It always seems to take longer than expected to pick up a rental. The contactless pickup using a phone didn't work for me, and I had to go in and stand in line anyway. In addition, the truck I was given the key for was boxed in, and I then had to track down someone to move the adjacent truck. Also, there was some bumper damage from a previous trip that I had to report. Finally, the advertised base rental price is pretty meaningless after the insurance charge, mileage fees, and gas.

I rent trailers etc. all the time from this location. it is always a quick and easy solution for me so, good job . There is one negative, upon returning the trailer or vehicle the guy you have outside mumbles a lot of what are most likely words. When I say ask him to repeat himself he yells GO HOME. And now, with a mask he is even harder to understand behind. The guy has a really nasty way of interacting with customers..

I have rented two times in the last month for a big move and both times, I did it online, the truck was either wrong or locked inside gates and had to wait in long lines to get things corrected. Today was the worst. I explained my frustration and they guy didn't care and said “we are busy on saturdays” and demanded I basically rergister for the truck (license, credit card, everything I did online) for the truck with him and basically said having no gas in the vehicle, not the extras I ordered or that the truck was locked up behind gates wasn't his problem. This is the worst service ever and although we need to rent a truck one more time for the move, I would drive 50 miles to not have to go to this location. I would actually like to speak to someone who care about U-hauls reputation about my two experiences.

I've used this place before to drop off but this time there was no one around to help and the line to drop off was backed up into the highway. The trucks in front of me were unoccupied so I can only assume they had already been returned. I pulled to an open lane and was fussed at for blocking the lane.

Jacob Johnson was the customer service rep that helped to check me in and he was super professional, kind and very informative. I even returned to the store twice in regards to checking in the rental truck and to present a question about checking out. Jacob was so helpful and patient. He made my experience all the more better and I would love for him to get the recognition he deserves. Merci.

We scheduled to pick up the uhaul using the mobile option. About an hour before our pick up time which was at 9AM, they changed the pick up to 9:30AM. They didn't even add 30 minutes to the drop off time which was at 2PM. Make it make sense ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The place in Texas where I picked up was excellent, people were nice and helpful. The experience in the drop off location in Oregon was different. The guys at receiving were rude, unacceptable and deplorable.

On Saturday morning, there was only one cashier for checkout. We had done everything online and still it took one and half hour to rent the trailer. On top of that, your staff member Sabino was very rude and unprofessional. I have not seen such low level of customer service at any of your locations.

Have fuel in the vehicle. Truck was on empty. Yes a small fuel credit was provided to offset the inconvenience but not worth the hassle. But overall a good experience. Thank you U-Haul

Worst experience ever with Uhaul. We reserved online and we were still waiting over an hour and we were just picking up a trailer. The man out in the parking lot directing people was rude and unhelpful. The lot was so small it was extremely difficult to navigat and we will never go back.

Very poor customer service. My great uncle is Sam Shoen he is my grandpa's cousin. My family would be greatly disappointed. Especially cousin Sam's mom Sophia. She's rolling over in her grave. I'm related on the Appert/Garske side. Sam's moms side.

My only complaint was with the movers that I hired from the U-Haul website. Scratched the heck out of my floors. Young guys, high energy, friendly...but in over their heads as far as wrangling furniture through doors. Now I have to hire someone to refinish the floors. Not happy.

I rent quite often but yesterday the van I rented was Shakey, not shifting correctly and the check engine light stayed on. The yellow utility dolly was very old and heavy and so squeaky loud. This location on TV highway is great customer service, and I will always go here and recommend to a friend, I was just disappointed with the equipment this time around.

Had initial reservation for a u-haul annex location but they didn't have a van for me even though they knew I had put 9:00 as my pick-up time. I had walked 2 miles to pick it up only to end up walking another 1+ mile to a different location that had a cargo van available. Was none too happy with all that so doubt I'll use an annex location again.

The location is fine. The equipment is fine. The process is fine. The three employees I saw at the counter all looked miserable. I watched their interactions with several customers and thought to myself whoever is leading this team has a huge morale issue to deal with. Sad and unfriendly.

We found rodent droppings and urine on our items and the management weren't co-operative at all when we told them. We have a claim in and thank God I got insurance policy because they are being helpful , upper management and the claims department NOT the U-Haul location management. I will never rent from U-Haul again. Next time I am doing use storage pods if I have to store things again. I lost thousands of dollars in furniture and house items.

Truck was dirty muddy footprints all over floorboards and in back had a Marijuana oder and I had to get tire pressure done cuz tires where low on pressure iv used uhal for years and never had a van/truck in this poor of condition completely changed my views on the company please fix this before others have this issue....

Computer Systems were down and nobody knew what to do. There needs to be a manual backup way of doing things to keep everything moving along. We waited in line for almost 2 hrs waiting for the computers to come back up. Eventually the systems did come back up. I don't fault the employees that were working that day. I blame the company for not having back up strategies for situations like this where they aren't able to use the computers.

