The worker outside, Hispanic gentleman, was extremely rude. As he was walking by, I asked if he was going to assist me with setting up my ball hitch and trailer. He brusquely stated he was very busy and for me to be patient. When he did help me he yelled at me to hurry up and drive my car over to the trailer. He complained during the whole process.SCOTT K.
The people who took the truck after we were done yelled at us, "Leave the keys and go home!" when we just wanted a receipt or confirmation that we were good to go. As rude as possible.ROBERT S.

Longer business hours might increase interest by potential customers. Please provide more chocks on the lot for trailer parking on your slopes. When returned trucks are lined up to the street, the last parking space is on the sloped driveway, an increased risk.James A.
They told me the tank is full,but when I went to the gas station I had to put 5 gallons despite that I moved only 8 miles. They said it is my mistake for not checking the fuel before moving,but you told me it is full! Any way the did not give me back any pennyAMMAR FLAYYIH HA A.

I was given the wrong keys to the truck I was assigned. It worked twice and failed the third time. This caused me a lot of inconvience on the day I need to move. I don't think U-haul did very much to make this better and I wouldn't reccomend this location or U-haul as a company. Very dissatisfied.Jake M.

I tried out your online pick up for the first time. I will not do it again. I had several problems. First your site was unable to "read" my phone so it kept telling me I was at the wrong location. After getting past that, I had problems finding the truck since it was not located as shown on the map your website provided. Then all the pictures of truck were inaccurate so I had to dispute your pictures and take new pictures of the previous damage done to the truck. Then to top it off I still had to go inside and wait in line to get the key. There was no way to "go to the end of the counter to pick up the key" as your website instructed. So just going inside from the beginning would have been much easier. I had problems returning the truck too. The online return didn't work so I went inside only to be told to just leave the keys in the truck and he would email a receipt. I received the receipt and found I was charged for 2 days when I only had the truck for less than 6 hours. Then I couldn't get through on the phone to request a refund for the overcharges so I had to use the online chat to get any assistance. This WAS NOT a good experience at all.William B.

I've used different location apps and they all send me to the hitch installation place a block off the TV Highway instead of the rental/ return place on TVH. It would be nice to clean that up, especially for first-time customers.Charles L.
