Equipment is hit or miss. Staff was super friendly! The app won't take pictures on Apple iPhone. Frustrating!

The only real issue I found at this location is parking. There is no parking when you have to check in for the equipment you want to rent. Also, when U-Haul shows you other equipment to add to your rental, they don't explain the price that you see if for renting that equipment. Know that you're renting the additional equipment on top of your original rental.

Oh my. We got the truck for one day… we ended up do a 2 day adventure with it thanks to Veronica's team being quick with the extension. She always know how to treat you right. They had hot off the truck supplies ready to buy. They had a clean lot with all the trucks lined up like the "Rockettes" We are getting a truck almost everyday now. That's a lot of truck.

Nationwide IT issues upon arrival but the staff and Calvin handled the situation like PROs and were calm and courteous while under pressure. They were quick to get me in my truck and on the way once IT issues were resolved. Thank you for a great moving experience.

We appreciate the staff who were friendly and engaging with us. When we told him (I am terrible with names, but think it may have been Leon? Sorry if I'm getting that wrong), how much we were moving, he suggested that our original 4x8 idea may not have been a good one, so we upgraded to a 5x8. He was 100 % right, and it made a really busy moving time so much easier to not have to deal with the return/replacement.

Nobody charges mileage as soon as you roll off of the lot. And $.99 per mile is rediculous. Truckers don't get that kind of money. I feel like I was robbed. 15' truck for a day and a half-with insurance was $349 just insane. I'll never rent from UHaul again.

I was delayed 3 hours because of a E alert. I was on hold for 2 hours and finally was able to get ahold of that department. It took an hour for them to realize someone had used my information for a reservation. They told me I had 4 outstanding balances from unpaid U-Haul's. Interesting fact I've only used U-Haul twice. There's absolutely no way i possibly owe U-Haul anything. Basically management at the branch could not expedite the process. Also when the e alert was lifted I asked the manager if there was anything they could do for me after having to wait 3 hours. Not only me but client aswell. They had booked me for a move at 10am on may 31st. I did not arrive till 1:30pm. Putting a stain on my service and promptness. When I was finally able to get into the U-Haul the gas completely empty. Barely made it to the gas station. I believe after you put a customer through a stressful situation that I had no business dealing with. You should compensate some type of discount. That's what good businesses do if they have failed to provide adequate service.

The first truck I was assigned was not present on the property. The staff were very helpful in switching out my keys, but it was a delay in my schedule.

There was an employee who was rude. I called the number that was listed on Google for this location and asked if I could switch my reservation to pick up that night instead of the next morning and was told if I could make it by 7pm (closing time) then yes. I got there just before 7pm (2-3 minutes before) and the front door was locked. I saw customers inside so I waited a few minutes. Then I walked around the side because I saw them exiting there and spoke to the employee and explained my situation. She was visibly annoyed and said I should have been here before they closed and then brought me in. The whole time she was rude and kept making comments about how I should have been there early and should have called the number for their store directly. I tried to explain that I was there early but they locked their door early and that I called the number listed on Google so I wasn't sure how I was supposed to know what number to call, but she didn't really let me get a word in. There was another employee there (African American woman) who helped while the other went to get a truck and she was super friendly. The next day I came to return the truck and asked about the box program that I read on the website. The guys who accept truck returns didn't have any idea what I was talking about so I asked if it was ok for me to talk to the front desk. I walked in and the friendly employee was there again and she didn't know what program I was talking about at first but then I mentioned the name of it "Customer Connect" and she said oh yes and to bring it in. I asked her if I needed to break the boxes down and if it was ok that I had about 50 boxes and she was surprised but said yes. I went back and asked the guys if it'd be ok to drive the truck to the side of the store since there were so many and they said yes, they were all sweet as well and helped me take them off the truck and set them next to the side door. I went inside and the rude employee started talking about the boxes and asked "she dropped them there and left???" to which I responded across the store "I'm still here". I had to stay to finish my truck return. The rude employee was talking to the nice one while assisting customers and basically told her I needed to take them back. While waiting in line i asked the line of customers if anyone wanted the boxes and 2 people said yes. By the time it was my turn in line, there was no mention of taking the boxes back and the friendly employee took care of my truck return. Also, when I called to switch my reservation I also asked to go to a 15" truck instead of a 20", but I walked away with a 20". I didn't notice because of the stressful pick up experience.

