Check out process was difficult and not straight forward. Took over an hour. Personnel at location had no idea and were rude.

The app shut me out before giving me a code. I had to call a person at UHaul to get help. The process took 30 min. With the code I had trouble opening the lock because it did not move without force. I had ordered a hand truck and blankets but they were not in the truck.
Ann DStaff at gas station was incredibly rude and not helpful whatsoever. Staff on the phone were great and walked me through process.
Carlos MI chose appliance trolley but it wasn't there and no one was there to attend. Chevron guy said he doesn't know anything about u-haul stuff.

Peter AThe location was convenient, but the clerk at this location really wasn't very helpful and didn't seem to know what to do. Fortunately we were able to finish the return, but it had me doubting until I saw the final receipts come through.
Christopher RCheck in didn't work. App is completely useless. I had to call support and they had to redo something. Then I had to jump through a bunch of hoops verifying my identity including giving them someone's name and number for them to call while I stood in the gas station parking lot for half an hour. Dolly I paid for wasn't in the truck. Fortunately they did refund me the $7 for that.
Travis FUnable to pick up truck without at 30+ minute phone call to support. App did not working. Person working at the gas station couldn't help either. Did not have the moving pads that I paid for. Literally could not have gone worse.

Mezhgan KI was never told my location change was a mobile check in. I was stuck in 19 degree weather doing the whole check in which took 20 minutes in the cold. I reached out by chat and a rep Fiona was extremely rude saying she would "speak slower since I was not understanding". She was extremely condescending and rude. She made me want to cancel on the spot. She's the reason I will probably hesitate to use Uhaul in the future.
James RWorst experience I have ever had with Uhaul. Terrible. It took me over 1 hour to get the vehicle. I reserved a truck at a location 5 minutes away, then was notified the night before pick up that the new location was 45 minutes away. When I arrived to pick up I found out it was moved to mobile pickup, but the reservation was not converted from an in-person to mobile and I was locked out of the self checkout process. I had to talk with 4 care agents to resolve.

OLAWOLE GI made a reservation of a truck and 2 furniture dollys. The dollys were not there.
