The only challenge was that there was a dead rodent in our unit. Good news was that it was dead. Otherwise an amazing experience.

I called and asked the manager if I could get my son’s College Degree out of there before it was sold and she refused. The staff has a way of making customers feel like they are not important. The staff at this location is a very poor representation of U-Haul.
