1. Ants crawling over cab. I killing them. 2. Arm rest falling off passenger side door.3 car pocket that holds paper all the way out and metal plate hanging under dash board 4.Air coming through driver side window and doors . Loud noises rattling coming from driver side door. 5. Parts of side finder/ skirt of truck came lose stcking out from side of truck. We thought it was going to puncture back tire or fly off and hit someone car. We thank God nothing didn't happen to us and others on the highway. I found out I was supposed to been asign a new truck. The worker put me in that bad truck and told me to take a picture of the damage rail. I saw that other truck sitting out there. The truck was on empty. She said it may make it to service station. She refused to give me the new truck. I had to get to Texas at a certain time. The window was cracked on driver side. People on highway kept getting our attention about the metal strip sticking out from truck. It was a horrible experience!!!!!! Jesus took care of us!

My reservation didn't work out at the pearl location due to a no return on the vehicle. They told me they would send my reservation to the Jackson location but that didn't work out either. The Jackson location got me set up and on my way as fast as I could have expected. Will use them again. Thanks to them.

Staff and service was just average. The agent was nonchalant when I returned the truck. Personally, I always get my customers with a smile and thank you no matter how is feeling. She did promise my $3 refund on an overage which I received about 3 days later. But, I noticed I was double charged $20 for boxes that I bought. I figured that would have been refunded, too if it was an oversight... But, haven't seen any refund. On the website, it showed 4 climate controlled storage units available. But, in actuality, that facility didn't have climate control. So, no, I was not impressed at all.

The app did not work well on cell service. When I arrived to pick up the truck there was a line out the office door. The signage did not give clear direction of the bar code to scan, another customer figured it out after waiting 15 minutes. Even then the app did not work well on cell service.

All employees need to be trained on computers, how to research reservations for a customer. I rented the truck to move and I made a reservation for storage I was told that All storage book. After I found another storage location; on returning the truck, come to find that one was mine.

I could not get a partial fee for the amount rental, it seem to keep totaling up. I replace the gas only use the truck for about five hours instead of the 24 and the bill went up to around 99 dollars. I am wondering what happen to 39.95. I am still looking for hidden fees. There a safe move coverage for 14; I guess I was charge that for moving the truck. ???

Your Staff was very unprofessional. We walked into the store , the staff was very unfriendly and did not even greet us. We had to ask all of the questions rather than them explaining the process and asking us if we had questions. The guy who showed us where the storage was located walked off and left us and did not go all the way , and he stood and pointed which was very confusing with it being such a long hall it was hard to see. He did not even have the common courtesy to say thank you we actually were the ones to thank him. Moving within itself is very exhausting and it is very frustrating when you have unprofessional people like these working in your establishment. Just an overall bad experience.

I will never use uhaul again! Originally a hold for 110. Was put on my account then the final charge of 305 was charged on the 2nd and on the 3rd another charge of 203 was put on my card again, now I am told after a few days it will be put back into my account! I am just moving what if i did not have that kind of money in my account that is a total of over 500. At one time taken out of my account! For a 10 feet truck that said 19.99. I will Never use your service again and I want my money back in my account asap!

I tried to change the location of the drop-off to a different one that was more convenient and couldn't do it online and never was able to get anyone on the phone. I went over on my miles and was charged due to the location of the drop-off.

I requested to have a rental from the Pearl MS location (2234 Hwy 80 E Pearl MS). This was confirmed to me over the phone. However, when I went to that location, I found out the reservation was actual made for the 2234 Hwy 80 W Jackson MS location, an additional 5 miles away from where I was in a terrible part of town. More efforts should be mad to distinguish these two locations for your national team. I do not recommend anyone go into that part of Jackson. Nothing is wrong with the actual store, only its location surrounded by crime.

Do not rent out a trailer you do not have and then call the day of and say you have to drive 2 hour away to pick up And return to that 1 hour away location. Then, try to rent smaller trailer for same price.

The unit I had at U-Haul (#126) did not have any lighting in it, so I always had to bring my big flashlight with me.

