are towing a trailer. I was helped by the manager, Jerimiah. All of U-Haul's future employees should meet the mold of Jerimiah. He wrote the book on customer service.

The employees were efficient and pleasant. Initially, the unit I wanted was not available on line, and I reserved 30 miles away. A telephone representative adjusted the order later to accommodate me. Thanks for the courtesies. All went well.

I booked online and tried to get my van with the app, the app kept saying "no network connection." And making me reload, sometimes making me start over. Full bars of LTE on my phone and no other apps having problems. Had to re-enter address information too! Then, the app STILL made me go inside and stand in line to get my keys (I guess no more lockboxes on the vehicle?) The whole point of reserving online and doing the app was to not have to go stand in line... On returning, the staff still billed me for $4 with of gas even though I filled up 5 gallons, and according to the "gas used" message that pops up when you start the van, I had only used 4.8. Probably because you have people eyeballing a gas needle. It's only $4 so I didn't make a stink about it, still frustrating though.

They let me sit for almost 30 minutes while trying to drop off a 6 x 12 trailer. They asked me to drive in the back where I picked it up, and someone would come take the trailer off. As I waited, a kid hooked up two other trailers and walked right by me as he puffed on his e-cig. He was literally puffing as he installed trailers. I waited patiently, no one ever came to take the trailer. I ended up taking it off my hitch and driving away.

Waited 30 minutes because the employee was outside watching someone fly a drone.
