Had some issues checking in and out on my phone, as the app had difficulty finding my location but the attendant was there to help upon check-in. I called U-haul directly to let them know of my issues with check-out and they were able to assist rather quickly. Vehicle was very clean however there was no extended snow/ice scraper in the cab and there was a thick sheet of ice on the window the next morning. Could not reach the front window with anything to sufficiently scrape it so had to let it melt off the timely way with the truck defrost heater. Thought the loading deck would be lower to the ground as well. Might need a ramp to get the heavy things in/out. Other than that it worked great for what i needed.

The check-in with the website doesn't work well. I took my photos of mileage, fuel guage and truck cargo bay but could not upload through your portal. Could you add a feature that allows uploading photos from a person's photo storage in ICloud???

The day before my one way rental I was told there were no one ways and it would be $109 for an intown rental instead of the $139 for the one way rental...upon return of the vehicle I was charged $283....after filling up the empty truck as well which was another $100 on top of the $283...definitely upset there wasn't a one way vehicle, would have saved me a lot of money....would have been cheaper to take a bunch of trips moving with my jeep intead..

There was a huge snowstorm and I was responsible and did not take the trailer out so it wouldn't get damaged. I called for extensions and lady I spoke with was great and understanding and did not charge me for additional days because of the blizzard. As soon as roads were a little clearer the trailer was returned (with out me finishing my move) and today I was charged $129 dollars.

Fix the slope of the entrance. With 4 inches of snow on ground and 7 % grade, I needed to use 4 wheel drive to get up the entrance to turn in my trailer.

It was extremely slow to check in. Their method of checking in was cumbersome and slow. Once we got through check in (it took 30+ minutes), the truck was ready and we were on our way.

The sub-human running this place is not only rude and obnoxious but he also needs to take a bath and clean his mouth. I will never rent another Uhaul truck or even buy 1 box from Uhaul until this guy isn't affiliated with Uhaul! I never received a call back from Uhaul concerning this matter so we know who they look out for and it damn sure isn't their customers.

Slowest and rudest service you can get. Oldest equipment that shouldn't even be in service any longer as there were multiple lights on the dash. Equipment was dirty, didn't have the correct number of moving pads, dolly broken, terrible service.

The truck had some warning lights on. The battery light on dash was intermittently turning on. Breaks were making horrible noise when the engine was turned off. Truck was clean

So very slow to check out. Technology was awful and it took 30 minutes to pick up the truck. Once I got the truck, everything was fine.

I would not recommend this location if you intend to return the U-Haul at night, There is virtually no lighting so it is near impossible to take pictures to complete the return of the vehicle. I was only able to take pictures because I had a flashlight in my card.

I have always had great service at this location besides my last rental. I stood in line for 2 hours with only 5 people in line. My rental was reserved for 10am and I did not leave until almost 12:30. The guy running the facility was working very hard and doing his best, but this took a big chunk of our day with the rental.

With a confirmed and guaranteed reservation, the owner was extremely rude to me, making accusations of stealing his trailer. He would not listen to the details of what was sent to me from Uhaul and never responded even after I sent him proof of the reservation. With all this said, it does appear there was a breakdown in how corporate Uhaul handled this reservation, and I frankly don't understand how a Sunday reservation for a trailer would be allowed if the facility is not staffed to support this.

Provide some kind of lock for your rental trailer to the customer hitch. I had to buy a special bolt type lock. It was hard to find in the last minute, and Iveas pulling an empty trailer around the city trying to find one because that night I would be with my loaded trailer with my belongings in an city away from home at a hotel right on interstate 40. I wanted the trailer to be secured to my car hitch. My hitch was locked but the trailer itself was not. This was a big inconvenience. Trailers used to accept just a pad lock to lock them onto the hitch. I was surprised to learn I had to buy a different kind of lock and I didn't know this until the guy hooked up my trailer. Otherwise, everything else went as planned except the drop off location closed at 4PM. I expected a uhaul location to be open during normal business hours (8-5). Another surprise. Had to make another trip to drop off the trailer. Other than that it was fine.

It was very confusing as to where the actual U-Haul office was. The instructions on the door contradicted themselves and when we called the number they left for help they were incredibly rude and short. It was just a confusing mess. I was glad to see I wasn't the only one that was having a hard time as when I picked up there was another gentleman having a hard time and when I dropped my vehicle off another gentleman was finding it very difficult and confusing.

You should not let customers think they will be able to pick up their equipment at the selected preferred location if that is not the case. We found out 30 minutes prior to scheduled pick up time that we would need to travel (an additional 30 minute drive each way) to pick up our trailer. VERY FRUSTRATING

Everything was fine when actually picked up. However, they do not answer the phone or return calls when messages are left. Also I was told I would get a call a day or two before my reservation to tell me where to pick up the trailer. I never received a call. I only found out where I needed to pick-up after calling the location where I made the original reservation.

We had 3 trucks scheduled to be picked up. Only one of them worked, the rest we had major issues on. The truck from this location had mechanic issues. The battery light would keep coming on, and the truck shook badly @ 55 mph. I never went over that speed so I can't tell you if it ever stops shaking.

The uhaul web site is hot garbage. I tried to return through the mobile site 3 times and each time it failed on the last step. This involved retaking a bunch of pictures, starting the vehicle back up, reopening the back, etc. Then when I called uhaul to deal with it I was on hold for an hour and a half.

Fastest and most courteous check out ever. My trailer was hooked up in under 10 minutes. The counter person even cleaned my 4 pin connector of corrosion.

I scheduled a pick-up at 4:00PM. The place called and said they were leaving at 3:00PM so I would have to pick up the truck early or do an online check-in. So I left work early to pick up the truck and they told me I would have to have the truck back by 2:45 the following day when I already planned on having it back at 4:00PM. Also the truck smelled like I was jumping into a cows ass. I had to have the windows down in order to stand being inside the vehicle.. Absolutely horrible.
