Gas was at a quarter tank not half like it was suppose to be. Mirror was taped on, truck was pretty rough and forts didn't close all the way. The online check in wasn't working, truck didn't have furniture dollys or mats, after paying the deposit ended up trying to charge me an additional 160 or something ( even tho we used less miles then what was quoted! )

This whole moving experience was terrible! From the movers not showing up to the trunk not being at the location I requested . In all my years of moving and using U-haul I have never experienced such disorganization, lack of customer service and charges that were unwarranted. Absolutely terrible!!!!!

Hours for pick up and drop off are too limited. The uhaul.com/share app to drop off the truck kicked me out 5 times. I spent an hour trying to fulfill all the requirements such as uploading pictures etc. Each time I'd get nearly to the end and get kicked out. Big hassle

I contacted two different individuals regarding an issue that had happened. I had the key in the ignition with the door unknowingly already locked. When I went to take a picture of the haul for the inventory close-out the wind blew the door shut with it locked and key inside. I called and spoke to two individuals, both female, explaining to them what had happened. One of them assured me they would send roadside by to retrieve the key (no one ever showed or contacted me), and the other later on informed me that the return on the truck was complete and I was in the clear. I was then advised that I would be charged extra due to leaving the key in, when I attempted to remedy the issue as well as was informed the issued was taken care of.

I had to buy a trailer plug adapter and was charged $20 for it when the UHaul website has the same one for $10. None of the products they sell in the store have a price on it, so they just make it up as they go. When I got to the location to tow my car I found out one of the straps to secure the tires was broken, making it unsafe to use. This location clearly does not do a safety check on their equipment when it's returned. When I returned the trailer I told him about the broken strap and was offered no compensation and he did not even go outside to inspect it. I was told I would receive a return confirmation shortly but didn't. A few hours later I was contacted by uhaul asking me why I haven't returned the trailer and I explained to them the situation. The people I talked to from UHaul were great but I'm still upset I was charged for faulty equipment. I Will not use this location again and UHaul should really look into more than vacuums because they are giving their company a bad rap.

The whole experience was negative. The problem wasn't with the store, the problem was with the online check in system and the verification process that took forever. I won't be using Uhaul again or recommending it to any friends or family

In order to get the UHall you have to do everything by your phone. When I called customer service I kept being put on hold x4. Your customer service sucks!! It wasn't until Victor showed up that things finally got settled. This put me 3 hours behind schedule.

The store location was closed all day (hours for that day were to be 10:00AM to 4:00PM). I wasn't able to use the AP to return the truck. The process is still unresolved. The store needs to be better staffed to accommodate UHAUL customers.

Very rude. Told me I should have done everything online after I had to wait because no one was watching the desk. Everyone was in the back too busy. He complained that I had made my reservation for 830am when my paperwork clearly said 1030am. This place is inside a vacuum repair center. So unprofessional. Didn't have any supplies. No dolly, only one size of boxes. I had to go to another uhaul to get everything I needed. Employee did not explain any of the details, and then told someone else to help me so he could help others. Simply horrible. Never again and will never recommend.

I had ordered a furniture dolly, an upright dolly, and moving pads. I only received an upright dolly. It made moving much more difficult. The phone check in was less than efficient than previous check ins.

Please ensure that equipment that is rented/reserved is actually available, and that the location of pickup is not changed without your customer's knowledge. Unrelated to this location, I had reserved the trailer and appliance dolly to be picked up in Greenwood Village, CO at the Mailboxes plus location, However upon checking my reservation the night before (10pm) as I had not received a confirmation call, my reservation had been changed to pickup in Montrose, CO, which is 217 miles from my home and nearly 260 miles from where I was to originally pick up. I did not receive notice of this change, nor a confirmation call as was promised the day before pickup. I quickly had to call UHaul the day of the pickup to see if an available trailer could be located at a reasonable location. Upon arrival to the newly reserved location, the site did not have an appliance dolly ($12) and we were only able to get a utility dolly ($7) but no credit for the difference, although minor, was offered. The employee who helped us seemed annoyed. Very unsatisfied.

The rep was talking to the other employees instead of focusing on my rental. It was very frustrating because we had a 500 mile trip ahead of us and we were in a hurry. I was always taught that your attention should be on the customer in front of you not the co-workers hanging out around.

There was like shite pet hair on the seats, mainly the passenger seat and on the floor of the front of the van. Apart from that, we appreciate the service of the van and would use it again if needs be.

We have an extra charge from this rental. The place we picked up to one place to move to other place is only within a mile so the amount of gas was wrong marked that I notuced.. because without no check up with out a paper work and looked at the meter was wrong marked. So the total miles we used should indicate the the gas was not correct amount marked. This was a random mark from the place where we picked up the rental. And there customer services is very poor.. I will never rent in that place. The worker has a bad attitude when I dropped off the rental.

Person could careless about renting uhaul equipment and could careless about customers. Total snake and did even ever help us with the equipment, just threw paperwork in our face and said he'd meet us outside to help but after waiting almost 2 hours no service. Complete garbage, should not be a rep for uhaul!

The gentleman that helped me did a terrible job and charged me a 25 dollar fee for something that I did not do. He also was very slow and took 30 mins to check out the vehicle after I had already checked in and input my info days prior. It was a horrible experience and I don't think I'll go there again or use u haul again.

My vehicle had 2 tires blown out in 2 days while just driving the city. The vehicle was not safe to drive. When the second tire popped on the second day the roadside assistance had to go buy another lugnut because the one on the tire was so badly stripped the tire only had 5 lug nuts and not 6. Resulting in a unsafe vehicle. The customer service was awful. I called and the guy made a point that he's never heard of two tires exploding on a vehicle so there for he gave me a number to management and didn't fix the issue. Never discounted it for having to wait hour of my time for a roadside assistance person nor did he ever even make it a point to have me in a safe vehicle.
