I didn't receive my hand truck or dolly. When I reached out they said i'd be refunded and I asked if i could pick it up the next day and they said yes to just go back to the location and they'd make a note. I went back and the guy had no idea what i was talking about and told me I could look in the other truck to see if either item was available in it. I reached out again and was told i'd be refunded after they inspected the truck after i returned it. I have yet to be refunded still. I had to extend the truck a day too since I didn't have the proper equipment and was double charged for the equipment I never received.

Vivekanand Rmuch better than the re-location first assigned which was many miles further away. I didn't appreciate being moved from Redmond/Kirkland up to shoreline for a morning pickup on a weekday. But at least Woodville kept me out of most traffic.
