My auto transport was not available as stated in the original reservation with the 26 ft truck. I had to drive an additional 24 miles to pick up the auto transport in a separate location. When dropping off equipment, the original drop off location per the reservation was 1 mile away from my house however the location could not accommodate the 26 ft truck or auto transport. I had to drop them off in two different locations in opposite directions. The two different locations were 11 miles from each other. Upon dropping off the equipment in two separate areas I was charged additional fees for mileage and fuel. This is unacceptable U-haul.

MAGGIE LDropped off on Sunday. No problems. Did have a little trouble getting the key into the lock box. Had to twist the ring and force it in. I didn't want to break the plastic. For a while I thought I might have to take the ring off and put each through the slot separately. But it went finally.
