During check in, we were supposed to take photos of the truck. The website/app wouldn't allow us to upload photos. We tried multiple times without success. So we just took photos of the truck with our phones separately in case we needed them and drove off!

I had a lot of issues with the online check in which it is the only option at this location. Perhaps some advance notice of what to expect from online only check in. Had trouble uploading my driver’s license picture with no help or response from “chat with an agent.” I then had issues operating the lock box. Took 5 tries as lock was difficult to operate.
Robert LI didn’t receive my hand truck or dolly. When I reached out they said i’d be refunded and I asked if i could pick it up the next day and they said yes to just go back to the location and they’d make a note. I went back and the guy had no idea what i was talking about and told me I could look in the other truck to see if either item was available in it. I reached out again and was told i’d be refunded after they inspected the truck after i returned it. I have yet to be refunded still. I had to extend the truck a day too since I didn’t have the proper equipment and was double charged for the equipment I never received.
