Availability of 6x12 was lacking
STEWART GGave me an estimate sheet and then when I returned my trailer 5 hours later I was charged additional $20 because they were closed. I was not advised of the additional charge however I did find it on the contract in small print. I reached out to UHaul who advised me I needed to try to work it out with the dealer. I believe UHaul should have found a solution rather than throwing it back on me. If I had been advised I would have found a loan dealer who was open until 5pm on Saturday. Have been a long time UHaul customer .... very disappointed.
MICHAEL DI was a little confused about the 24/7 drop-off and had to call. I didn't realize that my location on my phone had to be in the exact place at the exact time of my after hours pickup reservation. However, it was quickly cleared up with phone call and my rental went smoothly.
Ryan CThe U Haul system was down when I arrived but I was able to get the trailer. I noticed on my receipt that I was charged for insurance which I did not authorize or ask for. I would like a refund for the insurance as it was added without my peemission.

Then was told courtesy tow Lexington ky and told my responsibility to return it back to Ohio location. So paid 400 to make round trip to lexington n back and borrow truck. Then rented trailer before my arrival. Now I'm getting charged addt day plus 4 days already paid. I need a supervisor to call and resolve the matter. Merci

MARCIA TStick by your quoted prices. I have been overcharged ~$87 and no credit has been issued. I was quoted $135 at reservation then quoted $135 at pick up. But was charged $222 After I dropped off my rented equipment, on time per the contract. I have attempted to get this resolved with U-Haul corporate to no result. I was also told by the local rental agency/pickup location that they would get this resolved, nothing has happened.
Jeffrey LThe individual at this at the Deer Park location exhibited rude, unreasonable behavior. when I returned the truck to a different location this individual, irrationally reported the vehicle as stolen to the police. Due to this negative experience, I will not return to this location and I would strongly advise against going to this location.

ALBERT AThe customer service was terrible! There was one worker and he wasn't able to help me when I arrived so I received my truck later then the time I reserved, he asked me to provide information that I had already provided online which to my understanding doing the online check in helps speed up the service. He failed to provide information about the reservation but shared personal information, he over charged me when I returned the truck and wasn't knowledgeable about the policy and charges and when I asked he stated "you'll have to get the information online" unfortunately all he was concerned about was getting paid. I'll never use that location again.
Christine PThis was a contactless drop off and I didn't need to interact with anyone; the store was actually closed when I arrived. But the location was well marked and it was easy to return the truck.
John MConversations with the location had me feeling very positive. He even called the day before to confirm my rental. Truck was exceptionally clean and had no mechanical problems. After returning the truck however, I received a notice that I had been charged for three days instead of one. With U-Haul I can always count on something going wrong. This at least didn't disrupt my moving day.
James MWhen we returned the truck to the location I had selected, the man working there said I was not on his manifest and that I might need to go somewhere else to return the truck. Or, if I left it there, I would be charged an additional $200!!! He phoned the transportation group and turns out, I wasn't on any manifest for delivery!! At first they couldn't find me, then they had to enter me into the computer so I could drop the truck. The man who was working there seemed put out that we interrupted his TV watching rather than trying to help me. Once transportation had the drop location entered, he still wanted/told us where to park the truck after he moved what I am only guessing was his own vehicle. Given the problem with the drop-off already, I felt like he should have just inspected the truck, took the keys, and then moved it after we left.

Gary WThe self pick up is apparently very difficult to do and took a phone call to complete ! Wasn't happy about it but overall only took 15 mins to complete. The truck did have a check engine light on when I picked it up and this was not a great feeling knowing I had to drive over 100 miles on the highway !! I know trucks run fine with the engine lights on but still not a reassuring thing to see as soon as you start your journey . Over all the truck ran great and the location was awesome
Jennifer BLocation was closed an mobile drop off option wasn't working well. This required sending in pictures of the gas and mileage to U-Haul corporate. Then the drop location tried to hit me up for a $25 cleaning fee because they found a chip bag under one of the seats. Everything else was spotless. This fee was reversed after a 15 minute phone call to corporate (the 2nd), but it was a nuisance nonetheless.

