I discovered shortly after picking up my trailer that one turn signal did not work. I can't prove it, but it is unlikely that a malfunction developed after pick up; I believe the employee approved it despite the bad signal, and endangered my life and that of others.

The location was recently painted and looks nice. The roll up door is dented, but it has no impact on operating. The wonderful lady was very helpful. Very please with the customer service!

Clean out the trucks the truck I got smelled like Fertilizer it was strong.The guy I don't recall his name came out and cleaned it a little after I asked him to…I even tried to clean it out. I could not get the smell out… I put my stuff in garage bags to try and protect it from the smell but I have to wash it all. Hopefully I will get a clean one next time.

I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I had already cleaned the bed of the truck because it smelled so bad. The only thing was the windshield was dirty when I returned it. Felt I was gauged. Will try a different company next time.

You can hire more people. I had to wait to pick up because the lady who worked the counter also was the one who was cleaning out the returned vehicles. She was very nice and professional.

I was sent to 3 different locations to finally get a truck. Got to loading, broken glass on floor. Started raining while loading, a pin hole in ceiling. At first two locations they were very busy having breakfast. And on top of that, it was 20+ miles away from preferred location……

Uhaul failed to have the truck I reserved. I had to drive to HWY 80W to pick up a truck I was moving from Madison county. The customer service representative on the 1800 line stated there was burning he could do. I ended up adding 50 miles to my trip more gas and I delayed my moved by 2 hours. Horrible company with little to no respect for customers.

I was charged a after hour fee of $20. The van was returned Saturday night, April 9, 2022. It was not due back until Sunday April 10, 2022 at 11:00 am. I shouldn't been charged the fee. I'm requesting a refund. Thanks

In my case, I was not aware of the drop-off location's credentials. I intended to return the truck on Sunday night itself. I could not do so as the contact number was not answered. I returned the truck Monday morning. I suggest that information about such drop-off locations would help customers plan drop-off in a better way. However, I am very please with u-Haul's service and would recommend U-Haul to my friends Thanks once again.

My experience with uhaul was horrible. I tried to reserve a car transport for two days. I went on hwy 80 first they didn't have any, then the lady sent me to try another store instead of looking to see if another store had one. I called the 1800 number, and they reserved me on Gibraltar st which is closed down, so I tried to do it online. That didn't work called uhaul the next day, they reserved one on Clinton blvd, said pickup was at 330. When I got to the place they closed at 2. I called uhaul once again reserved me on hwy 80 go figure back where I started. They scheduled my pickup for 630. I got there here we go with the drama again. They said they didn't have an auto transport the customer brought it back late, but he showed up and I got it. Then the guy tried to get out of paying for the extra time since he was late. They took it off but I didn't receive a discount or anything for my troubles.

Bad experience. I was told when I scheduled over the phone that I would have a free month of storage. Come in on March 26 and get out by April 25. That was not honored by staff at Jackson location. Overall, staff was rude but I had nowhere else to go with my loaded Uhaul truck. Truck rental was fine and provided what I needed.

Everyone was nice and helpful while I was there. My transactions were smooth. Everything was handled in a professional manner. I would recommend the cashiers checking to ensure equipment is loaded on the truck as requested especially if a customer asks right before preparing to leave. This location was clean and professional, great job, team!

1. Clean the cab and cargo area of the vehicles. 2. Have the correct amount of gas in the vehicles at the time of rental in the vehicles not on the contract. When the customer points out an issue with the vehicle before leaving the store, the issue should be addressed and corrected. It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to document the issue and have to prove it later after the vehicle is returned and additional charges apply. Note: Customer service representatives were very professional and addressing the issue.

Only thing I don't like is Customers are forced to purchase locks. I have several storage locks. Spending unnecessary money for an item I will never need anymore is discouraging and if I require storage in the future I will utilize a facility that allows customer owned locks.

Staff was very nice but when I called to pay on my unit …. My card number was taken and no payment was made on my storage unit …. I received a email weeks later stating my payment was late and a fee was added …. Nice gentlemen took off the late fee due to my first payment not being processed and I was able to pay my regular balance and he also made sure to email a receipt while I was still on the line thank you for your great customer service

The staff was rude at this location. After a yr of using the Gibraltar site I couldn't do 2 months here. They were so awful to me that when Carmen was closing me out she brought it up. "I know you've had a hard time and it seemed it was on purpose but it wasn't". YES IT WAS. I'm out of there. Now just PTSD to deal with; I cry when I think of that location.

I had made reservations for a storage unit when I got there I was on a long line with only one clerk. I had movers waiting so I lost over $200 and no one at u-haul seem to care. The unit I was shown was not what i got. Instead I was given a much smaller unit than expected and of course I had to pay more for a larger unit. I will never use this facility again - ever!! Poor service staff with bad attitude no connection between staff and customer!!

I have used this facility before and didn't have a problem. Unfortunately this was not one of those times. There was a leak in my storage unit and most of my belongings were ruined!!!!!!! The unit reeked of Mildew. Mold covered my furniture, luggage, shoes,and clothes it was awful!!!!! The staff at the location just gave me a number to call and said they have nothing to do with insurance claims!!!! There was no empathy or compassion, shown toward me, It actually could have helped me feel a little better about the situation, but, I guess it's still just business as usual for them. Now, it's not their fault my unit leaked, however, I will NEVER use uhaul again!!!!! On top of that, I had to get someone to haul all my ruined belongings to a dumpster for disposal.

Overall I was glad that I chose U-Haul this time to store my belongings for about the past 6 months........the people at this U-Haul were nice though at times they seemed to be a bit overwhelmed, especially on Saturday mornings.....maybe a part time person should be brought in to help out at busy times.(?)

Only thing I didn't like he's being charged when you cook can't even make it to the destination and I and then when it ain't your fault when you don't make it to your destination you got to be charged for something or whatever and then when it's not even a person's fault I mean that shouldn't even be right now I can see if it was the person's fault that they couldn't make it but no it wasn't if it ain't the person's fault they still have to be charged for nothing

The facility was dirty. The gentlemen that helped us was in NO hurry whatsoever. I had a deadline and he could have cared less. He told me the system was down so my access card would not work so he would have to walk down there to let me in. However, he then started helping someone else so I had to wait about 10 more minutes for him to finish that. The whole experience left a lot to be desired. I called in ahead of time and was told I was good, when I got there he had a million questions, many of which I thought were totally unneccessary. However if they were necessary, I wish I could have done that over the phone when I called. It would have saved me a lot of time. I have had a lot of experience with U-haul and most were very good but this was extremely poor.

I was issued a storage unit that was in use already with a tag from uhaul for the previous user stating payments were unpaid now I am delayed on usage of the storage 407 thatI paid cash for upfront.

My overall experience was ok but there were several occasions I went to retrieve items from my storage and could not because there were cars parked in front of my unit.

Climate control units do have problems with pest such as rats or mice. There are traps inside the units and there were rat dropping's on my stuff.

The facility has a infestation of rats. I found a snake upon my moving out of the facility in one of my boxes. Rat and droppings were also found in my belongings!

The storage area had a rodent problem. I had to discard some of my items because the rodents. No assistance or concern from U-haul personnel.

My most important things were left in a half opened outdoor storage unit by the your employees at this location. Rats had made nests in them & i had to throw half of them away, & items were missing.

When I began unpacking my stuff, I noticed that there were rat droppings in some of my boxes. I doubt I would've had any furniture worth keeping if i kept it stored longer.

Yes the facility was clean but you all have rats. When I moved my things out 1 ran out of one of my containers. I did not store any type of food. If you all get rid of the rats it would be great.
