The employees here were nice to work with. The best improvement I can think of is to have a more reasonable rate for a 1day rental, especially when your drop off is closed on drop off date. Disappointed customerðŸ˜"DANIEL A.
Failure of both locations even though uhual rep gave back info neither location woukd make it right. Well I rented in SLC and Brandon told me If I returned before 24 hours I would only be charged for one day rental. Returned to location in Colorado 17 hours after pickup. When I asked about billing I was told by slc manager her employee made mistake. So after pay for three days and only using less than one day to move couches to my parents house there was a need to move junk to landfill. But it was refused to let me pick trailer back up for just singke day. Terrible experience told woukd get refund id only used one day then a need for second day came up and was expected to pay again even though I still had two day left.ELLIOT W.

the U-haul warehouse manager was very easy to work with and helpful. The staff at the Huntington hills location was awful, unhelpful and not knowledgeable about U-box rentalBetty J.

Very clean place, nice people. The only criticism is a slight dip in professionalism when I returned the truck (they had a full yard and I was dropping off a 26' truck). Almost got the feeling it was "my" fault they didn't have room--and I'm the customer, directed by U-Haul to drop off the truck at this location. Not my problem, sorry for the logistics but please don't put that on the customer. Otherwise they were great. Merci.JERROLD M.

We drive 40 miles and had to put in 25 $gas to fill it up at 3,5 a gallon. That's ridiculous. The service was fine.Joel D.

The instructions on when my box was accessible were not very clear and when I tried calling both the local U-haul number as well as the 800 number, I was on hold for a very long time and no one seemed to know very much about the details of U-boxes. My stuff arrived well but communication the whole time was not good.Evan S.
My return destination was setup to the wrong location... whole different city like 40 miles away. The loader forgot to chock the wheels on the trailer and sent the trailer rolling down the hill into other trailers. Damaged wiring was rubbing on trailer wheel. I rented a trailer and paid you for doing that. Now you want me to take my personal time for free to give you information to help your business. My time isn't free just like you don't give away rentals. If you want my time in the future I expect a discount on my next rental.SHERWOOD R.
You need to improve communication with the customer. Please keep the customer informed if something they expect to happen with their ubox turns out not to happen, such as if it will not be delivered in time. They should hear this from you instead of having to call in to find out.Leanne R.

My ubox arrived late and when it did arrive, no one called me to set up a pickup time. I was only given reimbursement for 4 days of my ubox being late, instead of the 8 it took to actually get the ubox (because no one called me like it said they would in the email). I requested my ubox to be sent to Huntington hills, but when I arrived the owner told me it had arrived to a different location. I was forced to still rent a truck to go pick it up from the other location and charged for all the additional miles.Micah W.

We picked up the Uhaul, spoke with a team member of yours, we informed him that we would be needing the uhaul longer than the reservation. He assured us that it wouldn't be an issue, and that they had plenty of trucks. Upon returning the Uhaul, your team members charged us for a full extra day because it was late. While i understand that this is may be a policy, the poor communication, be the staff at pick up left a very hard to swallow impact on us, a reoccurring buyer. The impact was us to believe that we were good with the Uhaul being returned late, and to "not worry about it", but had to spend double of what was the anticipated rate. Very unprofessional, and rather disheartening.Kim M.

People at desk and at return of truck were not responsive. They appeared to just be putting in their time. When I returned the truck, I waited about five minutes for someone to come, because the sign said "Wait here". Finally I went looking for someone. There was someone standing on the other side of a glass door that was locked and spending time on his cell phone. I motioned to him that I had returned equipment. He relocated to another part of the store where he couldn't be seen. SLAKERS !!!.STEPHEN B.

When I picked up the equipment the associate checked me out with 100 % working equipment. When I got to my destination I checked the equipment and found that the passenger side break liger was out. I drove 2 miles from the rental facility and found that the associate lied to me and I had an 8 hour drive. He just did not want to trade the equipment for a working piece ov equipment. The first truck I tried had a faulty tire pressure sensor, so I was given another truck, which was the best outcome for me. I would suggest pulling the faulty truck out of the line up so other drivers don't have to deal with that same issue.Stephanie S.
The manager at the College Ave. U-Haul location was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The van I rented was clean and well-maintained and the price was very reasonable. My original reservation was with "No Limit" Uhaul of Fort Collins and they were horrible. They were closed and I couldn't pick up my vehicle and had to switch to the Huntinghills location. There was a worker at the No Limit location who told me "I don't know why the fuck you're here, we're closed". Does Uhaul really want that type of person representing them? Truck I rented on the weekend had an air bag needs servicing warning. I forgot to tell the clerk. This rental was ok except you don't have any handicapped parking, which I could have used. There was only one parking spot available and it had a concrete barrier that made my car stick into the driveway giving people very little room to get by. The clerk told me to park there. I had to rent a second time on 8/16 at 9:30 pm. I tried for an hour to get the app to work. I tried to get my location to register and it would not. I tried to scan the bar code above the key lock boxes on the south side of the building and it would not scan. I took a picture with my camera and it would not take it. I finally got through to customer service after about a half hour wait. They said the app was not working. I am trying to get to the app in the instructions for truck share and I can't get to it work even at home. I rented the truck for my son to move his things from the garage this weekend for two days and he never showed up. I finally got him and two friends to meet me at your office and we could not rent the truck because the app did not work. This is what customer service said, but I am not sure I was on the right app and they did not guide me thru the process. My son and his friends got frustrated and left. We only had an hour from 10 to 11 to do the move and we could not get the truck. We both wasted gas from different directions, which is hard on a young man these days. This is on top of my futile rental for two days this weekend where he did not show. (This is not your fault, but I am very frustrated that when I finally got them to come, I could not rent the truck.) I am not that great at phone apps, but my son tried to help me and he could not get through the process either. Now I have been trying to find how to go through the truck share process according to the video and instructions and I can't get there. I am hoping we can get the guys together today sometime in the middle of the day. My son has a meeting and it depends on how long that takes. Why can't I even find the truck share process like the video or instructions direct? Some of this is not your fault, but the whole process has been very expensive and frustrating for me.
