Everything went well. The location was a good distance from me but it had the only U-Haul available in a 25 mile radius.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHe didn't accurately note mileage or gas and told me not to do the text-link that verified the condition of the truck.
Sarah DNot present when I dropped it off, app wasn't working well to upload photos, owner did take care of things on his end
Michael S(1) Fix your App. (2) Provide leeway for allowed mileage overruns. I don’t think my over mileage was even .8 miles, so the allowed mileage doesn’t seem to figure in for stopping for gas or length of driveways (the slight truck detour wasn’t even one half mile, and the gas station was right beside the route). Having traveled this route many times, there was no shorter route than the one I used. The chances of the allowed mileage and the truck odometer reading being exactly the same seems highly unlikely.
