I reservered a car trailer to take a car from Cincinnati to Pittsburgh Pa. After going to 2Uhaul dealers that didn’t have a trailer I was sent to 2nd to none detailing to pick up a trailer. After waiting for an hour and a half an employee came out and told us to take the trailer, with no paperwork. After arriving at the drop off location I was approached by a male employee who said that he had no idea that the trailer was supposed to be dropped off there! He than began screaming at me and saying that I would have to pay a destination fee. The woman that was working there was very nice and apologized for her coworkers attitude. I would never recommend anyone to that facility! The whole experience with UHAUL was non professional. It was very unorganized!! Moving made easier was not the case. It was not a good experience. I have been renting UHauls for business purposes consistently, and this was the worst yet. No records of rental, incorrect turn in time entered by the location. Charged employee for rental when it was suppose to be charged to a national fleet account. Very very poor.

I drive from Dayton, Ohio to Cincinnati Ohio to pick up furniture and they told me when I got to Cincinnati they cancelled my reservation. No one called or contacted me to let me know it was cancelled. I have 2 small children. Then they sent me 15 more minutes out the way to another Uhaul location I waited on the phone for 2 hours I was suppose to pick up my Truck at 8p and didn't get it until 945p they only offered $50 off all of that.

Tank not filled. Was supposed to meet person for truck at specific time, he was 25 minutes late. Was given a larger truck that I did not need. Ended up putting 25 gallons of gas to drive 201 miles

All’s well that ends well. Location isn’t a “traditional” storefront and doesn’t keep regular hours - it’s a side hustle for the auto detailing business. BUT, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIFIC! I had to change PU time and it was easily accommodated. All good by me-thanks

There were problems using my mobile uhaul app. It was rectified by a phone call, but it added about 10 or 15 minutes to the process.
