Once again EASY CHEAP & QUICK.
Very efficient. In and out both times without effort.
Make sure to have a true "curbside pickup" option for customers so they can avoid going in to the store during a pandemic. If no one is outside, have a staffer constantly monitoring the outside for anyone needing assistance. Your share app isn't always clear, and couldn't pick up location information from my iPhone 11.
I didn't catch his name but who ever unhooked the trailer was fast and had me in and out in 5 minutes.
Honor commitments made during online reservation process. Huge money and time cost by selecting this Location
Uhaul is famously inefficient. The online system did not work. Even if it did, I would still have had to wait in line. I had to enter my card again and get the keys from the guy at the desk. UHaul is a source of stress and frustration for all that use them.
It was easy key drop off after hour. Love it.
Customer service agent wasn't friendly, but wasn't rude either.

Grease the axle an barring's of the trailers you let people use . For me it averaged out to be a 13% increase in fuel cost from Portland to Oklahoma.
It was frustrating to go through the cell phone check-in steps. The directions weren't clear when they referred to a vault with a barcode. It took us a long time to find it. At the end of the process my husband took a photo of his temporary drivers license and the system wouldn't accept it. He lost his drivers license (so did I) so we didn't have a voided license to send a photo of. After all that we ended up having to go inside anyway.
The location and retail experience are great. The online experience is CRAP, and the national offices of U-Haul should be ashamed of the state of their website. The online experience is one level of hell, but you know what makes that look lovely? The deepest pits of hell are reserved for the humans working the 800 support number -- they can't fix your problem and don't really care. "Thank you for calling!"
The guy behind the counter would not get up and help people. So sad
The dome light was stuck on and when I pressed on the gas it would jerk the whole truck as if someone stepped on the breaks but costumer service was great
People were great - fast and helpful. I've never been able to get the online after hours check in to work. Maybe I just need additional help?
Rental location was changed at the time I was to pick up my truck and the $50.00 reservation guarantee wasn't honored which was quite disappointing. Once I got the truck everything went smoothly.
Worst customer service experience I’ve had in years. Moving is already stressful enough and the Tigard uhual location made things much worse.this is what happened: -when given a log in for the gate and a storage locker, it was put under the name “craigger hall” and not my name, I had to get this all fixed which took an extra hour. -the original locker I was given was broken. The door was sagging and the lock wouldn’t align with the holes, so you couldn’t close the door. So I had to completely move out from 307 to 309, which took another extra hour. -when I called to make a hitch appointment I was scheduled for the upcoming Monday. I called that morning to confirm my noon appointment and they said it didn’t exist, so they rescheduled. When I called the day before they still didn’t have it on the calendar, when I looked at my reservation it was for Little Rock, AR, not Tigard Oregon, had to reschedule a 3rd time and this took more time. I asked 3 times that they make sure my storage locker rental would terminate on the 23rd, each time they said no problem, then I get an email 8 days after the 23rd saying to remember to pay for my locker rent on the 8th, meaning it never got canceled. The tigers staff seemed annoyed rather than apologetic. I completely understand why the Tigard location has 2.3 stars on google and assume that rating will continue to plummet. All and all, you guys made life more stressful, your equipment was dirty and broken, and your staff is unhelpful and poorly trained. I will go out of my way to make sure no one ever uses your location.
The trailer super old and rusty the tail gate needed to overlap the chain over and over to the point when I reached my destination I spent over 5 min trying to release the gate

There was a dash light on. We were given the truck completely empty of gas.
My experience was fine. All personnel were friendly and helpful.

i had a 15' truck and could barely get the door to roll up. it was stuck somehow. windshield wipers put out an ear piercing screech as they went back and forth. i let them know at drop off and not a mention at all of oh i'm sorry.. i paid 450.00 in rental fees and got a move along with a wrenched back and horrible headache.

We had to wait for a while for an employee to come into the building to help us, but once we got taken care of, everything went fine.
the van could have been cleaner, and i had no faith that it had been cleaned for covid. the "needs oil change" light was on. my main complaint is that i arranged online to pick the van up after hours, but was then told on a phone call that you don't do that with the vans. i would have had the van for one day if i could have picked it up after hours, but got billed for two days because i had to pick it up at 4:30. i also thought it was questionable that i got a phone call the day before saying that i couldn't pick it up at 4:45 as requested, as that came across as the staff just wanted to increase their chances of being off at 5. this caused me stress as i was at work immediately prior and was worrying about the clock, even had a friend on standby because i was told "we don't rent after 4:30"
Everything was great. I did have some issues getting into the building initially but that was resolved. And at the end of my time, I checked with the office staff and closed things out (recorded in the computer) but was charged for an extra month. It took returning to the location because I couldn't get through on the phone. Once there, it was easy to resolve, but having already moved away it was a huge pain.
Don't forget to put rented equipment in the back.

Huge stain in the middle of the room, I don't know what it is. Some sort of green substance. Sticky and mildew on the walls. Water leaks into the room. Huge beam in the middle of the room that takes away storage space. Hallway is not maintained and it advertised as climate control unit, not even close. It's so cold in the unit and inside the building I have to wear my winter coat. They supposed heating units are so covered by mold And dirt ,I am not sure when the last time they changed the filters. Filthy and not sanitary.

finished and returned my truck a half hour early so that was good news. since I was told the truck needed to be back at 1pm.
Excellent customer service, welcoming faces, trusted and values customer. When I am returning she used to value me she used a word" I trust you ",which is above my expectation from any person working as customer or anywhere. I love it and absolutely she is meet more than 100% respecting customers(which is me ). We need more people like her. I wish I could remember her name mention it. This was happenedon Friday November 20/2020 around 2:15 PM (11/20/2020@2PM)

The roof of the van leaked, and we had some minor damage to our goods. This created issues for us to resolve, and extra time spent when we have other priorities (like you do). But we took care of the goods.
They are very friendly and worked with me when times were tough
Make clear you CHARGE $75 for "Rental Fee". WTF... Never again...

