I thought there was no worse place on earth. But it turns out there is this u-haul company that cheated me and set me up. I arrived on time horrible employees did not write that I arrived on time because of this I was fined 125$. The worst company never advise anyone ever
YEVHENII DStaff is not helpful , especially Brad he is extremely rude unwilling to help or explain things . Sales would increase without him at your counter . I watched 3 missed sales just because of his attitude.. I wanted to purchase some straps but I only had cash I explained twice the rental could be on my card but I didn't have enough for both . Brad told me he wouldn't take cash and I needed to leave and go add it to my card . 20 min later when I returned another employee said to a customer we can take cash for those or card . I questioned the cash as I was just told I could not use cash . Brad then got frustrated and had an even worse demeanor and attitude and stated I can take cash now and was extremely rude the entire experience. Overall it was an extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory experience. My receipt doesn't list the name in case he gave me the wrong name , it's the older gentleman with a pony tail and wrist brace I'm referring to.

JOHN BI returned the truck after two days, as I had requested upon making the reservation. Was charged four days deposit, when I returned the truck I was told credit would be applied to my card…..I would prefer an immediate receipt reflecting actual costs.

SERHII KPlease let customers know before they opt into the safemove that this "insurance" does not cover the customer's possessions for damage, unless the damage is the result of a collision. I was told that this would cover my belongings in the event something happened to them while moving. This was a lie. Our tv was damaged somehow in the move and my claim was denied. Uhall renters save your money.

Alan DEmployees were more focused on training a new employee than customer service. One of them sprayed another with the hose used to clean trucks, and it was not greeted with enthusiasm. She did not apologize. Doesn't seem like a good work environment, or customer environment.
BRIAN GCustomer service was awful. The person who greeted me was rude and was very poor at the directions for unloading the trailer. Made the whole experience harder than it needed to be. I would never go to this location again.

RICHARD BMy boyfriend and I came to the location to pick up our 10' rental truck. The truck was blocked by other rental trucks. We called a few different numbers to try and find someone who could help. Thank god for her (I believe her name was Tracey). Then we had to go through the next obstacle, trying to find a truck that was not blocked but was okay to be used. We ended up going truck by truck and reading off the numbers to see if we could get it or not. We finally found a truck after going through about 10 of them and being at the lot for an hour. Also we didn't even get a 10' we had to get an 15' because that was the only truck available. We didn't need this big of a truck. Overall this location needs to be better about which trucks they designate to renters and ensure they don't get blocked to avoid this unnecessary headache.
Gabrielle BThe app does not work. There was a huge line of people waiting and it took 30 mins to get my truck which made us late. The man in the parking lot yelled at us and was very rude because we didn't know where to park. It was terrible.
BECKY FFor the volume this site rents, it's just way too small and parking is literally impossible to accommodate the traffic flow. Lines are long and not enough employees in front to handle the volume.
Mark NMade my return very easy and the staff was friendly and helpful.
MELVIN NI waited in line for 28 minutes and found out that the truck I had reserved wasn't available and instead I was given a different size truck. It was an experience I will never forget mostly because I now know that I cannot rely on Uhaul as a company to fulfill my needs. I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

JIA XThe guy that helped me was a smart ass and very slow! The straps he recommended were crap and I had to go buy others. The website would not let me log into my profile so I could return the trailer after hours and the chat service was not helpful at all and it told me I would be charged extra $20 to have a physical person check in my trailer the next day. U haul process the last 2 times is a pain in the ass!!! The specific location process is long and excessive, the customer service was ahitty, and the return process was a big pain in the ass since the website was acting up. I would rather not use U-Haul unless I couldn't figure out an alternative!!! And the parking sucks

JAY AThe GM at the location was extremely helpful. We had never rented a car transporter before and he was very patient and helpful. He helped show us how to use it, and connected it to our hitch. Given the snow storm, he also gave us his cell phone number in case we encountered and issues. The initial lady who we spoke with over the phone was also very helpful. Great overall experience. Store was clean and organized as well.
christin dCustomer service needs improvement! Your sales associate was so rude and pompous. We didn't know where to park when we arrived. We were not leaving our car, just parked next to the handicap spot while we were picking up our truck. When we entered we were not greeted any kind of friendly manner. Instead he was so rude and informed us that our car was in the way and it needed to be moved immediately. Will definitely not recommend at all and the checkout process was not easy and took quite a while. Definitely not a good experience.

