I met four workers while there and all had super great personalities and were kind and helpful to deal with. Kudos to the hiring agent! Store was very clean and well organized, too.

CHRISTOPHER CThe trailer was filthy when I picked it up. There were numerous screws found, trash and caked on dirt and filth throughout. I rented this to move furniture so I had to take it home and thoroughly clean it before we could use it, which is not my typical experience with U-Haul. We also had to pick up the paid for accessories, such as dollies and blankets ourselves. The location in Farragut is much much better in all regards.
John HThe inside or the windshield in the pickup truck that I rented needs to be cleaned. The glare from oncoming headlights was very distracting. Otherwise, all OK.

Mike HWhile the location was fine, I got an 8x5 garage door trailer. It was not a good experience using it. I have rented from U-Haul for many years since we do a lot of craft/antique show. All the 8x5s were either swing door or ramp. They had good rails to be able to use bungee cords and straps to secure our belongings. The one I just rented had old wooden rails that did not allow for me to secure my belongings well. Because of this things shifted in transit and slid to the door. I had a very hard time getting it open. I wish that these were not available to rent. They are useless for my purpose and I was charged the same price as the nicer ones that were available. I will remember this the next time I rent to request a swing door or ramp.....
John GThere was a hole in the roof of the truck. It was raining and all boxes were wet and one king size mattress was soaked and a twin mattress was soaked. We reported this to the gentleman that was working at the time.

Sean HStaff was great, I walked in 15 minutes before closing and they had me in a truck 10 minutes later. Return with the app was straight forward. The location is laid out well with plenty of signs to direct you, it is also well lite. This is my go to location for rental trucks.
Scott GThe gentleman who processed my return rental was amazing. I don’t remember his name but I know he had dreads and some gray in his bread, but he was a delight to work with. He was kind and joked with me while processing my return. He helped out with folding up the blankets to return. Overall I really am only doing this survey so he can get some well deserved praise and recognition.
Trevor MLooks I was charged for fuel which was puzzling to me because I put it exactly back where it was when I picked it up. The other thing is you can't pay with cash 30 mins before closing because you have counted your drawer down. That was a little annoying as well. But other than that everything else was good.

NOTBEVERY PERSON WANTS TO DOWNLOAD APP!!WEBSITE DOESNT ALLOW YOU TO PUT IN ANITOTHER LOCATION TO RETIRN .I SPOKE TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE ABOUT RESERVATION CHANGINF TIME .GUESS PERSON LIED WHEN PERSON SAID CAN SEE IT ALL.I CONFIRMED !!! EXTREMLY DISAPPOINTED GIVE 00000

KATHLEEN HSince the fuel tank was not full when I picked up the truck, it was a guessing game to estimate the amount of fuel to replace. I took a picture of the dashboard upon pickup and the amount I replaced was exactly the gauge reading when I left the original location. I was charged for an additional 5 gallons of gas for $30.58.

Ian SHire better staff, neither the lady at the desk nor the gentleman checking equipment in seemed to like their jobs. The woman checking me in provided me with less than bare minimum information, I'm an unhappy camper and will try to avoid uhaul in the future.

APRIL AThe van was very new. Worked well for my application. The availability of a utility dolly for rent was a time saver. Staff was professional and friendly.

Steve BI was switched to this location. The truck was clean, but had an issue with the wipers running intermittently. They said it was an issue with wiring harness, but they could not fix? Said I could drive it and deal with the annoyance or they could try to find me another one way truck. When I came back in around 2 o’clock to pick up my car hauler. They had apparently leased it out. They did find me another car holder, and they did hook it up. However, the guy was smoking the entire time he was out there with me and he did not assist me in loading the car. They left me to do that by myself. Not the best service I’ve ever received. We have moved quite a few times and this was definitely not our best experience.
Jeff TI had a 430am pickup , I was not advised before hand that they would need to call a friend at 430 am to verify who you are… it did give a option to take a picture of my lease , but my lease is digital so only option it gave was take a picture of your lease which is impossible if your lease was signed online

NORRIS JI used the Uhaul App to rent from this location which I encourage just to protect yourself from having pay for someone else's mishap and it makes checking in a seemless process. I had some questions initially but had them answered at the counter..Someone was late with the size truck I was supposed to rent but they upgraded me for the same price which worked out well. I turned in my rental later than i expected but had no issues getting time extended. I will use this location again in the future. Respectfully,

Michael FI have used this location many times in the past The mgr made a derogatory statement about a political person I admired deeply i felt this was very disrespectful and inappropriate. In addition to this he shamed me on my Insurance company being old . Anyways I will not go back to this location ( West town) my friend suggested the Clinton hwy location provided exceptional customer service during her rental services.

KATHLEEN GTrailer bounced like a basketball even at slow speeds. Even though this trailer was designed for a 2" connection, Coupler to a 2" ball was extremely loose and continually causing jerking and unstable load on truck with loud noises as the coupling moved. Felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. I will not be renting another U-Haul Trailer again.
Cameron AI have rented from this location a number of times. They are always very helpful and the equipment is always clean and ready as needed. I recommend using this location to anyone needing equipment or moving supplies.
