I was charged a couple different amounts that were not discussed so I was not happy to see additional charges on my bank statement. Each day I had the truck I was told how much I was being charged. 1st day 51 second 43 then final being 49. Then there were 2 more charges on there 2 days later for 17 and 6 with no explanation. I returned it with the same amount of gas and inspection went fine as he said everything looked good.Dora P.

I was called the day before and told that the location I reserved the truck really didn't have a truck and was told I would need to go to a location 3,5 miles further away. Then when I arrived there the next day, I was told the truck was supposed to be returned 4 days earlier but wasn't, so they didn't have one. I finally went to this location out of desperation. So ended up spending more because of the miles. Probably will use a different company next time. The people were nice, I don't like the process.Kathrine G.

They totally rip you off on their gas gauge! ItCost me $21 in gas to drive 22 miles at 9 miles/gallonâ€¦ gas was $4,71/gallonâ€¦. Shoulda cost me less than 2,5 gallons of gas not almost 5!!! math don't add up! they wanted to charge me a $15 gas fee unless I drove back to the gas station and got MORE gas which also added another mile onto the counter! And the time it wasted out of my day! Not a fan of this place at all! A total hustle!Richard F.

Everything was excellent, however letting me know 1 hr after I rented the truck, I was told I had to have it back within 4 hrs. Thank goodness I didn't have a full home to load. It took 45 minutes to get to the destination, 1 hr to load, 1 hr to drive to moving destination, 1 hr to unload. That left 15 min to get truck back it's original spot, which is a 40 min drive. Don't double book a truck, unless the 1st renting is within 20 of original return.Esther R.

I had reserved pads but did not need them. The person who rented me the truck was the same person who received it back and told me I would be receiving a refund for the pads still unopened in their pack. My total was supposed to be around $42 but he did not keep his word and charged me for the unused pads.Jennifer B.
The reps were great! They made sure I knew every possible answer for every scenario I might encounter with drop off just to make sure I wouldn't panic in case I was late. I really appreciated them. The uhaul itself had some old French fries in it but was otherwise clean. But someone had drawn an offensive hand gesture on the inside of the windshield, and you could only see it in the direct sunlight so I didn't hold it against uhaul. Overall, I would 100 % recommend this location just based on how helpful, kind, and informative your team here is.Stephanie M.

Everything went real well but surprisingly the gas tank was at 1/4 of a tank at pickup. Seriously!? Tried to gauge how much to fill up to keep at 1/4 of a tank. A full tank, returned at a full tank would have been easier. Otherwise a good seamless experience.Rebecca M.
The in side had a huge metal lump. The klatch where you locked it was rusty, and hard to lock. Even though we loaded the heavy things towards the front of the uhaul, you couldnt back it. It kept fishtsiling.mary W.

Greet people when they come in. Don't wait for them to walk up to the counter, stand there for a few seconds until you acknowledge. Smiles are good too. Just be friendly and make eye contact. Your customers are not on the computer screen. No one was rude, but very blah like they lost a bet and had to go to work. Everything else was great.Lisa M.

Not enough employees on site. I had to wait approximately 10 minutes in the checkout area as all the employees were serving other customers, leaving me alone in the building. You clearly need more staffing, which clearly means you aren't offering your potential employees enough money to convince them to work.Daniel T.

The U-Haul was fine. The employee (s) who stole the cash out of my wallet is the problem. After I called the U-Haul reps and left a voicemail on the general managers cell phone and got no response I am pretty upset. Hire people who don't steal!tiffany H.
I did not get the truck (17' instead of 15') nor furniture dolly I reserved, and I only got 5 of the 20 blankets I had reserved. They also would not allow me to return the truck to the location without charging me $1,59 per mile for a nearly 400-mile round tripJerome H.

Having truck available at location requested The Eastern Washington dispatch requested me to drive to Priest River Idaho for our truck that I reserved 6 weeks earlier . He said it wasn't available and I told him that is unacceptable and he better find one. I did not care for his attitude on the phone.Terry D.

I had to wait 45-minutes to pick up the pre-reserved flatbed trailer. That's a long wait and apparently there's no advantage to booking it ahead of time since you still have to wait in line before you make it up to the desk.Roger B.

Trucks power steering went out it took almost 3 full days to fix. Power steering fluid was all over my new driveway. When the guy fixed it he couldn't completely fix so steering it was awful. Spoke to a employee about it she said keep it until we got the move done then bring back no extra charge. When I took it back they charged me almost $400 extra. I only kept it the 3 days it wasn't drivable. And the guy who checked it in was super rude and talked to me like I was a child. Never had such poor customer service will never be back.Jake W.

A worker named Eric "accidentally" closed my account. I called on a Sunday and Monday and customer service sent an email to the Manager of this location to call me BUT that manager never did. I went to the location and a young gentleman helped me. The young man who helped me gave me one month free BUT I just paid a few days before this issue so technically I was never offered anything for the inconvenience and incompetence of that Eric guy. However, the manager still did not have the decency and respect to call me and follow up at least on the emails he received. And I know he received them because I was cc'd on those emails. Poor customer service skills and no follow through for a manager. Might as well give the title and the pay to that young gentleman who at least made an effort to resolve the situation.Joselyn M. | Premières impressions

Unfortunately I could only give you haul a 3-star rating with their storage facility because you weren't allowed in your storage unit whenever you wanted. it had to be opened by staff. Also we were going to move everything out at the beginning of the month only to find out we wouldn't receive a refund for the rest of the month that we did not use the unit. Once you pay on the first apparently it's final. And you can't be refunded any money.John F. | Expérience générale
