The staff thought that we were someone else that was returning the truck late and instead of asking who we are they came out saying we F'd up there schedule because we were returning the truck late but we were almost 30 minutes early. Customer service was nonexistent!Stephanie B.

My truck was not there on time. I had to wait until the next day to get a truck. This cost me money because I had to pay my helpers for showing up. The truck back roll up door was very hard to open and close and the passenger side had no blind spot mirror so changing lanes was scary dangerous.RAYMOND J.

I was charged a cleaning fee for a truck that was dirty when I picked it up. I took pictures of the cab that had mud and dirt all over, I documented this via the U-Haul condition process. Additionally, I was charged 40 $for 2 missing furniture pads. I ultimately never used the pads, therefore if 2 were missing then it was from the location not supplying them. I have used U-Haul for many years in the past and have never experienced a situation like this. This location is dishonest and takes advantage of customers.Daniel P.

I scheduled to pick-up a truck at 7am. After over an hour on the phone I finally got an answer. Uhual made a mistake and never notified me that my rental wouldn't be available. I couldn't pick up the truck until almost 10am. You also charged me for a 20' truck when I requested a 17' this 10 $still hasn't been returned to me.JOSEPH R.

I selected the online check in process and while I could do nearly all online. This place made you come inside and wait for someone to help you with to receive the key. They have the lock boxes outside, they just went using them. It was a frustrating experience being that I had to wait for a vacuum service tech to finish with his customers prior to being handed a key (literally just needed the key, the rest of the pricees was completed online).ISAAC D.

The U-Haul 24/7 app does not work at all. I Was on hold and talking to U-Haul customer service for over four hours to pick up vehicle and drop off due. In addition the vehicle engine oil was at 0 %, and did not drive well. We did not feel comfortable renting this truck, so returned it a day early. The registered vehicle mileage was not consistent and presented more challenges. this was a horrific experience and absolute waste of time.John C.

I was charged for half a tank of gas because the initial gas level was incorrectly recorded. I took pictures of the gas level through the app upon receiving the vehicle but somehow that didn't get recorded. I only drove 8 miles total and refilled a gallon and a half of gas which more than covered what I used. In addition to that I was charged for an after hours return fee when I personally handed the keys to the representative at the store. When I've used uhaul in the past they would record everything while I am still at the store but the representative told me I was good to go as soon as I gave him the keys. I guess that's my mistake for trusting he would take care of everything.Adam N.
They added a couple of charges to my bill: I rented a pickup for 2 hours, had it 1 1/2. Added the 10 $insurance and did not make any purchases Was billed 20 $"After Hours Service Charge" and 5 $Sales Item. When I called them to inquire I was told that U-Haul does the billing charges and they have nothing to do with it. I had to call U-Haul Customer service where a very nice woman helped me. She actually told me that it was the location that put those charges on there, NOT U-HAUL and she had to call the manager, who told her The woman, who was very nice, had to call the location and speak to the manager who told her that the after hours charge was for parking the vehicle in the wrong spot. First of all we parked it where the sign said "Drop off rental vehicles here". 2ndly we told them we parked it there. 3rdly no one ever said there was a 20 $charge if you happen to leave the vehicle where the sign told you to leave it. I was, in the end, sent a receipt for the full 25 $refund but I would not recommend anyone go to these people unless you have time to waste on the phone (50 minutes it took me while I was supposed to be working) and if you don't mind doing business with dishonest people.MARY C.

If I order a truck and a dolly, and the dolly isn't there, it's my responsibility to go to another U-Haul location? I have rented at this location twice, both times terrible.