LONDON CBefore this truck rental, I wasn't aware that the "u" in "uhaul" stood for unreliable. I have rented a few times over the years, and this is the first time I've ever had such a bad experience with a truck and most of the staff.The person at the counter, Luis, was helpful and knowledgeable, even though he and another guy were at the registers alone while the people in the empty return area stood around joking and laughing. One of them, the blonde girl, needs to work on her customer service attitude, because she kept an unpleasant and nasty look on her face the whole time. Despite that, we were able to get our truck keys in less than an hour, and unfortunately, from there the problems only continued. The truck itself had transmission issues, and was unable to switch out of tow/haul mode (uhaul recommends disengaging this mode when driving in the rain, which I was) and barely shifted the way it should have into or out of third gear. At one point, I was approaching a red light, and was attempting to hit the brake pedal, but the truck refused to down-shift out of first gear, and I only narrowly avoided slamming into the tiny car in front of me by putting the truck into park. Whoever is examining these vehicles needs to check them more thoroughly and do proper maintenance, or this vehicle would never have been allowed to hit asphalt. When I returned the vehicle, I received more of the "standing around like they're too good for the job" treatment by blonde girl and sport glasses guy and waited under that tarp thing for a few minutes like the sign says to, before finally giving up on being greeted and going inside to talk to someone about how my truck didn't work right. The guy at the counter with the beard was surprised to hear of the condition of my rental, and told me he would check it and see what was wrong. I don't know if he actually did, but I hope so. The Very Helpful Manager was either hiding in the office or out in the parking lot both times I was there. To the manager: your aforementioned lazy staff is going to get someone hurt or killed with their negligence. To the two professional and friendly men at the customer service counter, Luis and Beard Guy (I'm so sorry I forgot your name): I'm sorry you have to work in a place like the beaverton uhaul, because it seems like your skills are undervalued and wasted there, you two both deserve five stars. At least the truck wasn't terribly dirty, I guess.
Jorge Ffront desk staff unfriendly and parking your personal vehicle is a disgrace. I am a woman and was directed to park down a very dark road and walk to/from the office alone. The men at the desk couldn't give two thoughts about my concern. It was 5:30pm when i picked up the rental, 5 visitor parking and i was told i couldn't use them for a 2,5hr rental, so again, sent me down around the a dark street far from the office. My husband came with me to return the vehicles and he couldn't believe what i was navigating - known area for theft, breakins and homeless with it not far from TriMet. Think about your customers UHAUL - it never used to be like this. And your website, reservations are a joke. Sits in spin cycle for hours before you can actually make an online reservation and then you are not sure that it is in fact confirmed until you get to your site. Again, the men at the counter, seemed they didn't care i was there. Next time i do have choices.

Grant PMy reservation time was unexpectedly changed from what I had received on my email receipt. It took them a few minutes to see if they even had any trucks available for me. I had to wait for a truck to be available because my time had somehow unexpectedly changed from what my original reservation showed on my receipt.
JOHN SI rented a pickup from the Beaverton U-Haul location to transport a motorcycle. When I received my invoice there was an equipment damage report and a quick claim settlement estimate attached. The description of damages reads: "t was saw on the park lot when was receiving the car Little bit hit." I returned to the Beaverton location to talk with the manager. He showed me that the tail gate was tweaked a couple millimeters when closed on one side. He said whatever I set on the tailgate was extremely heavy to bend the tailgate. I told him that I noticed this minor misalignment of the tailgate when I was loading a bike ramp in my driveway before setting out. He said that I was liable for the damage and there was no recourse available. I plan to contact U-Haul's "play it safe" insurance and dispute this ridiculous charge for pre-existing damage. Stay away from the Beaverton location. This place is a joke.

ROCHELLE MWhen I picked up the truck it smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. When I reported it, I was told that there wasn't anything that can be done. When I picked up the truck it was marked as full of gas. It appeared to be full of gas. When I went to top off the truck to full it took over 6 gallons of gas. I drove 14 miles. A 20ft truck only gets 3 miles to the gallon? I highly doubt that. I will do my best to not rent from this location again, but I was forced to as my reservation was transferred. This is on top of a previous incident where after I dropped off the truck I was charged another day plus miles I didn't drive The only reason I'll tell someone to go here is because they have trucks when the other places around seem to not be able to provide them.
MARK NI got a call ten minutes before I was supposed to pick up the truck. They said the truck was no longer available and sent me to this location for a replacement. The people at this location were great and dealt with the change really quickly, even though my name had been misspelled in the system and they had a hard time finding me at first. I was happy with the person who helped me.