Shane Cthis place does not exist???... it's a parking lot and what seems to be an abandoned building... no one there. and I ended up with an extra charge that wasn't on the receipt.... I had to contact them for it- and then they added an additional charge for 10 gallons gas
Siying SHard to locate due to lack of signage for the business. Had to hook trailer up myself with no help. Also a hard location to enter and exit with a trailer.
ADAM MGot called before appointment time with a frustrated person that he was waiting up on me. Decided to do online check in and it took 20+ minutes to verify my information. uhaul page requires all these pictures while I am alone in the dark in a not well lit area. Felt unsafe.
Brian FThe location was fine. The equipment was fine. I have always used Uhaul when moving for the last thirty years. But this experience was very, very disappointing. The people at the site were having staffing issues. So they called me and left me a message telling me that I needed to use the online sign-in portal. You are asking for things that are far beyond the scope of what is necessary to do this task with your application process. When as a 51 year old who has spent thousands of dollars with you through the decades. Without ever having a claim or issue. To have to ask my mother and a sister to be character references is crazy. You have my drivers license, my credit card, tracking of my phone and your vehicle. It is that or have you call my employer in terms of required information. Come on. Too far. Someone got confused when calling my sister to vouch for me. Instead they thought she was someone else. So they called out of the blue (I was talking to the rep and hadn't had time to tell her that she would get a call yet) and told her that she had vouched for a Uhaul rental which hadn't been returned and she was now liable. She thought someone was trying to engage in identity theft. I had issues with keys. Which led to another set of issues. Bottom line is that after many years of using your trucks happily whenever I needed them. To the extent that have not shopped other vendors. I will be forced to start looking around at other choices.
Andrew MWe originally had our equipment pick up scheduled with another location, but due to the other location not having our truck size available, we go switched to this location. While the owner of this location was initially helpful, he became impossible to get a hold of once the tow dolly was hooked up to the truck as he had disappeared right after that (he was no longer in the building before we even left the parking lot). We had tried to contact him a few hours later to inform him we were returning the dolly but there was no answer. We left him a message uhaul. He still was no where to be found when the dolly was returned. We tried multiple times the next day to get a hold of him, but no luck. Even after contacting uhaul representatives, they couldn't get a hold of him either (multiple people through uhaul tried). I would not recommend this site to anyone choosing uhaul due to lack of communication from the owner
Paul ZUpon arriving during business hours, there was a sign on the door " Closed family emergency" The U-Haul 800 # was listed on the hand written sign. I called the 800 # and they were very helpful.

David BGood thing I was able to drop off trailer using my app. No personnel were at the location and I was unable to leave a message on the recorder. There was another customer waiting for the store to open. Around noon time he was told the previous day is when it would be open.

JUSTIN GI went after hours. The facility does not have the name of the business listed anywhere. Not well-lit. Felt creepy. You only know it's there because you can find the address, and you see UHaul trucks parked. There was no staff since it was closed. The good part was that I could turn in my key, and the location sent me a email receipt which was accurate, so that's good.

Casper PRep told me it was ok too return at My Milford location and did not change contract to reflect changes, upon return Milford rep did not check in the trailer as I was told at that time and trailer was considered missing. Multiple conversations with reps and trips to Milford location was shown on video me returning trailer with in my 24 hr. Time frame. And was changed $312. For a one day use. I am very dissatisfied with this transaction and feel misled and lied to by the representative at rental. I reserved the trailer at Milford location for a Friday pick up and was told good to go, but received email next day to pick up at BlueAsh location instead. Due to time I indicated to rep I needed to return at Milford and I was told no problem I will make it good. I was never told I would be so up charged for all the inconvenience this rental has caused!
MICHAEL HWhomever was responsible for intake on my returned rental mis-recorded the fuel, which resulted in a charge for 2 gallons of gas. I returned it with the gas gauge SIGNIFICANTLY OVER the mark at which I picked it up. Either something else at the location used the truck, or they didn't properly record the gas gauge marker. The only other explanation is that this is a normal scam that UHaul runs to generate additional revenue, but such a thing would be fraud.
BRYAN CThe area had poor signage on where to return and there was no location on Google to find the building. The address given worked just fine, but I could not find the store hours, phone number to call them, etc. The gentleman who showed up when I was dropping off though was extremely helpful.
Kevin WThis was by far the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with U haul. The pick up location and drop off location were both completely fine, friendly, and always helpful, but the experience having to deal with the U-Haul system was horrible! It took me over one hour 10 minutes to get the system to work to allow me to move on with the truck. It was because of a heavy user load in the system on U haul's end not being capable of dealing with it. I finally was able to get a representative on the phone, to which she questioned my phone service (which was fine and other web pages worked perfectly) then after going through things with her and having to wait at times because her system was slow and experiencing problems as well. In short I spent over an hour waiting in a parking lot because a u haul service end problem, and it ended up costing me additional money and taking a completely unreasonable amount of time. Not like any other I haul experience before.

JAMES RStaff were very friendly and helpful, but didn't fix an issue we had with the truck. The actual mileage of the truck was different than what UHaul had documented online (8 700 range for actual mileage vs 27 000 range for listed mileage online - we think maybe they gave us the wrong truck?). As we were checking in with staff, we were unable to change the mileage number to reflect the actual mileage of the truck. The staff member we worked with said "it's okay, I'll have them fix it." Alas, when we came to return the truck (on a Sunday, had to do it online as this location is closed on weekends and no staff were present), we entered the final mileage of the truck only to receive an error message from the website. I spent at least 20-30 mins on hold for a customer service representative before the very friendly lady that answered the phone effortlessly fixed the issue for us as she had the before and after pictures of the dash. The staff at this location should have made that call for us when we picked up the truck as that is their job, not mine. We had just moved the day before and were exhausted, had our dog with us, and had to stand around the parking lot for what seemed like forever trying to make sure we had everything sorted out before we locked the truck and put the key in the drop box. It was very frustrating.
KATIE SThe gentleman who assisted me in A) my rental agreement B) attaching the trailer to my truck and C) helping me back in and detaching the trailer from my truck, was an absolute hero. This was my first trailer rental with my new truck and I couldn't have done it without him. I cant remember the mans name but he signed my contract with kk030161 and he was my champion! 2nd to None Auto Detail in Blue Ash, was the location. Thank you! Nick
Nicholas BThe uhaul truck needed serviced or an alignment, at interstate speeds the steering was not tight, it felt wobbly and didn’t drive well.
Zackary HDropoff went fine, could have used more parking or clearly marked truck parking locations but was easy to find and use.
