The check out process with the mobile application is a gamechanger. It was so convenient to pick up the vehicle without waiting. The drop-off process was simple as well although I expected a similar experience to returning the trailer. I would have appreciated mileage credit for returning the truck with more gas than when I picked it up.

They did not have a furniture dolly even though I ordered one. I needed it because it was only females moving and they stated they forgot to save one. They told me to go to another location to see if they had one which they were only selling them. They didn't bring the truck out to me I had to walk and find it and back it out the space it was in. They were more focus on cell phone instead of looking at me. Poor customer service. When I returned it the guy they received it back was nice and polite much appreciated after the first encounter I received.

I received a voucher and on the phone I was told to use once I return. I was also told that on my 1st day of payment. Then on the final day I was told that they don't do it on the office the will send me a check. Still have received anything, will someone call me or mail my $20

Training is definitely essential in customer relations. Why are customers seeking assistance expected to be experts in knowing what services a company offers? Too many assumptions about U-Haul trucks or equipment should not be when such is rented for the first time. If workers are too lazy to explain or be sure the brochure has been understood, i.e., how to adjust sideview mirrors, then they should be replaced. People skills are lacking at this facility.

My car was due back at 6:30 I brought it back at 6:16 & the sent and email saying I returned it at 6:45 which is a lie. I was also over charged on mileage. Estimated Miles - $1,09/mile 0 $43,6 is what they charged me for only driving 8 miles. I plan to file a complaint. This a horrible way to treat a customer. I picked the truck up with 14600 and dropped it off at 14608. There is no way I should have been charged $43,6

The staff can be a little more forthcoming when they know they are having issues that can be problematic for you. For one the passcode computer reader was not working so I could access my unit, and when I tired to communicate with the staff non would respond. There was this whole ordeal that I had to figure out myself, and when I brought it to thier attention they was aware just failed to inform me which could have save me a lot of drama and time.

Need to be more organized than what they are,need at least 2 to 3 people handling customers so everything can be ran smoothly, and the renters can get out in time,to have the trucks a bit longer by time not been taken off because slow customer services!

After I got through checking out the vehicle when I said to wait for them to get my trucalready. We set there and waited for 10 minutes before I had to go an ask for our truck. The truck has been sitting in front of us the entire time However they fail two let us know it was ours and we were ready to go.

The first truck they gave me wouldn't start so the second guy switched it to another truck. Everything else was fine until I was called this morning and asked about the truck and the mixup. The lady was aggressive and rude as I tried to explain to her what happened. Very poor customer service.

The Uhaul smelled great. The only thing that concerned me was that I had to kill and roach in there. Other than that my experience was good and I will most definitely be getting another one.

Customer Service could be better to start off. The guy couldn't even assist me properly for dealing with a customer on the phone no check out instructions or walk through or anything. Then once I returned the truck after hours that was a headache and they tried to over charge me for mileage and gas. I'll never use them again.

Do a maintenance check on all vehicles. The truck I rented was definitely not up to par! The engine kept stalling and it did not want to crank up a few times.

I'm sorry for a negative review, but it was a very substandard experience… the truck had check engine light on, low tire pressure light on, (staff said it was ok to drive), it was less than half full of fuel, moderately clean at best, the driver door was sprung and hard to shut. The trailer had a worn (bald on one side) tire rear tandom right side..the ratchets need to be replaced.. i feared that I might have a flat. The kicker as well is: my understanding when booking with Uhaul was that a local rental, same day return was a Flat Fee… i got hit with an additional $.89/per mile fee… this made my move totally un cost effective! The location was not synchronized with gps… apparently the address on Hwy 80 W is shared with another location 5 miles away… more mileage and money wasted… i got the job done, but am not pleased with Uhaul. The staff was ok. I would like a refund for the mileage at least.

Your Staff was very unprofessional. We walked into the store , the staff was very unfriendly and did not even greet us. We had to ask all of the questions rather than them explaining the process and asking us if we had questions. The guy who showed us where the storage was located walked off and left us and did not go all the way , and he stood and pointed which was very confusing with it being such a long hall it was hard to see. He did not even have the common courtesy to say thank you we actually were the ones to thank him. Moving within itself is very exhausting and it is very frustrating when you have unprofessional people like these working in your establishment. Just an overall bad experience.

The unit I had at U-Haul (#126) did not have any lighting in it, so I always had to bring my big flashlight with me.

Only thing I don't like is Customers are forced to purchase locks. I have several storage locks. Spending unnecessary money for an item I will never need anymore is discouraging and if I require storage in the future I will utilize a facility that allows customer owned locks.

Staff was very nice but when I called to pay on my unit …. My card number was taken and no payment was made on my storage unit …. I received a email weeks later stating my payment was late and a fee was added …. Nice gentlemen took off the late fee due to my first payment not being processed and I was able to pay my regular balance and he also made sure to email a receipt while I was still on the line thank you for your great customer service

The staff was rude at this location. After a yr of using the Gibraltar site I couldn't do 2 months here. They were so awful to me that when Carmen was closing me out she brought it up. "I know you've had a hard time and it seemed it was on purpose but it wasn't". YES IT WAS. I'm out of there. Now just PTSD to deal with; I cry when I think of that location.

I had made reservations for a storage unit when I got there I was on a long line with only one clerk. I had movers waiting so I lost over $200 and no one at u-haul seem to care. The unit I was shown was not what i got. Instead I was given a much smaller unit than expected and of course I had to pay more for a larger unit. I will never use this facility again - ever!! Poor service staff with bad attitude no connection between staff and customer!!

Everyone at Uhaul was nice and gave great customer service. We are from Texas and needed storage for our college student so thanks Jackson Uhaul for a job well done.

I have used this facility before and didn't have a problem. Unfortunately this was not one of those times. There was a leak in my storage unit and most of my belongings were ruined!!!!!!! The unit reeked of Mildew. Mold covered my furniture, luggage, shoes,and clothes it was awful!!!!! The staff at the location just gave me a number to call and said they have nothing to do with insurance claims!!!! There was no empathy or compassion, shown toward me, It actually could have helped me feel a little better about the situation, but, I guess it's still just business as usual for them. Now, it's not their fault my unit leaked, however, I will NEVER use uhaul again!!!!! On top of that, I had to get someone to haul all my ruined belongings to a dumpster for disposal.

Overall I was glad that I chose U-Haul this time to store my belongings for about the past 6 months........the people at this U-Haul were nice though at times they seemed to be a bit overwhelmed, especially on Saturday mornings.....maybe a part time person should be brought in to help out at busy times.(?)

Only thing I didn't like he's being charged when you cook can't even make it to the destination and I and then when it ain't your fault when you don't make it to your destination you got to be charged for something or whatever and then when it's not even a person's fault I mean that shouldn't even be right now I can see if it was the person's fault that they couldn't make it but no it wasn't if it ain't the person's fault they still have to be charged for nothing

The facility was dirty. The gentlemen that helped us was in NO hurry whatsoever. I had a deadline and he could have cared less. He told me the system was down so my access card would not work so he would have to walk down there to let me in. However, he then started helping someone else so I had to wait about 10 more minutes for him to finish that. The whole experience left a lot to be desired. I called in ahead of time and was told I was good, when I got there he had a million questions, many of which I thought were totally unneccessary. However if they were necessary, I wish I could have done that over the phone when I called. It would have saved me a lot of time. I have had a lot of experience with U-haul and most were very good but this was extremely poor.