Margaret D | Expérience généraleThough I was absolutely happy with the staff and service, the long wait time to get from start to finish of service, coupled with the $100 1-day/mileage costs, I didn't feel like this was an economical choice, money-wise. The "menu" at the location said the truck rental for 10' was $19,99/day. Though I did opt to purchase a "rental insurance" policy for an additional $15, i felt like the company was trying to nickel-and-dime me for added monetary amounts. Upsetting. The small storage locker/unit i chose to rent was a great "free 30-day" value, but then the cost jumps to $125/month, which is an unreasonable amount each month when other storage facilities have comparable units for less. For these reasons, I feel like my experience was only 'average', and not exceeding to excellent or above average.

Madison F | Expérience généraleuhaul is a company that makes majority of its earnings off its extra fees, was quoted like 19 for my truck and was significantly more. i don't feel like uhaul is a brand represented by any kind of authenticity, my experience was really strange and so was the service. guy behind counter just trying way too hard to be friendly that it comes off bizarre, so many things needed of me that weren't told to me on the phone when i asked, just a nuisance. i wouldn't come here again, corporate entities kill the soul and uhaul is greedy to say the least. also please pay your workers more because they all look like they're crying for help

It would have been really nice to be able to access my storage unit after hours. I hope that for future customers this feature can be restored at some point.

Here are the issues I encountered: Parking Difficulties: Parking at this facility is incredibly challenging. There isn't enough customer parking up front, and on multiple occasions, I had to park three blocks away. This added considerable time to my trips and made the whole process much more stressful. Blocked Access to Unit: Accessing my storage unit often required exiting the facility and re-entering through the main store. This was because a U-Haul truck frequently blocked my unit, and I needed assistance to move it. I had to wait in line inside the store to get help, further delaying my plans. Unresponsive Employees: The employees at this location were generally unresponsive. On several occasions, I struggled to get the help I needed. This added to the frustration and length of each visit. Unresponsive Phone Line: Calling this location for assistance was not an option. The phone line always auto-forwarded to a call center, which was unable to address my immediate needs. This meant I had to physically drive to the facility, exit, and re-enter multiple times just to get help. Special Hours Access Confusion: The special hours access beyond 7 pm was not clearly communicated in the U-Haul app. I was unaware that I needed to pay extra for this service, which caused additional planning stress and limited my access. Inaccessible Exit Door: On my last few days of accessing the unit, the exit door was not clearly labeled as inaccessible due to fresh concrete being laid. There was no signage to indicate this, nor was it clear how to exit through the entrance, which is frequently trafficked by returning U-Haul trucks. This created a confusing and potentially hazardous situation. Overall, my experience with this U-Haul location was disappointing. The combination of difficult parking, obstructed access, unresponsive employees, unhelpful phone service, unclear special hours policies, and poorly managed exit routes made using this facility far more cumbersome than it should have been. I hope management can address these issues to improve the experience for future customers.

He waited until I shut down, and was walking inside before he told me I had parked in the wrong spot and had to go move. He couldn't be bothered to walk over to me and direct me as I drove up. Only one person working the desk, less than ideal, lots of people waiting. After getting my storage unit, and being told explicitly "you must swipe in and out every time going through the gate" On my way out, That same outside worker had just opened the gate and told me to leave without swiping out. I said "The other guy, and that sign above your head both say I HAVE to swipe in and out every time" He rolled his eyes at me and walked away. Not sure if he was ignorant or malicious.

