When I got there I felt humiliated because. Your receptionist had a attitude. At first he was telling me I owed him 26 dollars extra. For a forty dollars storage. I had reservation for. When I asked for a downstairs storage he cancelled my reservation. And charged me $56 then the place was so nasty Patrick got mad again. And started talking to me any kind of way. I told him I didn't want to argue with him and that the conversation was over. He insisted that it wasn't over he said it was over I indicated to him that I had stopped talking to him. and reminded him I was a customer and that he worked in customer service he indicated to me he didn't give a dam who I was and that no one talks to him any kind away and that he was going to make sure I'm gone in 30 days.

Even if you were never late, REAL QUICK TO PUT A LIEN ON STORAGE I WAS ONLY ONE MONTH IN THE REARS . I RECEIVED UNNECESSARY RUDENESS AND AGAIN CONCERNED ABOUT FEES AND MONEY. Flexing AUTHORITY UNNECESSARILY. RODENTS RATS REAL BAD (pictures) when I opened the door. THEY WILL GIVE YOU RAT BAIT TO KILL THEM. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN
