Check out process was difficult and not straight forward. Took over an hour. Personnel at location had no idea and were rude.

The app shut me out before giving me a code. I had to call a person at UHaul to get help. The process took 30 min. With the code I had trouble opening the lock because it did not move without force. I had ordered a hand truck and blankets but they were not in the truck.
Ann DStaff at gas station was incredibly rude and not helpful whatsoever. Staff on the phone were great and walked me through process.
Carlos MI chose appliance trolley but it wasn’t there and no one was there to attend. Chevron guy said he doesn’t know anything about u-haul stuff.
