No one was there, even though their hours stated they were open, the drop off process was annoying and stressful, the picture wouldn't upload

The app SUCKED and only 1 human was aval to help me when l was trying to check the truck out...which actuallly took an hour just to chk out due to how bad the app SUCKED l ended up finding the owner and another Uhaul supervisor from another store via a friend JUST to edit my time!! And NO ONE is aval after 9pm which FORCES you to keep it another day and then get ripped off by being charged OVER $200 WTH

Van was damaged to the point that the side door did not function, making it harder for us to load the vehicle. Also was pretty dirty inside. Seems insane that it costs $400 to rent a van so beat up it doesn't actually work. I would have liked to set up drivers when making my reservation rather than waiting until I was standing at U-Haul in the parking lot. We didn't account for that extra time and I would have liked to be more prepared for that so we could have gotten in the road faster that day.

My husband left his coat with valuables in them and they were able to locate them and get them back to us. I would definitely use this storage facility again and I highly recommend that you use them

If it wasn't for the gentleman behind the counter at TNT storage I would not have been able to complete my service and contract. The computer website kept looping me and did not refer me to go to the app online. There was misrepresenting information on the app as well we rented a cargo van primarily for the hitch. Once we completed the app the gentleman came back to give us more service because the van cargo van did not actually have a hitch. He was able to go inside make contact for us with U-Haul customer service and get our equipment switched to a truck with a hitch. There was an offer to rent a home Depot truck with a hitch for about 70 to $80 less however this gentleman made our experience great for the day meeting all of our needs. Sometimes if you extra dollars doesn't matter if you're being treated like a valuable customer and he certainly did this! I would recommend T and T storage U-Haul rentals in Cohoes to anyone!

Have equipment that isn't damaged. I rented a van and there was no handle on the side door. Very inconvenient and made thing difficult. Don't feel I should have been charged full price for a damaged, dirty vehicle. Called to speak with agent and was offered nothing but they should have never given you that vehicle.

The trucks were not cleaned off from ice. The truck itself was backed into a snow bank cause the gate to be locked shut and extremely difficult to open. During my four hour drive, once the ice started to melt, it started coming off of the top of the truck and almost hitting other vehicles behind me and coming forward causing issues with my view. I contacted the pickup location and was told uhaul probably wouldn't do much, but he could try. He didn't seem too worried about the safety of the people he is renting to.

Didn't really care for the cell phone check in procedures, rather have personnel present. The app was confusing due to pages having to much info on them, it was hard to follow. Thank goodness my son showed up, the younger generation has more of a handle on these kinds of procedures. I choose this location due to being in the middle of our move, that worked out well.

I would use this facility again it was convenient and they have several sizes of carts for transporting all your items. The staff was always available by phone and responsive. I do highly recommend T&T Storage

Tell the customer that the vehicle was wrecked so they know the door does not open correctly or close correctly at night driving the windows are nasty and hard to see

When I went to rent the unit they charged me $50 more than Haul had on web site.They blamed Haul for changing the prices on him. They told me it was secure. It is NOT SECURE at all!! They leave the large over head door open all the time, day and night. I never moved in because we were so scared to go there at night because the door was always open. When I went and told them this the man was RUDE and argued with me about it. He even told me they keep it open. I never moved in and they never refunded me any money. WHAT A SCAM!!!! they should not be affiliated with UHaul. I rented at another UHaul facility that is secure and pleasant to deal with. They should refund me my money!

Easy process. Could consider including pictures at locations for self pick up areas to make it easier to identify though. this place was east but other places haven't always been and it doesn't hurt

You can have a human being checking your customer in and out on return. I had to spend extra time I wasn't planning on taking pictures filling out forms trying to open a key box combination. It was terrible. I didn't get paid for my time and effort.

I paid extra for two dollies and they were not in my truck. There was nobody there to help so I had to rush to move without the two dollies I paid for and they are not giving my a refund for it even though I took photos of the truck with no dolly inside.

The app was confusing and can't losing internet access. It was a big inconvenience to me. Victoria the person who was helping over the chat message. Took for every to respond and was not very helpful. Very disappointed. Do better.

The truck was dirty in the interior and exterior. It started to rain and I could not properly clean the windshield with the wipers since it smeared dirt/dust all over it. The driver door also didn't shut properly so I had wind whistling by on my left while on the highway. The truck otherwise worked fine but it was not the best uhaul experience I've had by a long shot. The owner was nice and friendly though and answered my questions at the location when I had them. Local and good business from what I can see. He and his friend got me up and running, though, he was a few minutes late to my scheduled appointment time.

The self check-in gave me the wrong box/code to retrieve the key. Luckily a person was available to help me retrieve the key. Had no one been there I would have missed the move as time was a major factor.

This was my first time with mobile check in and I never got the text with instructions for accessing the key. I had to wait until office staff showed up, a good thirty minutes. I like the mobile check in, but tighten it up!

The uhaul was dirty inside, this is a pandemic it should be sanitary inside the gas was below the half of a tank mark... I was very unsatisfied with this experience ontop of not being credited the miles I was told I would be because I had to travel miles to another facility because the uhaul close to me didn't have a big enough truck

U-Haul wanted to charge me an extra fee for their fuck up. The guy fixed the problem, not at all impressed with U-Haul. Why don't you ask about U-Haul, they SUCK!!!

Originally I was sent to Green Island where the rep was not helpful at all. He looked up nothing in the computer and didn't check for where the available truck was. He just said "i don't know why they send anyone here you have to go to cohoes" I went to the one on ontario street and they had no trucks available in the size i had reserved. They found an available truck nearby at TNT where we ended up but still had to go to a separate lot to get the truck and clean the snow off of it. Phone call confirmation the day prior of the exact pick up location and that the truck reserved will be ready and available at said location.

I've rented many uhauls in my day... never had a problem. This time I was charged $300 for scuffs on the paint. It's insane. Never again.

The cargo van back was dirty and the seats had a lot of dog hair on them.

Billing was deceptive and confusing... It was not stipulated that $19,95 was a four hour rate nor was it explained that insurance coverage was for a four hour rate and that it would be billed twice in one day for a rate of $20/8 hours for a usurious rate of $1800/month... The billing turned a good experience to a terrible experience and I will warn any of my friends and associates to consider an alternative other than U-Haul, when renting a truck or van!

Please make sure an equipment is CLEAN before you rent out to a customer. I was very disgusted by how dirty a truck i rented was. There was a visible layer of dust all over on the surface of the dashboard, cigarette smell and very dirty floor mats. I picked up the truck regardless (out of desperation) via contactless service- mobile phone app because there was no one on site to immediately address my concerns. With a reputable company like U-haul, cleanliness should be top priority. Equipments should be cleaned and sanitized especially during these COVID days.

I picked this location because I thought they would be open and there would be someone there to help. Not true! There was a ring doorbell, and the location made it difficult to hear what the person on the other end was saying. The man was clearly put out by the interruption to his day, and could barely be bothered. The instructions were unclear and the van ended up costing me a lot more that I was expecting. This was not my first time renting from u-haul, but this was far from a pleasant experience.

Rang the buzzer, no response. Tried calling, no response. Had to find another unit last minute. Very hard to find as well, was running around Cohoes trying to locate the office.
