Have a write up on: 1) Where is cabin lighting switch 2) Where is hazard warning switch 3) Where is parking break release handle 4) How to adjust side mirrors Every van/truck may have difference over customer day to day car. Such simple tips will improve efficiency. Location supervisor does not have to answer these questions. Saving of over an hour or two in the daily routine. $15 x 1000 locations x 2 hours x 365 days= $11 million savings per year. Supervisor can attend to customers on counter instead.

Rental was great. Front office was awesome. Two ladies were great. Your guy who was working the returns on Saturday was a jerk. I'm no expert at backing trailers and he wanted us to put trailer away for him. Seemed like he was bothered he had to help me.

The online return at uhaul.com/share was very difficult to get to work, and I had to go through the entire return process several times. It kept saying I needed to share my location even though my GPS was on and the appropriate permissions for my browser were set. Eventually it worked, but then at the end of the process it crashed saying "not enough memory" error, which is odd given that I have a relatively new phone and was not running any other apps. This happened twice, and I had to go through the whole return process three times. This has happened to me before when returning U-Hauls online, and to several friends. The location itself and the folks at the location were great, no complaints there.

Quick in and out. Truck was ready to go. Great service on both ends. Only point for possible improvements would be that the truck only had 1/8 tank of gas. Our first stop was the gas station across the street.

Recommend a more clear sign for the key drop off, the picture in the mobile app showed an orange drop off box, so it was hard to find the key hole drop off slot on the door.

Checking was horrible with a clerk that did not seem to give a dam. Unfriendly, unhelpful, unwelcoming. Check-out was much better with a very nice person who made it fun.

Facility was not clean on the outside and it was early evening, the lighting was very poor. I did observe the trailer that was being hitched but the poor lighting was hard to inspect the whole thing. Good that all was done properly and there were not pre-existing damage to the trailer.

Your website sucks...I cancel or change orders it never cancels the old ones...both from myself makes changes, talking to a service representative on the phone or direct interactions with staff. I had one reservation when I picked the trailer (on my account) and the staff member said I was 3.

Frank was really great! He helped me with my U-box on short notice because of my move. He also helped me reserve a cargo van which was perfect for what I was moving. He really showed exceptional customer service!

The person who originally checked me out was extremely unhelpful. Instead of scanning my card through the card reader like a normal business, he insisted I hand him my card so he could type the number in. He then told me my card was declined. He ran my card up 3 times before giving it back to me. When I called the bank they told me it was because my address could not be verified because your dumb employee couldn't type the numbers right. I went back in and asked him to run the card again and slowly type the numbers in and verify them with me before submitting. The card was still declined 2 more times. I called the bank and they said the card was declined because the expiration date was typed incorrectly and the second time it was the CVV code typed incorrectly. When my phone call ended and I went to have him scan my card for THE SIXTH TIME, there was another worker at the counter. When he checked me out, he had me used the scanner like normal. WHY DID THIS EMPLOYEE TAKE MY CARD SO MANY TIMES??? I am so concerned that he has memorized my card number because he had my card and kept typing into the computer, too many times. This is extremely unacceptable behavior and I will be making a phone call in addition to this review.

Rollup doors need to be lubricated or adjusted. Pull down straps are broken. Floor may not have loose debris on them but they are not cleaned at all. Do they ever wash them?

Remove the handicap parking from the pavement at the 1st stall against the wall of the other building. Obviously you don't have enough parking and that particular handicap space is not necessary since you already have some Handicap parking spaces next to the building. I did not feel comfortable parking in the handicap space. I felt that my car would be scratched because I'm not handicapped. Also I want to tell you that I tried to minimize my contact with the onsite staff for expediency and covid by creating an account. I filled out all the required paperwork, taking a photo of my ID and attaching it. When I got to the site it was difficult to check in online. I couldn't do it. I couldn't find parking. I had to go into the store and do it all over again with your in person staff. It really wasted my time. The last thing to tell you is that I was given a vehicle that had less than an 8th of a tank of gas in it. I asked and was told that all the vehicles is is a quarter or less of a tank. I could barely get to a gas station or worse I had to change my plans to go get gas first. you should have a standard that all vehicles are half tank full and that customers bring them back half tank full. My experience is that although I planned for it and did all the paperwork online ahead of time by the time I got through the paperwork at the counter again and honor again and got a truck I was further delayed by having to go get gas just to drive 11 miles with tables for a veteran's event for a nonprofit. Whatever you can do to make life simpler would be much appreciated. Make the gas tanks be half full when the customer takes them so they have to bring it back half full.

This trailer rental went better than my last one, which left much to be desired. The woman helping me was competent and we got the trailer hitched and checked in about 5 minutes. When I returned someone was there to direct me to a spot that I didn't have to back into like last time and we were unhitched and checked out in 5 minutes. Merci!