sharon d | Premières impressionsTo be yelled at and acosted by the workers is not what I would consider a good experience. On numerous occasions over the past few years there have been some select employees outside that have almost downright started physical confrontations, after yelling at both my wife and me - treating us as if we are idiots and we're doing something wrong by accessing our roll-up storage unit. Your team may struggle with issues with other tenants, But that does not mean you need to take out your aggression on every other good, well-paying tenant, who use storage services that they pay for as intended. How your fleet management interferes with access to the storage is unacceptable, and not a reason to bark orders at people trying to go about their day. The staff inside at the counter are always reasonably pleasant, and are at a complete opposite to the staff outside running around yelling at people. We have avoided going to the storage unit for months at a time specifically because we dread interaction with this outside staff. Also, shuffling rental vehicles in the storage area might be necessary for THIS location, however there are a lot of other locations without this fleet congestion. Many other companies that offer storage only. Demanding that a tenant move their vehicle while they are actively accessing their storage unit is unacceptable. Especially when fleet vehicles are blocking the roadway and many roll-up units - get the keys and move vehicles yourself! It's not the responsibility of the paying storage customer to help do do the job of a disorganized rental fleet. I have made several complaints to the interior staff, one of whom I believe was a manager. No changes were made for at least a year following. I sincerely hope that changes have been made since then, But this is absolutely an unacceptable way to conduct business.

We were assigned one unit, but when we got to Beaverton, they gave us a different unit. Then we were billed for the month that was supposed to be free. When we brought this to the manager's attention, we received a refund for that month. As for lighting, there does not appear to be any light inside the unit, and it is a bit difficult to read labels on boxes stacked at the back of the unit. Staff were not always friendly, and made promises they didn't keep (we'll help you with that... sorry, too busy).

Have you standing there while they carry on conversations about what they doing? Plenty of times I went to put things in my storage couldn't get into it had to walk back-and-forth to the office. Was there a one hour and 30 minutes I couldn't get into my storage they need new people that know how to deal with customer service I had one storages one for eight years. 2020. I got another storage and kept that for three years. I just couldn't take the rudeness no more and disrespect. I rent a truck from them several times to move the Philadelphia to move to Florida to move to Augusta to move to San Antonio. Also, I use the U Pack

When they did leave, they left most of their things behind-we packed 7 seventeen foot truck loads of stuff to take to 2 large storage units until it could be sorted and sent to Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill and the rest to the dump. Without Uhaul, I don't know how it could have been coordinated and for a reasonable price. Thank you Uhaul!

Also, I had a unit reserved with my truck rental, but when my wife went in, they gave her a different unit and seemed unaware of the reservation I made online. Another thing, my wife and I both got keys to the unit, but they only gave us one access card to get into the area where the storage units are.

Ryan P | Expérience généraleWas there Sat and Sunday. Both days I was met by Jose in the drop off area. He was extremely rude and disrespectful both times. He interrupted and was dismissive of my unusual situation and problems. David outside was just the opposite. David was kind, a good listener, smart, and solved my problems. Brad on the inside was also excellent. However, Jose's rudeness and uncaring behavior is a showstopper particularly after driving almost 1 000 miles in a uhaul truck with mechanical issues. While I was inside doing the paperwork for my storage room with Brad, another gentleman came in and insulted the manager about staffing. The Experience was unpleasant and unprofessional. I've been using Uhaul for over 50 years and this is the first time I've had a vehicle with mechanical problems or a problem with rude people.thanks

We got there to find out that no, that's not when they close and that it's actually 7am-7pm M-F 9am-5pm Sunday The only indication of those hours were in the office hours but every piece of communication I received while booking said that office hours and self storage hours were different. The employees including the manager basically told us that that's the way things have been for over a year and shrugged us off. I don't understand how that can be the way the business has been operations for over a year but none of the online communications have been updated to reflect this. This is ridiculous and complete unacceptable. I will be making sure that we don't need this unit more than one month so that you never get another penny out me for the way I've been treated.

When this was brought up with the employees no one knew what they could do assist and make the situation better. I went in and complained about unit size being wrong and they were surprised I measured (unit exact usable space was 4'x4'6" barely large enough to put my storage rack in and not at all big enough for the totes I needed to store). All around the facilities are okay, the door latches and doors are weak wooden doors (for interior units) and never felt fully secure. Employees wouldn't even give me a single free box to attempt to make the situation better. Moved out of my unit within a week and had to pay to get an entirely new unit elsewhere as the access hours are minimal, and the staff is very unknowledgeable about how the business runs.

The manager doesn't care about filling the soap in the bathroom in the back of the storage lot, even during the plandemic. Too cheap to provide soap for us. Doesn't even empty the garbage bins in the bathroom. There's nails all over the road, I have to repair my tire once every couple of months because of this. The hours are awful, this is not what I signed up for and not what I paid for. I only get about an hour after work to access my stuff now. And the host spigots are now off limits, even though I was told years ago that was part of what I was paying for. U-Haul just keeps making it worse and worse for their customers.

