Make sure reservation information is already in place (if done online or via telephone). Store representative should not have to do all the information over again if a reservation had already been completed. That takes up more time from someone else possibly renting or picking up or returning a vehicle.

I was told one amount over the phone by customer service and the amount on my paperwork says the same amount to keep truck extra days. The morning to take truck back they are calling to ask if it can be returned early asking many questions. Took truck back early and was overcharged after showing paperwork.

I’m dissatisfied because I returned your equipment about an hour or less after I used it on 03/02/19 and I still have not received my refund from the deposit. I called on 03/05/19 and was told to wait up to 5 days. When I called today I was told my account had not even been closed out. When I returned the equipment on that same day, i went back into the store and was told I didn’t need to do anything else, I was good. I have limited funds and need my refund ASAP. It’s not much but it’s mine and a help to me.

I was rented a truck and told it was okay to return to any location but found out as I returned it that it wasn’t a one way rental. It was the lady’s first day and she even said she didn’t know what she was doing. I confirmed with another guy that got the truck for me and he gave the same information. I had to argue the information until I was believed. I will not be recommending U-Haul for a while. Unprofessional service and bad business.

There was a minor issue. We needed two (2) utility dollies. We had a hard time securing one (1). Three (3) locations in the area were checked and no one had any. When I called to see about securing the dollies via Customer Service, the National customer service representative, I did not get her name, was OUTSTANDING! However, when I was directed to the regional customer service representative for the Jackson, MS area, her service was sub-par. ( I was not able to get her name as she ended the call.

It was dirty on the floor boards when we picked it up and when I dropped it off they tried to charge me for them to clean it. I took pictures when I picked up the van.

Booked my appointment online. Received an email the day before pickup stating that they had changed my pickup time. The lady on the phone, Teresa, was rude, unconcerned, and unhelpful. When I told her that I had booked movers to be there at my original reservation time, she said there was nothing she could do, and said I should call them back to reschedule. When I got there, the lady at the counter told me that since you had picked the mobile option, she could have picked it up anytime. Teresa wasn’t even aware of that fact.

The actual people at this location were good. Customer service having to call in was HORRIBLE. agent named Jerome was horrible he did not follow up and when I called back no one could help because he had a open ticket and was off line. Spoke with 3 different ppl and was told i wouldn't be charged for a extra day because of truck issues. But of course i was charged a additional day. After hours drop off was a joke App and website would not work, kept freezing on loading pictures. I would have all my calls pulled to prove I was told one thing and a different thing happened. Insurance was a waste of money because it was not honored. Im VERY DISSATISFIED.

Inside windshield needed cleaning, tire check diagnostic on dash and auto registration tag about to fall off. Otherwise, it was a nice truck. Except it seems I paid as much to rent for two hours than if I rented for an entire day.

Poor customer service from the employees over the phone spent 5 hours trying to get the rental didn’t have a dolly they told us one would be available st the location get to the location out reservation isn’t showing on the system. Called 5-7 times just to get a rental all the reservations that we made were canceled and we had to wait an additional 2-3 hours at the pickup location to redo the reservation the employee called another location to get us a dolly she had one but wouldn’t let us get it. Had to carry all the furniture on our own! Poor poor customer service would not be using this company ever again in my life, and I’m not under any circumstances recommending this establishment to anyone!

The saleswoman need to get some customer relations classes because she was very rude to me and other customers. But other than that the facility was clean and the truck was comfortable and clean as well.
