I believe to improve customer service, the employee on Sunday could be more friendly and acknowledge the customers waiting in line by giving them an explanation as to why it took an hour to get their trucks. He was nice when you got to him. When setting up the truck the younger employee was very friendly and helpful.Kari M.

Location was great, however the truck rental did not include the moving dolly that I requested and paid for. It made moving on a tight schedule more difficult, as there was no people on site to lend us the dolly. I had to wait on hold with UHaul customer service for 20 minutes to remove the charge for the missing dolly. Customer service rep was very nice and helpful!Laura S.

When we got the truck it was dirty inside the back and there was a pile of unfolded moving blankets, it took almost 1 hr to check in because the guy was so slow and there were 2 other rentals ahead of us in line. When we returned the truck the intake guy wanted to charge us to fold the blankets and sweep out the trailer. Too bad the rental guy isn't as meticulous as the intake guy.Pete M.
I rented a 26 foot truck and when it was drove on the highway empty (return trip.) In some stretches of road it would have a "death wobble" starting at 45 mph. Maybe check the front universal joint of the drive shaft. I reported this to the location it was rented at. I'm not holding Willow Run Feed and Seed responsible for the failure of the trucks performance because of the demand for trucks. There is obviously not enough time to highway test every truck as it comes back from a rental and no feed back is given from previous rental. I'm a very experienced driver and knew what to do in a death wobble situation but the next driver may not.Lee M.
The staff is very nice. We got a notification from the credit card we put our 24 hour in town rental. There was a fraud charge of over $4000.00 on the credit card they had on file. We had to cancel the card. We told the staff. They didn't seem to concerned. ??????Michalene L.
Great and easy spot to drop-off. Only issue I ran into is that the location services wouldn't work with Google Chrome as a browser on an iPhone, so I had to use Safari and everything went through.Tim S.

My reservation was originally for 4/24 at 10am at a different location. When I got there shortly after 10am I was informed that the truck I reserved was there but the previous renter did not return the keys, and he had extended his reservation until 4pm. Obviously this was very frustrating to me because my move was now delayed 24 hours, until 10am on 4/25 because there were no available truck in the area. The online system should not have allowed this to happen and I would like to be compensated for the time I wasted and spent waiting for another option when the truck I reserved was not available.Caitlin G.
The man working said something about his system being down, and was frazzled and frustrated. It took 45 minutes for us to pick up our rental truck that we prereserved online, and I imagine it took about the same length of time for the couple who left before us. I recognize it was not the employee's fault but it threw off the timing for our entire day.Alec B.

When I arrived at the location to pick up my truck remotely, everything went smoothly until I found out that the wrong keys were assigned to me. I ordered a 26 foot truck to move a 4-bedroom house and was given the keys to a 15 foot truck. Those were the only keys in the lockbox! Because this was done using the "self-serve" pickup method, naturally there was nobody around to help. In fact, when returning the truck I also noticed that the u-haul office was never occupied today, although it was advertised as being open from 10 am until 4 pm. In any case, after waiting for an hr on the phone and being passed from representative to representative, the problem was eventually resolved, although not to my full satisfaction. I'm still expecting to be double-charged on my credit card - I'll keep a close eye on that. Ultimately, it took 3 trips to complete what should have been done in one because I was given the keys to the wrong truck. Absolutely abysmal organization and customer service forced me to settle for the smaller truck. I'd be hesitant renting a truck from Uhaul going forward.Greg R.

As others have said, the road to get the U-haul can be bumpy but it's manageable. Not sure of his name but the gentleman I spoke to was very nice and helpful. The truck that I was originally suppose to rent wasn't returned on time. He was very accommodating and helped me get what I needed, even with this happening.Kyle B.
Ahead of a large snowstorm, the vehicles tires were worn well past safety specs. We had to contact U-Haul to have the tires replaced. UHaul was very quick to handle the issue though.Jon G.

Overall, my experience was pretty good. The person who helped me on the front end was great and very personable. On the back end when returning the trailer, there was an equipment drop off area, so I had to unhook the trailer myself, which was not a huge deal, and then the person who was on duty when I checked out was a little grumpy. Maybe he was having a bad day- didn't seem too friendly. Thusly, above average but not excellent rating.Steve W.
