I had mentioned the issue with the truck being given to me empty and she explained that I should have already been credited for that. Aside from that, she was very helpful and she got the truck dropped off and turned in quickly.

Complete shut down at lunch time. I rented the truck at around 12:30 1:30? On Sunday and they were gone on Monday when I returned it at 12:30. It was windy and very dusty, the truck clean and swept when I returned and later I found out they charged me $45 cleaning fee. What a joke.

PANTALEON MI was charged an after hours fee. Which I was never informed of. I would have dropped off the next day. I don’t understand why a $20 fee is assessed when it’s just a key dropped off into a box. The location was filthy and the drop off box was located behind a metal fence with a hole cut out of the fence.
