Very courteous and accommodating. Easy in and out. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a truck or a storage unit . the facility was very clean and well kept, which goes a long ways with me.

Truck I rented was clean but smelled like it was used to carry houses. I also rented appliance trolley but when I checked out, I was given small utility trolley. And the location did not have appliance trolley. It was disappointed. Recommend to go bigger places with more options.

Customer service was excellent, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The cab of the truck had not been cleaned. There were snap on fingernails in cup holders, sand in the floor, and eye glasses in cup holder. The windshield was very dirty and covered with bug spatter; however, the customer service was superb, and that is why I would rent from them again.

Pros: The on-line reservation process was easy and efficient. The agent was helpful and the pick-up process was fast. Con: The truck cab was dirty- dashboard, console area, and floor had dirt and debris present.

They did not have the proper equipment for what I truly needed. The equipment they did have was clean. I would recommend to location but make sure they have what you really need.

We did report one light was out which they did not get to correct; however, the staff provided several services for us that were beyond the expectations. They were friendly and accessible at all times. We would definitely use them again when the need arises.

Great customer service at Nicks self storage. I have nothing bad to say about my experience. Truck was good. Not great mind you, but was in decent shape. I recommend this establishment for all your moving needs in the North Augusta SC area

I had to put appliance dolly in my Camry that had grass on it It was NOT cleaned by last user & I had to use it because it was the only one there.

The truck was badly worn. The front bumper was rubbing on the front tire. One headlight was out. It stalled five times. The fourth time it stalled on a busy four lane highway and it would not restart. We called for service. The man got it started. We drove it a few more miles and it stalled again on a very busy two lane highway. Uhaul sent a tow truck which towed us to our home where we were able to unload the truck. This is the first time that we have had problems with uhaul.

I had made the online reservation at a different location. I got there and no one was there. I called U-Haul, and you folks took care of me., My reservation was transferred to a nearby location. Vince at Nick's was terrific!! I can't say enough good things about Nick's and Vince. Very professional and well organized. Thanks

As you could tell the rats were very bad in my unit#14 when I first moved in there was a opening in the back top I asked several times to close up the opening but several months went by till this was taken care of the smell was so bad till I took out 3 dead rats till I could get the rest of my things out, I even mentioned this opening the day we took a walk through, my items I had in storage smells like dead rats and items torn and eaten holes in the item. Quality of the truck was awful. Check engine light and tire pressure light were on when received. Severe body damage to the exterior of the truck. Interior has cigarette burns and stains, smelled terribly of smoke.

We are out of state, hired moving companies and on more than one occasion they were unable to get into the gate to access the units. Was given incorrect code and told they are working on the gates. But I wasted $600 moving to not be able to get into the units and had to open a unit elsewhere do to the lack of communication available.

Checking in our Uhaul at our destination was perfect. My husband did it over the phone and took pictures for the person checking it in. Was really easy and they were pleased with how clean it was.

Customer service was friendly and courteous. The truck was not in good working order. After leaving the office, the weather changed and it begin to rain. During the drive to return the truck/equipment, it was discovered the windshield wipers did not work at all. The drive back was scary and unsafe. Compensation for this should have been granted. Looking at receipt it was not.

Turned vehicle in after hours on a weekend so I didn’t meet anyone working at this location.

During the year that I had my unit I never had any problem except for when the combination to the main gate was changed and I had to contact someone on the weekend. That was not a problem just an inconvenience.

For the past almost 10 yrs I couldn't ask for a better staff of individuals. Our relationship made us family we became a family Knicks Storage. I would recommend them to friends and others. Though I did not store my belongings there a long period of tile the representative was very helpful with his information due to my family and I are new to the town and when it was time to move out they were very accommodating.

Had a bad rat problem. Destroyed my bed and washing machine.

I placed some bedding high on top of a 5 tier shelf and placed shelf in middle of unit, a mouse still found its way to my stuff and made camp. The thing died in my bedding and all of the bedding was ruined including the down pillows. I ha:e rented outside storage 3 other times and did not have any rodent issues elsewhere. I have moved to indoor storage now.

I had no problems with making a reservation for a unit, however when I went to sign the paperwork for it, I was not told that the units located directly next door were not the units belonging to the office. It took two phone calls to get directions from the office to the storage units. Furthermore, when I called to report moving out of the unit, a note was made but I was not removed from the system and I received an invoice charging me for another month's rental.

Very happy with the staff, the price, the service and the facility. I only needed the storage unit for 2 months and the accessibility and convenience were exactly what I needed. Would absolutely recommend this to friends.

I was just kind of disappointed to find four huge rats in my belongings like you know in the unit and there was quite a bit of feces that I was kind of nervous about trying to clean it up just because of the health concerns and stuff so hopefully I didn’t get charged for any kind of cleanup fee or anything like that I mean other than that definitely was more than satisfied with me and now their service every time they were quite helpful when I called them paying our monthly payment and everything ha ha I had a good experience either other than the rats thank you very much

Great for the price. The turn into the drive is a little tight and there is a big pothole, but so far I have not brought in a big moving van, so all good.

By picking Nicks storage I was able to handle everything for my move in about 10 minutes all in one spot. I definitely will be recommending them to others as I have my sister already.

The size of the front entrance is smaller than the actual size of the inside. Hopefully the sofa fits thru the door. Would upgrade to a larger one.All in all an easy transaction.
