The store location was closed all day (hours for that day were to be 10:00AM to 4:00PM). I wasn't able to use the AP to return the truck. The process is still unresolved. The store needs to be better staffed to accommodate UHAUL customers.DAVID R.

Very rude. Told me I should have done everything online after I had to wait because no one was watching the desk. Everyone was in the back too busy. He complained that I had made my reservation for 830am when my paperwork clearly said 1030am. This place is inside a vacuum repair center. So unprofessional. Didn't have any supplies. No dolly, only one size of boxes. I had to go to another uhaul to get everything I needed. Employee did not explain any of the details, and then told someone else to help me so he could help others. I had ordered a furniture dolly, an upright dolly, and moving pads. I only received an upright dolly. It made moving much more difficult. The phone check in was less than efficient than previous check ins.Alexandria S.
Please ensure that equipment that is rented/reserved is actually available, and that the location of pickup is not changed without your customer's knowledge. Unrelated to this location, I had reserved the trailer and appliance dolly to be picked up in Greenwood Village, CO at the Mailboxes plus location, However upon checking my reservation the night before (10pm) as I had not received a confirmation call, my reservation had been changed to pickup in Montrose, CO, which is 217 miles from my home and nearly 260 miles from where I was to originally pick up. I did not receive notice of this change, nor a confirmation call as was promised the day before pickup. I quickly had to call UHaul the day of the pickup to see if an available trailer could be located at a reasonable location. Upon arrival to the newly reserved location, the site did not have an appliance dolly -12 $ and we were only able to get a utility dolly -7 $ but no credit for the difference, although minor, was offered. The employee who helped us seemed annoyed. Very unsatisfied.Jason R.

We have an extra charge from this rental. The place we picked up to one place to move to other place is only within a mile so the amount of gas was wrong marked that I notuced.. because without no check up with out a paper work and looked at the meter was wrong marked. So the total miles we used should indicate the the gas was not correct amount marked. This was a random mark from the place where we picked up the rental. And there customer services is very poor.. The gentleman that helped me did a terrible job and charged me a 25 dollar fee for something that I did not do. He also was very slow and took 30 mins to check out the vehicle after I had already checked in and input my info days prior. It was a horrible experience and I don't think I'll go there again or use u haul again.Cindy L.
My vehicle had 2 tires blown out in 2 days while just driving the city. The vehicle was not safe to drive. When the second tire popped on the second day the roadside assistance had to go buy another lugnut because the one on the tire was so badly stripped the tire only had 5 lug nuts and not 6. Resulting in a unsafe vehicle. The customer service was awful. I called and the guy made a point that he's never heard of two tires exploding on a vehicle so there for he gave me a number to management and didn't fix the issue. Never discounted it for having to wait hour of my time for a roadside assistance person nor did he ever even make it a point to have me in a safe vehicle.Hannah C.

My truck was not there on time. I had to wait until the next day to get a truck. This cost me money because I had to pay my helpers for showing up. I was charged a cleaning fee for a truck that was dirty when I picked it up. I took pictures of the cab that had mud and dirt all over, I documented this via the U-Haul condition process. Additionally, I was charged 40 $for 2 missing furniture pads. I ultimately never used the pads, therefore if 2 were missing then it was from the location not supplying them. I have used U-Haul for many years in the past and have never experienced a situation like this. This location is dishonest and takes advantage of customers.Daniel P.

I selected the online check in process and while I could do nearly all online. This place made you come inside and wait for someone to help you with to receive the key. They have the lock boxes outside, they just went using them. It was a frustrating experience being that I had to wait for a vacuum service tech to finish with his customers prior to being handed a key (literally just needed the key, the rest of the pricees was completed online).ISAAC D.

The U-Haul 24/7 app does not work at all. I Was on hold and talking to U-Haul customer service for over four hours to pick up vehicle and drop off due. In addition the vehicle engine oil was at 0 %, and did not drive well. We did not feel comfortable renting this truck, so returned it a day early. The registered vehicle mileage was not consistent and presented more challenges. this was a horrific experience and absolute waste of time.John C.

I was charged for half a tank of gas because the initial gas level was incorrectly recorded. I took pictures of the gas level through the app upon receiving the vehicle but somehow that didn't get recorded. I only drove 8 miles total and refilled a gallon and a half of gas which more than covered what I used. In addition to that I was charged for an after hours return fee when I personally handed the keys to the representative at the store. When I've used uhaul in the past they would record everything while I am still at the store but the representative told me I was good to go as soon as I gave him the keys. I guess that's my mistake for trusting he would take care of everything.Adam N.
They added a couple of charges to my bill: I rented a pickup for 2 hours, had it 1 1/2. Added the 10 $insurance and did not make any purchases Was billed 20 $"After Hours Service Charge" and 5 $Sales Item. When I called them to inquire I was told that U-Haul does the billing charges and they have nothing to do with it. I had to call U-Haul Customer service where a very nice woman helped me. She actually told me that it was the location that put those charges on there, NOT U-HAUL and she had to call the manager, who told her The woman, who was very nice, had to call the location and speak to the manager who told her that the after hours charge was for parking the vehicle in the wrong spot. First of all we parked it where the sign said "Drop off rental vehicles here". 2ndly we told them we parked it there. 3rdly no one ever said there was a 20 $charge if you happen to leave the vehicle where the sign told you to leave it. I was, in the end, sent a receipt for the full 25 $refund but I would not recommend anyone go to these people unless you have time to waste on the phone (50 minutes it took me while I was supposed to be working) and if you don't mind doing business with dishonest people.MARY C.