Only thing I don't like is Customers are forced to purchase locks. I have several storage locks. Spending unnecessary money for an item I will never need anymore is discouraging and if I require storage in the future I will utilize a facility that allows customer owned locks.

Staff was very nice but when I called to pay on my unit …. My card number was taken and no payment was made on my storage unit …. I received a email weeks later stating my payment was late and a fee was added …. Nice gentlemen took off the late fee due to my first payment not being processed and I was able to pay my regular balance and he also made sure to email a receipt while I was still on the line thank you for your great customer service

The staff was rude at this location. After a yr of using the Gibraltar site I couldn't do 2 months here. They were so awful to me that when Carmen was closing me out she brought it up. "I know you've had a hard time and it seemed it was on purpose but it wasn't". YES IT WAS. I'm out of there. Now just PTSD to deal with; I cry when I think of that location.

I had made reservations for a storage unit when I got there I was on a long line with only one clerk. I had movers waiting so I lost over $200 and no one at u-haul seem to care. The unit I was shown was not what i got. Instead I was given a much smaller unit than expected and of course I had to pay more for a larger unit. I will never use this facility again - ever!! Poor service staff with bad attitude no connection between staff and customer!!

I have used this facility before and didn't have a problem. Unfortunately this was not one of those times. There was a leak in my storage unit and most of my belongings were ruined!!!!!!! The unit reeked of Mildew. Mold covered my furniture, luggage, shoes,and clothes it was awful!!!!! The staff at the location just gave me a number to call and said they have nothing to do with insurance claims!!!! There was no empathy or compassion, shown toward me, It actually could have helped me feel a little better about the situation, but, I guess it's still just business as usual for them. Now, it's not their fault my unit leaked, however, I will NEVER use uhaul again!!!!! On top of that, I had to get someone to haul all my ruined belongings to a dumpster for disposal.

Overall I was glad that I chose U-Haul this time to store my belongings for about the past 6 months........the people at this U-Haul were nice though at times they seemed to be a bit overwhelmed, especially on Saturday mornings.....maybe a part time person should be brought in to help out at busy times.(?)

Only thing I didn't like he's being charged when you cook can't even make it to the destination and I and then when it ain't your fault when you don't make it to your destination you got to be charged for something or whatever and then when it's not even a person's fault I mean that shouldn't even be right now I can see if it was the person's fault that they couldn't make it but no it wasn't if it ain't the person's fault they still have to be charged for nothing

The facility was dirty. The gentlemen that helped us was in NO hurry whatsoever. I had a deadline and he could have cared less. He told me the system was down so my access card would not work so he would have to walk down there to let me in. However, he then started helping someone else so I had to wait about 10 more minutes for him to finish that. The whole experience left a lot to be desired. I called in ahead of time and was told I was good, when I got there he had a million questions, many of which I thought were totally unneccessary. However if they were necessary, I wish I could have done that over the phone when I called. It would have saved me a lot of time. I have had a lot of experience with U-haul and most were very good but this was extremely poor.

I was issued a storage unit that was in use already with a tag from uhaul for the previous user stating payments were unpaid now I am delayed on usage of the storage 407 thatI paid cash for upfront.

My overall experience was ok but there were several occasions I went to retrieve items from my storage and could not because there were cars parked in front of my unit.

Climate control units do have problems with pest such as rats or mice. There are traps inside the units and there were rat dropping's on my stuff.

The facility has a infestation of rats. I found a snake upon my moving out of the facility in one of my boxes. Rat and droppings were also found in my belongings!

My most important things were left in a half opened outdoor storage unit by the your employees at this location. Rats had made nests in them & i had to throw half of them away, & items were missing.

When I began unpacking my stuff, I noticed that there were rat droppings in some of my boxes. I doubt I would've had any furniture worth keeping if i kept it stored longer.

Yes the facility was clean but you all have rats. When I moved my things out 1 ran out of one of my containers. I did not store any type of food. If you all get rid of the rats it would be great.
