Wanted to do an after hours return. Couldn't contact location directly. Had to go through your customer service SHO started s message was sent to this facility and they would call us back shortly. They never did. So I was on the phone, on hold for an hour with uhaul for nothing. Had to scramble to find a place to park this trailer overnight. I will never use this location again. I Will leave a poor review on other web sites for them as well!David O.

I had two people on the phone for 2 hours trying to fix an issue where I could not check in/return the truck. I had a baby crying, and I was just about ready to leave the truck there without checking in online when someone answered both of us at the same time. There is no reason why my appointment should have been lost. Every time I tried to check the truck in, it said that I had no reservation. When I tried to add it using the reservation number, it would not let me. If I put in the incorrect reservation number, it would say no reservation found. If I put in my correct reservation number it would search for a long time, and then go back to the previous screen, with no message. Finally after 2 hours, customer services was able to get this fixed. Also, the other person calling had someone answer and hang up on them, and the first person I spoke with said that they could not help me and put me on hold forever again. I realize that a lot of people are getting hacked these days, but you need a better process for customer service when something like this happens.John F.
Gentlemn that serviced us was very good. We had picked up the pick up at 4:13pm on Saturday for a 24 hour persiod. since this location closes on Sundays at 1pm. The gentleman at the counter advised us to park the truck at the gate, follow the online link to return the vehicle upon our return. Everything went smoothly EXCEPT where they overcharged for an additonal day and also for the insurance? Granted I was 24 minutes late returning the truck. But really?? I have been on hold with Uhaul for 37 minutes listening to the same recording. Finally a rep comes online and says that I need to talk to someone in CS, which was the option that I selected. So I was transferred into another waiting game where they are saying the wait to talk with someone is 20 plus minutes..... Total waste of an hour worth of my time. Uhauls online or phone customer service support is really lacking in my experience...Steve C.

They told me to park the truck in the lot when I was done and said I was good to go. Received a bill where they charged me an extra 900 damages that I did not do. They are issuing me a refund of the bogus charge but it doesn't change that I had it taken out of my account and have to wait 5 days for it to go back into my account. Unbelievable.Joshua C.

We set up our reservation for equipment at a much closer location. The morning of our reservation I was called and redirected to this new location. We had to pay for 33 miles instead of 8 miles of driving. Would have been nice if the mileage would have been taken off, for our inconvenience. But, this new location was fast, kind and ready for us. When I reserved, the guy was courteous & efficient. When my husband picked up, young kid was not acting like a employee (sunglasses inside, bored assistance, not helping much) and older guy was comically slow and confused. I called to discuss extending reservation and was sent to customer service, who said the store was open till 5 and she'd have someone call me to discuss. No one did. Husband arrived at 5 till 4, gate was about 75 %open. Parked truck, knocked & looked around, no answer. Suddenly 3 guys (1 with no shirt on) and a girl emerge from a back corner of the lot looking alarmed. Their greeting was "how'd you get in here?" When my husband replied that he drive through the gate, "well, I hope my dog didn't get out!" (Accusatorily) He said they closed at 2. Told husband to drop keys in box, which he had liked for earlier and hadn't seen bc it's poorly placed. Overall, truck was fine but communication and customer service skills definitely lacking.Chris H.

I tried to change my drop off location 3 times and finally did so by talking to the scheduling department at U-Haul. After dropping off my vehicle I was charged over 200 $for wrong drop off location. This was not the wrong location, but because I changed the location they charged me over 200 $. This was never explained to me or given a good reason why.JOSHUA T.