Missed turn into I haul at first because hard to tell in dark where the entrance was, partway down a turn lane but not at the light, which is a very long light.
Customer service was great! Equipment was definitely old, loud, and poorly maintained. Every time I accelerated the drivetrain clunked and made grinding noises. I felt safe though with my relatively short trip. Otherwise the experience and large location was good. Return was simple.

Fast check in and out; clean, well maintained truck; pleasant people to help you; kept in touch with me concerning a change (minor). No improvements necessary from my point of view.
I only used a 10' truck for 3 hours, going 10 mi. round trip. So it was quick and easy. I do however wish they wouldn't push their insurance on you. I paid it when I drove 1,200 miles (even though my very reputable insurance agent said I am covered no matter what vehicle I drive), but an in town quick move like I did today, nope.

1. I made a mistake and rented a van on the wrong day, I realized it after driving literally around the block and came back quickly. The manager was very gruff and would not give me a store credit for $24.02. I will call corporate. Contract no. 82367402 2. Why do I have to do the walk-around myself when I rent a vehicle? You guys are just standing around watching and doing nothing, why can't you guys do it? I don't always catch a preexisting dent or ding.
I lost my credit card once and a staff member went above and beyond to help me look for it. He went and looked at cameras, he looked in the store, he looked outside, HE EVEN HELPED ME LOOK IN MY CAR!! If I ever need storage again, I will 100% be coming back!
I moved 10 hours to Portland without knowing anything about the area the facility was located at. The U-Haul facility was great, well located, easy in an out and the units were clean. One month free was a huge bonus and I stayed another without feeling a money pinch. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to store their stuff.
The staff and process was very easy to work with. Being able to easily rent a truck is awesome.

The facilities were secure and clean and we felt safe storing our belongings at this location. The staff was very accommodating when we realized the storage unit we had reserved was too small and allowed us to change it to a larger unit.
Larry is the consument professional and a very nice person. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who wants to store or move.

Been at this facility for years and have had nothing but excellent experiences. The staff has always gone out of thier way to be helpful, and even if they couldn't be, they have always been kind.
Horrible management, treated inhumanely by management of this location by being locked in the storage facility until 5 a.m.!!! Go elsewhere! Or get a lawyer... It seems corporate doesn't care either!
The storage facility was overcrowded with uhuals being stored on both sides of either ends trying to come out of the isles. I could barley get out to be honest. It was ridiculous and needs fixed.

We had a really pleasant and enjoyable experience with the U-HAUL truck rental and U-HAUL storage unit rental we used in the past 2 months! This is a top notch organization all were GREAT to work with
The staff was extremely helpful, the phone conversations good! Our only problem was the constant blockage after hours to the storage driveway and gate by return rental trucks. The 24/7 access is not.

Despite having several customers at the counter late on a Sunday and troubles with the computers, the people at the counter were polite and patient. We were exhausted -- a long day. They were great!
Rented storage space, was supposed to have 24hr access for the evening. Got there later that night with full truck and help, access denied. Now have truck parked at home for unnecessary extra days

Need some additional help near 5pm for closing. The team got it all done, but it was stressful near the end of day to get in the storage locker correctly during closing.
It was an overall great experience and they were very helpful and I am glad I chose them to store my things. I had my grandson with me and they engaged him in conversation and made it fun for him too.

Larry provides organized crime storing stolen property, ignores sexual harassment. moved out 11.29 I have whitness, yet I'm getting emails my storage in going into lein. This is financial fraud.
The facility was great but your phone and internet services are worthless. Every time we needed help we had to go down to the facility. Once there the service was great. This was very inconvenient .
I will never use any other company to move EVER AGAIN! I will recommend U-Haul to everyone from now on! They've been more than accommodating with our move. And they have really clean bathrooms too!!

big problem with dropoff location being changed after I received my contract. Not online during trip so didn’t see change of location. Could not change dropoffto uhaul storage that had available unit
My only negative was that I was charged $40 for keeping the rental truck an hour too long. I wish you had told me that when I turned it in and not just charged my credit card later.
Communication was nonexistent. I was told several times I would receive email notifications about the information I requested and never received any of the information I asked for.

When I arrived the evening of my return I was unable to get to the storage unit without squishing myself between cars due to the fact that the gate was blocked and no one came to open it...
Very convenient experience. Excellent value. I would improve the entry and exit surfaces of the building doors. Wheels on carts hangup and cause things to fall off cart. Need better communication.

The facility is well maintained, and has also seen good improvements in the 8 years that I had a storage room. Security is taken seriously here, which isn’t always the case elsewhere. Staff is nice.
With the exception of dealing with the local police, regarding an alarm in the facility was going off, because I was at my unit in the middle of the night, all of my experiences were positive.
Fantastic customer service at the store.
I was very pleased with the facility and staff. The staff went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a jam. The only drawback was limited space for pulling trailers in and out to load.