The maintenance staff had blown dirt and dust into my unit and coated all of my belongings with filth. I now have to manually clean all of my belongings before moving them into my new house. When I brought this up with the management, they were dismissive (even though it was their fault) and told me to file a claim with the insurance company. I will do this because it appears to be the only way for it to be made right. Overall an abysmal experience and I will never recommend this place to anyone. I have tried to resolve this prior to writing this feedback. The assistant manager had told me I would get a call from the manager within 3 business days and I still have not received a call.
ALLEN N | Expérience généraleFirst, thanks for having storage. I don't mean to knock on people. But I'm being asked how it went, so here's the answer... It took me over an hour to get my storage unit. First I had a lengthy wait in line. Staff were clearly very stressed and overworked. When I got checked in, the person at the counter did not seem to know much about the storage units. I was asked to fill out a form that could have been done much faster and more reliably online. I was assigned a storage unit and sold a disc lock. It took about 10 minutes to get my access code to work. When I got to my unit, it had a padlock on it, so I had to run back to the clerk and get it taken off. Then I found that my padlock did not fit into the hasp, which was different from most of the other units that DID have disc locks. I again had to go back inside, stand in line for another 10-15 minutes, and wait to be seen by someone again. This meant reassigning me to a different storage unit, since the one I was in had an older style of hasp that couldn't accept a disc lock. It was a good thing I went back in too, because apparently the first guy didn't take a picture of the form with my license, so we had to get out the paperwork and ID again. And he didn't ring me up for the disc lock, so we had to redo that whole transaction. Extensive signage around the facility says to ask about extended access. I asked. The guy I was talking to didn't know, so he asked another dude who started laughing and said we won't be seeing extended access again anytime soon with all the theft taking place around here. I was frustrated, because currently access hours are restricted to 7am to 7pm. I understand business is very challenging, staffing is hard right now and crime really is an issue especially being so close to a MAX station, so I don't want to sound like I'm beating up on people here. I'm glad to have a storage place. But those are the issues I ran into. The whole thing could have been done more efficiently, saving everyone a lot of time. Also, the signage referring to 24 hour access should be changed, removed or covered -- I did not discover extended access had been completely revoked until I was well into the process.

He always seems to be working out in the yard and was wearing a hat mustache and has darker skin. I reserved the outdoor biggest space specifically and received a confirmation that my reservation was made. When I arrive to my storage reservation with a fully packed 16 foot moving truck, I was informed that they only had the smallest unit available and that there was nothing I can't do. I spent $3 000 with Uhaul and I had to find other means to store half the remains of my belongings elsewhere. Thumbs down, the most terrible experience I have ever had as a customer at any business. I asked to speak with the general manager a few different days and no response. Suited.

These drive through areas dip in the middle to allow rainwater to go down the several drains. The staff blows from the lower center of the the drive through areas only thus blowing all the dust dirt and grit up to the entrances of the outside storage areas! I was always sweeping the dirt away from my storage entrance back down to the low center of the drain areas. Also the dirt and dust got under the entrance door that rolls up....carrying dirt and grit with it! I had to sweep the door off at the bottom and just inside the door ...esp. the sides where the dirt came in. Otherwise it was a great place, great staff and clean bathrooms!

I wouldn't have been blocking the drive through lane if the uhaul vehicles were not parked everywhere. My storage unit is a drive up unit I should have been able to unload where I was. And the moment I realized he was honking at me I moved and apologized immediately his rude, unfriendly and unprofessional behavior I will not be recommending this facility to anyone.

