Sue M | Overall ExperienceWhen I went to rent the unit they charged me $50 more than Haul had on web site.They blamed Haul for changing the prices on him. They told me it was secure. It is NOT SECURE at all!! They leave the large over head door open all the time, day and night. I never moved in because we were so scared to go there at night because the door was always open. When I went and told them this the man was RUDE and argued with me about it. He even told me they keep it open. I never moved in and they never refunded me any money. WHAT A SCAM!!!! they should not be affiliated with UHaul. I rented at another UHaul facility that is secure and pleasant to deal with. They should refund me my money!
