Tom at T&T was awesome!! The online booking system not so much. I booked a truck, was called the day before and told they didn't have my size available and my pick up location had to change. Gave me a larger truck for the same price only to show up on the day of and that truck not be available because they only leave a 30 min window from the time someone says they are returning to to when it can be rented again. Knowing this Tom made himself available to be there to meet me (on a Saturday afternoon) and ensure I received a truck. The truck I was booked for (by the online rep) was still not back before I left with the other truck, an hour after my scheduled pick up time. THANK YOU TOM for making an already stressful time much easier on me. I would DEFINETLY recommend T&T!

Worst experience. No one to help. Your app sucks. It took around 1 hour to pick up.
Vish RThe vehicle has a steering problem. Does not handle the highway. It rained and the cargo box leaks. My items got wet and all the boxes were wet on the bottle and fell through. I shouldn’t pay full price for this poorly maintained vehicle