The 24/7 drop off was unsuccessful, because the website was not able to find my rental based on my phone number and the U-Haul 24 hour customer service phone I called made me wait over an hour, then disconnected me. This is not the problem of the store but the national call and web services. Please improve!

On Friday, I spoke to a representative to secure a rental from the uhaul location in Hillsboro by the airport. When I showed up at the location they did not have the auto transport. The female employee was extremely rude to me and said it was at the Beaverton location. I said that's not where my agreement was for, and then I proceeded to show them my reservation stating it was to be at their location. The lady snapped back that there's nothing else she could do since it's not at her store and I can go pick it up in Beaverton or I can cancel. It doesn't matter to her. She said the Beaverton manager had called me this morning, which was false because there was no call record on my phone, or voicemail. Then she again said it's not here so I can go to Beaverton. We proceeded to the Beaverton store to pick up our order.

We really appreciate Uhaul offering the 3rd party Mover Service. We had a wonderful experience with SUPER MOVERS, LLC! Nick and his associate, Sid, did an OUTSTANDING job for us! We highly recommend SUPER MOVERS, LLC. They helped us move from a 3 600 square foot house with lots of heavy, bulky wood furniture from Beaverton to Hillsboro, Oregon recently. They were very professional, on-time, flexible, friendly, conscientious, efficient, reliable, and hard-working. They were reasonably priced and I would hire them again for sure! We highly recommend SUPER MOVERS, LLC!

Jacob Johnson is a horrible human....he did not understand that I was sent to the wrong drop off location and that I drove 50 miles and he charged me $90 for fuel .....when I asked his name he told me to leave and I explained I was waiting for my Uber and it was pouring rain outside so I stood inside the front door....he demanded I leave the property or he would call the police....well as a customer and a compassionate person I did not raise my voice, swear or call names but just waited for Uber......he called the police! Ridiculous if that is how you want a U-Haul representative to behave I would be amazed. I cannot understand a man who is so unhappy in his life he treats CUSTOMERS in that disgusting manner.....I'm not saying I'll never do business with U-Haul again but I certainly will tell anyone I know not to do business with Jacob Johnson!!! Reservations mean nothing and the customer service was some of the poorest we've ever experienced at any business. Ahead of our out-of-state move, we made a reservation at this location for two large storage units. We received email notification that those units had been reserved for us. However, when we arrived at this location to sign documents and unload our two enormous moving trucks - with a moving crew we were paying for - we were met with a rude awakening. The guy at the counter was overly chatty and slow as molasses. It took him half an hour to get to the part where he let us know they only had one large unit available for us, despite our reservation for two. We were dumbfounded. Instead of finding a reasonable solution, the counter person told us that making a reservation online doesn't actually mean they have anything available. Not an acceptable answer when we've traveled multiple states and have been counting on the product we reserved with the confirmation we'd received. When a manager was finally brought over to review the situation he confirmed that they did not have the two units we reserved, only one. Furthermore, he adjusted our price to remove, yes REMOVE, promotional discounts that we had received online. When asked if they could make a deal for multiple smaller units to make up for the lack of unit that was reserved, we were told that was not possible. We would have to pay full price for each and every unit, with no promotions provided. This all happened while the manager and employee knew I was on the phone with their competitor, who is literally a mile and a half straight down the same road, to check on availability of the same sized units we had reserved through U-Haul. Rather than make any effort to keep our business or pretend they cared about our time, money or the predicament we'd been put in, they nonchalantly as if we "just want to cancel." This location did not deliver on any level of professionalism. Moreover, this whole process wasted our time and money with the moving crew we'd employed, who stood idle while the U-Haul team pecked at the computer keys and stared blankly at the screen and whom we had to pay for the wasted time at U-Haul and the drive to the new location. Terrible experience.

The owner Bob was very helpful. We had a very rough move from Phoenix with equipment issues and changes that no one could control. I was very upset at the situation and was rude to say the least. Bob worked with me and calmed my concerns. I am thankful he took the time to help me even though he was dealing with several other issues himself. Thank you for the understanding and I will be using his location for any of my upcoming rental needs.

I dropped a rental truck at this location as well as renting a storage unit. The process with the storage unit went well and there were no issues. I however have an issue with the rental return. I picked up a 15 foot truck in Medford Oregon on Saturday June 27th. When I picked up the truck it was very low on gas and I asked the attendance what is the process for fueling. I was told to return the truck with the same amount of gas as when I picked it up. I returned the truck with the exact amount of gas to the Beaverton location but then last night got a bill for $54 in fuel charges. I called the store and was told they will look into it. I am not sure why I was charged for fuel when I returned it exactly the same amount of fuel as I picked it up with. I think this is taking advantage of customers and a sneaky way to get some additional money from the customer. I will certainly dispute this charge if a credit is not give to my account. This is no way to treat a customer.
