The Wildomar rental location did an extremely poor job in taking my return. When I drove onto the lot a young man came out and asked for the keys but did not check the gas level, mileage, or count my returned blankets. I was not given a receipt and was charged for dropping the truck off on Monday when I dropped it off on Sunday. I made several calls to request the correction and each time was told I would get a call back but never did. I am very disappointed in this portion of the rental and very frustrated that I am being charged for a day late when the truck was delivered on time.

Communication is KEY. I chose to conduct an after hours pick up. I used the app on my phone to pick up the truck. This all worked very well until it was time to retrieve the keys for the truck. There was no letter lock box on the truck as the intructions in the app stated. I spent 30 min in the dark trying to figure out where they hid the keys. This was after I called customer service 3 times because the app kept giving me an error saying there was no equipment ready for me. It took 3 phone calls for someone to tell me that the app won't release the location of the keys until your scheduled time. Then when the app finally told me where the keys were supposed to be, they weren't there. The icing on the cake is the fact that I called the location to confirm my truck reservation in the morning and ask how I would know where they keys would be and I was informed I would be given directions later. Epic fail.

Customer Service was very poor. Some lady by the name of lady by the of Debbie was exceptionally rude. I've been a good Customer since 2009 and never experienced this kind of rudeness before. And will not be recommend or be returning to this location again.

The guys there were great, I moved from Az, back and forth 6 times using U-Haul each time it was a great experience. Never a problem, would recommend highly.

Cargo Van as promised, 5 minutes on pick up and drive up and hand keys for drop off. Easy peasy!! Gave best rate for over 100 miles and 1 day rental.??

Vehicle was not clean inside or out. Windshield grime became an issue when dusk hit. Tire Pressure check light was on, so I was constantly having to check tires. Told me gas tank was full and it was not.

The lady working was very friendly but we weren't even sure if it was open, and it was unclear where to bring the truck to return. Not particularly nice location, but no actual problems with it!

Way overpriced. $19.95 tuned into $120 with gas and tax. 3 hours and 55 miles. Ouch. Don't think I'll be using again if I can help it.
