It was well maintained except: The latch mechanism on the door would not close properly and the key didn't seem to fit the lock. This caused the door to open as I was driving. I had someone follow me so I was able to readjust as needed. I had my stuff tied down and there wasn't much so, there were no issues. I was very cold and maybe that made the metal parts not want to fit together but you should have the location check this. I want to make you aware so they don't try to charge me for this issue. This was my first time renting from Uhaul. Other than that it was a pretty smooth experience. Although a bit of a pain on a cold night wanting to quickly get the key and get the heat turned on. Thanks.
justin mWhen booking the return of the truck to the return location I was not made aware that it would be closed. So I was surprised when I arrived that no one was there. I called UHaul and someone helped me through how to lock it up and put keys in lock box.
