ANTHONY JI was given the key to the U-Haul and went out and had to clean the snow off the truck myself. Second, it was stuck on a sheet of ice. It look me another 45 minutes to wait outside while the guy running the place figured out a way to get it out. He kept telling me, "You should have gotten the insurance". I didn't have that funny. He finally got it unstuck by using a small truck to tow it off the sheet of ice. Meanwhile I was freezing and wasn't dressed to be waiting outside for 45 minutes. I would have waited inside, but the person working there had been smoking inside and it reeked of cigarette smoke. I was finally able to begin driving the U-Haul when the truck was almost stuck once again, due to the parking lot not plowed out. When I got onto the main road, the truck started to shake once I got to 45 mph. It felt like it was going to break down. I was able to move stuff over the weekend, but it was stressful as I thought the truck would either break down or get stuck. Overall, it was a bad experience. I have used U-Haul multiple times in the past and had no issues. I would not recommend this location, and it may be time to retire that truck.

Guy GNot sure what the business hour were at this location. I had scheduled for a 6:45 pick up and arrived 10mins late. The guy at the place was complaining about me being late because he had a guy sitting in his driveway to buy a car for 5000 dollars. He explained how I was wasting his time and that I need to be there on time for pickup. Very rude experience .

victor aThe owner was late at the store and I got charged more than what I'm supposed to I only went 40 miles they said I went 90 miles there's no way I clocked it I live 17 minutes from my new home it's only 21 miles a way I only did one run with the U-Haul Van then I went right back to U-Haul 21 miles 21 miles that's 42 miles where you getting 90???? 315 560 3087 I would like a supervisor from U-Haul to call me I will never use U-Haul again

Vaughn QAlthough I probably would use this location again because it’s right down the street it was very difficult because the person working there didn’t know anything about truck rentals and had to keep calling her boss and we were on it timeline and it took about 40 minutes to actually get the truck and get moving so not really her fault but it was very slow !!!

victor aFacility hooked up trailer and everything was fine. I wish I knew a 6x12 trailer only has a 4,5 foot opening as I ended up not being able to use the trailer.

William BRented the trailer one way . The dropoff location was 41 miles out of my way. 82 total miles! Had I been warned about that I'd have used my own trailer and paid toll road both ways. Thanks for the warning. Never again!

David GThe trailer we were given, the tires were so bald the metal was showing. I have pics to prove it. And the roadside assistance guy said it wasn't us that did it and he gets this problem all the time.
Andrea MLeft turn and stop signal did not work. Had to buy a new on. Right side parking light on the topdid not work. Left tire had 5 psi in it when i got home from picking it up and it had to be filled up multipe times during the trip

Tyler DI was lied to about my rental of a utility trailer, the location I had reserved for pickup was changed at the last minute by the local U-Haul regional office and made me drive to a different location and cost me time and gas and the trailer I picked up was dirty and filled with debris and broken glass from the previous rental , a absolutely unacceptable condition and dangerous this was a horrible experience, I never want to do business with your company again !!!!