High volume of returns and only 2 workers outside. They did good getting us out quickly but no immediate receipt was available. I did receive one that night via email I am happy.

You can improve by letting customers know about the vehicle they drive my Colorado needed a three way plug so that my brake lights would work, I had to watch a YouTube video of a Uhaul using the three way plug, your staff should be aware of that. Yvonne's customer service was outstanding!!

Honor a veterans discount. Corp website states UHaul offers discounts to veterans but did not have discounts offered when I rented. Take veterans discount off home page if UHaul does not offer at all locations.

Trailer was broken. Instead of giving me a functional trailer that was available ("it was rented by someone else") I waited nearly an hour for it to be repaired. Then when it was ready, I had to get back in line and wait behind several other customers to check out.

Good customer service. They overcharged me an extra day and didn't put blankets in trailer. But they respectfully admitted mistakes and credited my card. So just check that extra moving equipment you paid for has been included and look in vehicle for it. Otherwise great service and friendly helpful staff

The proof of Identification is absurd! Absolutely no reason for pictures of me & drivers license. Simply seeing the license and me is ample amount of proof of ID. Just waiting for uhaul to be hacked so someone can steel my identity. I will not use or recommend uhaul to anyone

The accounting department does not do their job well at all. Causing ne to pay late fees that was their fault. By charging a old card several times. After making it known that on revocation. Then when I. Recently my ew card and went in the. Store tto. Pay. They had been charging thee old caard.. Causing late fees. When I pay with the new card. I was informed that it was placed on a automatic payment system. Which wasn't true.

Access hours need changed. Why can't they stay accessible until midnight or even 24 hours. Also, why do/are the big sliding doors locked and non usable after 7:00p....this is very frustrating trying to carry things in/out of the man door

The conditions and environment of the facility were fine. I am extremely disappointed in the online reservation process. I made a reservation for a storage unit with drive up access. Furthermore, I called the day before arriving to make sure everything was good to go. I was told everything was fine. I arrived with my truck ready to unload, only to be told they didn't have the 10×20x8 outside drive up access unit available. Very disappointed! What is the point of a reservation if it doesn't hold?

I had household items in climate controlled storage for 10 years. They came out in the same shape as when I put them in storage. No dust, rat or roach droppings, etc. Very happy.

I was lucky that I had something to cut the green tag off of the door. I wasn't strong enough to break it so I had to go out and get something from the stuff I was storing. Also, I didn't understand that I didn't have to put in my security code every time I went through the door (which is nice) and when I went back in to cut the tag, the alarms went off when I opened the unit. It was pretty scary lol It was early in the morning so Maria one of the cleaners was kind enough to come down from the floor above and help me. She walked me all the way down to the front door showed me how to put my code in and explained that I didn't need to enter it in again until I left. Which I just realized I think I forgot. 臘 Maybe the access could time out after 3 hours?

The elevator is broken. I had to move heavy furniture but sliding doors were locked after 7pm making it impossible. I don't understand why the sliding doors need to be locked at night if I'm supposedly allowed to access the storage anytime.

The location we used was extremely packed and had only two employees. One of them, while I understand what she was TRYING to accomplish, was running two computers at once. Trying to check people in- but that was taking more time off the line of people waiting- even if we were at her station she was taking an exceptional amount of time to check us in. While running two computers/multiple customers at once, she was also answering people on the radio and helping run through those that had "app immediate access". It's a good idea and I understand what her intentions were but it was very inefficient.

Staff aren't friendly or professional, but tend to act as though you are a bother. The alarm in the building would be triggered frequently and then turned off, what is the point of that other than to annoy customers, no one ever showed up to see why the alarm was triggered. I cleaned out and cancelled my storage unit the day my monthly rent was due and was charged for another month of rent; that is pretty greedy of Uhaul. I have had some very poor dealings with U-Haul in the past, but this was just greedy and poor customer service.