Ahead of our out-of-state move, we made a reservation at this location for two large storage units. We received email notification that those units had been reserved for us. However, when we arrived at this location to sign documents and unload our two enormous moving trucks - with a moving crew we were paying for - we were met with a rude awakening. The guy at the counter was overly chatty and slow as molasses. It took him half an hour to get to the part where he let us know they only had one large unit available for us, despite our reservation for two. We were dumbfounded. Instead of finding a reasonable solution, the counter person told us that making a reservation online doesn't actually mean they have anything available. Not an acceptable answer when we've traveled multiple states and have been counting on the product we reserved with the confirmation we'd received. When a manager was finally brought over to review the situation he confirmed that they did not have the two units we reserved, only one. Furthermore, he adjusted our price to remove, yes REMOVE, promotional discounts that we had received online. When asked if they could make a deal for multiple smaller units to make up for the lack of unit that was reserved, we were told that was not possible. We would have to pay full price for each and every unit, with no promotions provided. This all happened while the manager and employee knew I was on the phone with their competitor, who is literally a mile and a half straight down the same road, to check on availability of the same sized units we had reserved through U-Haul. Rather than make any effort to keep our business or pretend they cared about our time, money or the predicament we'd been put in, they nonchalantly as if we "just want to cancel." This location did not deliver on any level of professionalism. Moreover, this whole process wasted our time and money with the moving crew we'd employed, who stood idle while the U-Haul team pecked at the computer keys and stared blankly at the screen and whom we had to pay for the wasted time at U-Haul and the drive to the new location. Terrible experience.

There is a very rude employee that drives at very fast speeds through there with large uhaul trucks and honks at anyone parked there even though there are no parking spots he expects you to get out of his way. Hes going to run someone over! He was alsorude to me in the store parking lot in front and forced me to park at a private business across the street that clearly has signs that say "No parking violators will be towed". I also waited in line in the store for about an hour just to check in only to have the guy that was helping me start helping someone else before he handed me the keys. He then told me to wait. I waited for him to finish. Meanwhile the everyone else that was behind me in line was helped by the next available employee. Then they promised to waive a day off the truck rental for breakdown but didn't and did not put any notes so customer service is refusing to adjust the bill stating that there isn't any notes. How is that my fault? On top of all this the truck was not ready and we spent an hour and half on hold trying to locate one then had to drive another hour and half to go pick it up. They were supposed to call the day before to let us know all this but they didn't. I will never use uhaul again.

I then called U-Haul's customer service line and they said that they were going to have somebody be submitting my move out request and have it be processed. Then finally on May 14th someone called me and noticed my padlock was gone and my door was open on my storage unit and wanted to know if I had done that intentionally. I said yes I've been wanting to move out of this unit for over a month. Thankfully at that point Sherry was great and has processed my move out.

The Hispanic gentleman then got upset and threw all of my paperwork in the trash. I had to dig thru the trash to recover my rental contract and the location/number of my storage unit. However, I was supposed to receive the first month free with the rental of a vehicle. There was no way to apply the free month via online. There is no way to contact the storage office directly (I must call and wait on hold from 20 min to 1hr+) and have yet to receive assistance with this 3 weeks after the move-in. Also, the access wasn't clear, and we we're locked out of the facility after hours the first time we arrived (because 2 vehicles entered using our code, which "logged us out"). We had to call an after hours line, leave a message, and wait 30 min for someone to show up only to tell us that we could have walked outside the gate and enabled our code again. If there was a usable FAQ or chat feature, and if I could actually reach a human at the rental location, this would be much better.

Each time I have gone in, I have waited nearly half an hour to get service, been treated like an inconvenience, and the office staff are very disorganized. No one ever answers the phone either. Do better.
Erica N | Expérience généraleI dropped a rental truck at this location as well as renting a storage unit. The process with the storage unit went well and there were no issues. I however have an issue with the rental return. I picked up a 15 foot truck in Medford Oregon on Saturday June 27th. When I picked up the truck it was very low on gas and I asked the attendance what is the process for fueling. I was told to return the truck with the same amount of gas as when I picked it up. I returned the truck with the exact amount of gas to the Beaverton location but then last night got a bill for $54 in fuel charges. I called the store and was told they will look into it. I am not sure why I was charged for fuel when I returned it exactly the same amount of fuel as I picked it up with. I think this is taking advantage of customers and a sneaky way to get some additional money from the customer. I will certainly dispute this charge if a credit is not give to my account. This is no way to treat a customer.

Besides that, my reservation was lost and had to be created which took much longer than expected. The paperwork there is duplicative and wasteful. Why can't the storage contract be emailed? Why did I have to fill out my insurance information twice? These seem to be mostly systemic issues and not the fault of the particular location.

HOWEVER, was not informed needed to provide home owners insurance coverage information for storage and that would have been helpful to know when reserving.

I was told the gentleman was going to put a lock on my empty storage unit and then I could leave. He never came back. 10 minutes later someone else finished the transaction but only by telling me he would send me and email.
