Rick B | Overall ExperienceAs you could tell the rats were very bad in my unit#14 when I first moved in there was a opening in the back top I asked several times to close up the opening but several months went by till this was taken care of the smell was so bad till I took out 3 dead rats till I could get the rest of my things out, I even mentioned this opening the day we took a walk through, my items I had in storage smells like dead rats and items torn and eaten holes in the item. Thank you
Margaret U | Overall ExperienceWe are out of state, hired moving companies and on more than one occasion they were unable to get into the gate to access the units. Was given incorrect code and told they are working on the gates. But I wasted $600 moving to not be able to get into the units and had to open a unit elsewhere do to the lack of communication available.
