The location was fine. Not great. The truck had large scratches and the mirrors kept shifting during the drive.

This is an unpaved area in the middle of suburbia. It would be better if it were paved. Also, the key drop isn't near the posted equipment return. It took a bit to find

william B.The Mobile Pick up service was horrible and inefficient. When I signed intro my account it did not recognize my device and would not send me a text to verify. It was not only me, there was another person there experiencing the same issue. I called and had to wait for a call back. The person assisting me was having difficulty and then disconnected me. The other person having the same issue gave me another number and a gentlemen was able to resolve the issue. It took me an hour and 20 minutes to resolve the issue. I will never use this service again.

Cell service was spotty for the online pick-up, the feed store allowed me to stay inside while dealing with the issue since it was cold. The only customer service I received on pick up or drop off was from a neighboring business. This location did nothing to assist in pick up or drop off.

Matt H.They have signs directing you where to go but the person acted like there were detailed instructions telling me to back in and unhook the trailer when there was not. They acted as if I was bothering them. If they don't want to deal with people, then just say explicitly to use the website to do a virtual return. I completed the drop off via the website rather than have to deal with them and would tell everyone else to do so as well.

Christopher D.I GOT THERE ABOUT 530PM AND THEY WERE CLOSED, AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE EXCEPT IT TOOK ME 30 MINUTES TO RETURN THE VEHICLE USING THE APP BECAUSE THE WIFI WAS SO SLOW. IF THEY WANT US TO USE THE 24/7 SERVICE THEN THEY NEED TO AUDIT ALL THEIR LOCATIONS AND MAKE SURE THE WIFI SERVICE WORKS.

The new size was evaluated for my vehicle, changed in the system, the old trailer detached, and the new one hooked up. All of this was done curiously by the staff. Thank you. The experience was pleasant and successful.
christine N.The employee was rude and lacked basic communication skills. The location opened 20 minutes late (he showed up late), which was very inconvenient. We had to wait outside for an inordinate amount of time when we returned the equipment and we walked to back and he was shooting the breeze. He didn't seem to care that there was a big line of people waiting out front because only 1 person is allowed inside at a time. Would not want to deal with this location ever again.

Richard R.Be transparent that the Uhaul truck has a speed limit governor that stops at 75 MPH. Driving this Uhaul on Interstate roads with a 75 MPH speed limit was dangerous. Passing a semi going 73-74 MPH in a Uhaul going 75 MPH is dangerous.

Then, turns out the truck that was moved out of the way was my Did not have the boxes I paid for in advance. truck, because the truck number was incorrect on my contract. When I dropped the truck off, the person working was not kind when I wasn't sure where to park my truck. Would not recommend and will not return to this location.

Susan M.I rented 2 trucks from this location on 2 different days. The first truck ("JH 2752 D" on the panel above the speedometer) seemed to have mechanical problems looming -it chugged, even on the highway, leading to a very uneven drive. The second one I rented was fine, and performed well. It was nerve-wracking to worry that this first truck might leave me and my belongings stranded on the highway, especially with all the time limits I was having to deal with for my move. Otherwise, this location was wonderful, convenient, and easy to work with! The associate even helped me to find and additional truck at another location later - he was awesome (sorry, I don't remember his name!)
