When I got there I felt humiliated because. Your receptionist had a attitude. At first he was telling me I owed him 26 dollars extra. For a forty dollars storage. I had reservation for. When I asked for a downstairs storage he cancelled my reservation. And charged me $56 then the place was so nasty Patrick got mad again. And started talking to me any kind of way. I told him I didn't want to argue with him and that the conversation was over. He insisted that it wasn't over he said it was over I indicated to him that I had stopped talking to him. and reminded him I was a customer and that he worked in customer service he indicated to me he didn't give a dam who I was and that no one talks to him any kind away and that he was going to make sure I'm gone in 30 days.

My experience with this storage facility is that the storage management have NO understanding about personal loss. JUST CONCERNED WITH COLLECTING MONEY. Even if you were never late, REAL QUICK TO PUT A LIEN ON STORAGE I WAS ONLY ONE MONTH IN THE REARS . I RECEIVED UNNECESSARY RUDENESS AND AGAIN CONCERNED ABOUT FEES AND MONEY. Flexing AUTHORITY UNNECESSARILY. RODENTS RATS  REAL BAD (pictures) when I opened the door. THEY WILL GIVE YOU RAT BAIT TO KILL THEM. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN

Property Manager was professional and courteous. Very Helpful at setting up account. Easy to access and manuever around with. Clean and spacious. Would recommend to anyone needing storage.

Uptown Storage Facility is Hands down the best I've ever been Blessed to have rented from! The staff is friendly, helpful & they do anything They Possibly can, respectfully, reasonably to appease you, the patron. There Owner is a great man, He Went above And beyond for me during my stay.. I was there a little over a year and a half but would've stayed forever Had my business not Declined.. I Truly recommend anyone seeking a commercial office space or private storage to go to Uptown There's great surveillance equipment, Cameras on site, I felt very safe and appreciated... I Love Them (Uptown Storage Facility) & You will Also.. Blessings

No improve needed. The gentleman that assisted me was delightful. Pickup was easy and dropoff even easier. I will make this my go-to rental location.

I was running behind in picking up the truck. I revived a call from the location just checking whether I was still coming. I advised that I was 10 minutes away. The young lady hung up. When I arrived, there was no one at the location. I knocked, no answer. Not knowing if I was in the right location or not, I called customer service. They attempted to reach someone but no answer. Eventually, I was given the lengthy process to check in online. Once I gained access to the truck, the dolly in which I requested was not in the truck.

Customer service rep very unfriendly and unwilling to help. Hung up in my face when inquiring about a folder that was left in the truck that was indeed there.

Teach the property manager some customer service skills . Vehicle smelled very badly and it quit on me three times during my use . Failed to inform me that I would be charged double if I turned in truck somewhere else. Charged me for a dolly and blankets when some were already in truck

I was trying to contact Uhaul regarding an issue and had numerous problems getting to an agent. I finally gave up, as it was after 11pm. I hope I am not charged because of the issue.

Provide more accurate or current drop off details. In the text message provided the drop off location was 925 Elma G miles Pkwy in Hinesville ga. This location was neither a drop off location nor listed on the U-Haul website. This mistake nearly cost an extra fee for the truck and dolly, as it took nearly until the scheduled drop off time to speak to a customer service rep.

Service the truck for poor steering. Bad vibration. Windshield wipers worn made hard to see in rain. Worse experience with uhaul ever.

Thank you, this was the easiest time that I have ever had to store my items. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who ask, Very easy access but safe, storage area was big enough to store 3 bedroom home furnishings and outdoor items.

Retrain mrs Patrick his customer service is horrible. His attitude toward me was unnecessary, and he wanted me to connect and disconnect the trailer myself. So i explained I never had to do it before.

Stick with getting the rental truck and equipment to the preferred location requested instead of going out of my way to get it. I called the day before and found out my pick location was moved. Ok I called the morning of pickup and found out my location changed again because the person dropped it off at the wrong location selected. Understood, but would have gone to the 2nd location to find out I need to go to another location. I did not get a phone call stated this or a text about the change. I called to be told my pickup location changed.

Communicate with them on the process of picking up the U-Haul. We waited 2 hours trying to figure out how to get the keys and who to talk to. We went to a different location because the one we were at closed very early and did not help us. We were very furious and will probably not use U-Haul again.

The complete opposite of the rental pickup. The customer service was atrocious. Called me with severe attitude right off the bat because I mistakenly dropped the rental at the 'wrong' location. Stated it was clearly marked when it wasn't. Whoever called me, because they didn't give their name just started accusing me and telling me to come back in to move it, needs to either be severely retrained in customer service or out right fired. No business being in his job. Should be in the back of an office with no contact to the normal world filing paper work.
