Levi B | Expérience généraleClose and convenient to midtown Columbus.
ALLEN B | RéservationJust had an issue with when I paid my storage and a lock was placed on my unit instead of the unit next to mines I had to go a entire weekend without access to a storage unit I paid for in advance I got an apology but that was it, another time the ac went out and it was no way u could access that unit for 2weeks because it was so hot. He addressed the issue after a phone call but that was it. The facility manager is very kind, and professional , I will be using this facility again. But I do feel that if u pay for your storage and needed access to it than that shouldn’t be no cut off time like some people needs 24 hr access to there units.
ROSALEA W | Expérience généraleI felt comfortable with leaving my things at the storage unit and was very satisfied and Mr. Patrick was awesome and always very nice and helpful
Victoria C | Expérience généraleUptown storage is the best. Awesome service. Fantastic place.
Crystal C | Expérience généraleWhen I got there I felt humiliated because. Your receptionist had a attitude. At first he was telling me I owed him 26 dollars extra. For a forty dollars storage. I had reservation for. When I asked for a downstairs storage he cancelled my reservation. And charged me $56 then the place was so nasty Patrick got mad again. And started talking to me any kind of way. I told him I didn't want to argue with him and that the conversation was over. He insisted that it wasn't over he said it was over I indicated to him that I had stopped talking to him. and reminded him I was a customer and that he worked in customer service he indicated to me he didn't give a dam who I was and that no one talks to him any kind away and that he was going to make sure I'm gone in 30 days.
Denise P | RéservationMy experience with this storage facility is that the storage management have NO understanding about personal loss. JUST CONCERNED WITH COLLECTING MONEY. Even if you were never late, REAL QUICK TO PUT A LIEN ON STORAGE I WAS ONLY ONE MONTH IN THE REARS . I RECEIVED UNNECESSARY RUDENESS AND AGAIN CONCERNED ABOUT FEES AND MONEY. Flexing AUTHORITY UNNECESSARILY. RODENTS RATS 🐀 REAL BAD (pictures) when I opened the door. THEY WILL GIVE YOU RAT BAIT TO KILL THEM. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN
Kathryn R | Expérience généraleProperty Manager was professional and courteous. Very Helpful at setting up account. Easy to access and manuever around with. Clean and spacious. Would recommend to anyone needing storage.
