Worst moving experience of my life. I arranged for my uhaul to be delivered to the Mobil Gas station near my home. I did this because I wanted to save 8 miles on the truck and my pocket. I received multiple confirmations that this was where it would be. When I arrived at the Mobil they were closed and there was no uhual. I had to go to the Tigard uhaul to find my truck. When I asked why my truck was not where it was supposed to be the lady at the counter was rude and dismissive. She had no explanation for me but said maybe they didn't have one available. Looking into the parking lot there were plenty of trucks that could have been dropped off. Pure laziness is all I can assume. Once I was ready to check out the cost was triple the one I was told it would be. Finally I got my keys, did my inspection and took the truck. When I returned the truck, I parked it out front. Someone came out and said to me leave the keys and we'll check it in and email you the final receipt. I felt very uncomfortable leaving a truck there without any idea of what I'd be charged. I should not have been charged for the 8 extra miles from where I picked up the truck and where I was supposed to pick up the truck. I'd like to be reimbursed for the cost of the 8 extra miles and gas that this used to go those 8 extra miles. I feel this is only fair. I'm expecting a credit of at least $30.00 to my card. I'd like a phone call to confirm this transaction. You have my information. ThanksDarcy P.

Most of the time I use the Tigard location I had to use this location before and it wasn't a good experience but this time the manager help me to bad the manager can't get employees as good as he is or even half as good if you want this location to be as good as the Tigard location you need to have someone else hire the salfHal K.

The 20' van I reserved was there, but after I had gone through online check in, they could not find the keys. They made me take a 26' which the agent said he would give me for the same price. Except the 20' and 26' rentals already were the same price and I told him I preferred the 20'. When I returned the vehicle to the same employee I mentioned all the difficulty I had maneuvering the 26' van and how things had to be packed because there was too much space. He said, â€œyeah, that happens.â€ Not a very good experience.DARIUS A.

The cab wasn't wiped down before we got it so due to covid we had to use our own wipes to clean it. Also the after hour return wasn't clear on what to do with the key so I put it in the truck,thinking they would have a spare. Since they don't have a spare I was told I'd most likely get charged a fee but have yet to hear back from them on that.ELSA R.

They told me they would give me a $26 credit if I brought the truck back with 1/4 tank. We did & I never got the credit. When I returned the truck and asked if they would do the credit, The guy who took back the truck said â€œyes, we will give the credit as we see the same contract as youâ€ and totally brushed me off. Horrible customer service! I will NOT be going back to this Uhaul again. Moving is already stressful, and they made it worse.Siuamoa L.
With the computer system down your folks at the counter provided excellent customer service. They weren't standing still for a minute. I was very impressed with how well they were handling a very difficult situation. When the rep went to hook up the trailer he noticed I needed a 7 pin connector converter. He ran inside and found one for me to borrow. Thanks to the entire crew!Daniel J.
