Anna ZYour app did not work well, very slow to load and use. Only 2 bar of service. When there the person would not physically do the rental, required me to use app. Upon check in after hours had to leave a message because of app and connection speed. Would use U-Haul again but different location.
GREGORY PConvenient location and self service key pick up/drop off system. Dropped off our truck at night and there was plenty of space to park the truck, just wish there was a bit more lighting.
