Train the managers and employees to be responsive. get an automated call back system in place. i waited over 45 minutes to confirm reservation and items open at the store. i've used 2 uhaul stores in tennessee one in farragut and one at west end mall and its like night and day difference. the farragut store is responsive and more welcoming to working with customers. Train and improve the response of the employees at the west end mall store.Merlyn L.

Horrible service! Aaron at the counter was rude. I was roaming around outside looking for the truck and finally had to ask someone in the yard. You cancelled my order and sent me an email at the last minute to inform me. Had I note seen it I would have been screwed. Said there were 2 reservations but that was not true. Pushed me into a larger truck than needed which cost me more gas. There were two 15' trucks on-site but the manager said I could not have one. Told me the UHaul in Smithville was open until 5PM. Not true. When I got there they were closed. I managed to get help unhooking the trailer strictly by chance. I will try to avoid doing business with U-Haul after such a poor experience.Judith P.

Very nice and helpful employees. Truck was beat up inside but no big deal. Tire sensor said low on air and was reportedly broken. The main issue was no masks. Our mask mandate was just lifted but our area is very high risk still. I won't patronize any business that doesn't require their employees go west masks. A shame because the young men were really efficient and friendly.Juliana H.

First I keep reserving at the Farragut location and get sent miles away to this Kingston pike location. The Farragut branch has more that enough equipment. This is the second time this happened when renting two trucks in less than a month. This did cause me to go over on my allowed mileage on the truck. Then 7209 Kingston pike only had 1 yes 1 employee working the front desk on a Saturday!!! The poor guy was working so hard and taking care of every single customers needs but I had to wait over 40 minutes to pick up the car hauler. I would like to speak to someone about my experience, I have used U-Haul numerous times and I know they can do better.Joseph M.

While your system was down 4/18/21 I went to the Kingston pike location in Knoxville and spoke to the manager about making sure the return was completed. He seemed a bit reluctant about helping put my mind at ease. Other than that the truck was great and I don't have any other complaints. Wade just needs to work on his customer service skills.Akwasi B.