The availability of storage units was not readily known by the office employee. The 5'x5' unit was actually 4'10" x 4'4" and was not usable. However, I did was charged a full months rent even though I did NOT use the unit.

They are always busy; plan for that! But they are fair and helpful. Never felt otherwise. They Always have equipment at the inside of the doorway to help haul your boxes and other stuff in or out. Temps are kept within stated range-but what works for your belongings may be too warm or too cold, depending, for you! Bring water; dress appropriately. Also, I rented a UHaul van-it was clean, & worked well for a reasonable price. If you're short,-I'm 5'1"-bring an extra cushion to sit on! The store has everything you might need, from locks to boxes, equipment, padding, tape, mattress cover, & so forth. Location convenient, parking can be an issue; but worked for me.

I bought the storage to have it on hand but my son showed me how big a mistake that was so after 3 days I decided to get rid of it. The storage facility kept all of my money and didn't refund me any of my money. So, basically they didn't give me back any of the money that I paid they don't do refunds.

The storage unit is satisfactory in the end and the staff was friendly but the check-in process was quite an ordeal. I was first assigned one storage unit but when the employee walked me over to it, we were unable to get into the building for about 10-15 minutes due to issues with the access card and keypad. Once we finally got in, the assigned storage unit appeared to already be in use. So we had to go back to the desk to get re-assigned a new unit from scratch and I had to provide all my info once again. Then I finally got a proper unit after about about 45 minutes of waiting and shuffling around.

Why have a number to call after hours when the GM is not going to answer. After moving all day and driving 3 hours to have the doors lock and have to leave my stuff unattended and could not lock my unit when I literally had my last dolley and tried to open the door at 10:02pm. I had to keep the truck which was an extra charge, go over miles which was an extra charge, and literally none of that was explained when getting it. I would have found a 24 hour facility and rather paid them. So much for the free storage if I paid 100 today. The Assistant Manger was excellent and helped me move something. He didn't have to and that is customer service. GM take the signs down to call you for after hour help. That is a lie. It is 11:30am the next day and you still have not call to follow up. Make the assistant the GM.

I booked and paid for a storage unit. When I got to the facility, access to my building was denied. I went inside for help. The supervisor tried my password AND his, but both were declined. He basically told me sorry but nothings working. I can't open the building where your unit is. I told him I had to be out of my apt by midnight so he needs to get me a unit in a building that will open. He did & Said this unit costs $30more. For my trouble, I didn't think I should be charged more. He told me I wouldn't this month, but they'd probably charge me next month. He also told me that I'd be able to get back in this building without a key bc sliding door will open. So, when I returned an hour or 2 later(at 8pm) I was unable to get inside bc they were closed and doors didn't just open up. No key, no code, 4 hours until I'm supposed to be out of my apartment & ive got 2 more loads to get insude this storage and a van to return! Yet I'm completely locked out with absolutely no one around to help me out, not even the customer service line could help. I was charged that extra $30, without giving my permission uhaul just decided to charge My card on file. The worst part- I had to keep van extra and I wasn't able to be out of my apartment in time therefore I git charged extra for the van and for my apartment. Completely unexceptible! Very bad experience!!

Tommy the staff manager is poorly in dealing with an issue with customer service his next worker under him is also poorly !!! they disrespect you very ugly I would not recommend you hottie anyone family or friends. And safe need to wear name tags half of the staff members that do not have a name tags so the only way you can have if you have an issue is they describe the people what they're wearing what they look like is unprofessional to work at a job with no name tag . I got. The name from of the employee name Justin. But wouldn't give me the other employees name all I can do is give you a description of what she looks like. I truly feel U-Haul needs to hire better people with better customer service experience again my experience 12 1222 was bad very ugly !!!!!

Everyone there was totally incompetent. Didn't have any record of my ubox in their system. I told them the ubox number and they said that box was empty. He kept leaving for long periods of time and coming back to tell me it wasn't there. I finally found someone else to help me by walking back myself and it was the exact box I told them it was. The first guy said "oh I must have checked the wrong box". On another day I wasn't able to access my box at all because a worker parked a truck in front of it and took the keys and wouldn't be back to work until later.
